I wouldn't know about actual service. After setting up service, I was at 8:20am I had to call him back at 1:40pm, only to be told he wouldn't make it today because it was raining.

Came within hours of my call. Friendly, professional, and willing to offer advice. Very reasonably priced.

I can't think bracy's enough the guy was able to fit me in on his schedule to pump out my tank an replaced our air pump for the septic tank was on time and reasonable price.

I have had trouble with my septic tank over the years, had odor in my bathrooms, and paid people to pump it out only to continue to have the odor in my house. Other companies have driven in my yard and rutted it up. Mr. Bracy is the first person to actually provide service. He determined my air grid was not working and fixed the problem and he pumped out my septic tank with out tearing up my yard. Very satisfied with this company and I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service kept forwarding my calls!!!!the guy called and said he's at the house I was 10 minutes away. I told him in on my way. He was gone when I got here. He kept rejecting me and my husband calls. I left him a few messages trying to see what going on no response then I called off my mom phone he answered I told him my name and he hung up. He was telling my hubby something about a trash pit but he didn't understand what he was talking about. He drive big trucks and sometimes it's hard to hear.i also texted him that I have another customer for him but no response. So now idk where to start on getting my septic tank cleaned. That's very bad business and I'll never recommend him to no one else!!!
