We switched to Meyers Environmental Services a few years ago for septic tank pump-outs. Their recent visit for a pump out was again excellent. Bill & Dustin did a great job including answering any questions we had about system condition, etc. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Had a good experience with Meyers Environmental. They were able to locate the tank (8 feet in the ground) when the prior company wasn't able to. They had a tracker that they made me flush down the toilet, to better assess the location and access the tank. Bill and his team worked hard digging out the access point. I wouldn't hesitate to use Meyers Environmental again.

The 2-person crew that did the tank pumping were personable, knowledgeable, and considerate of our property.

The worst had a leak between home and tank four times said were commin waited all day no show when they did come pumped tank that was just pumped so I thought they were gonna fix the leak no thay just asked for money and left said would call still waiting called someone else one day put in liner in pipe all fixed

Made appt.....1/2 hour after appt was due no show.....no calls... had to leave for appt...received phone call.. answered...a makes voice said"you home"? I cautiously said no and who is this? He said you need to be home for payment, I can ask if we can bill you. I said septic ? You were supposed to be here by 2. We got double booked. I sais will see if my daughter in law can come. You gonna call me back?....well, very unprofessional..never identified himself... I never received a call about being late....don't know if I will book again.

Well-run company provides excellent and timely service. Very helpful office staff; professional, courteous and hard-working tech. who came to the house - right on time, too! Highly recommend this business.

Very friendly phone service made scheduling septic tank cleaning easy. The two handlers (Pete & Randy) arrived early, calling ahead to give me fair warning, and offered very clean service!

Our sincere thanks to Meyers and, especially, to Emmett Conneely, their project manager. Emmett performed with extraordinary competence and moral sensitivity. We presented him with an extremely challenging project for our home we were selling. We wanted to replace our failing septic system, but had a tiny lot for a huge undertaking. The scenario: no room in our front yard because all major utility and water lines traverse it; a backyard only 56 feet deep, of which Monroe County held a 23 foot easement; an intact 1925 septic tank; but a compromised leach field. Through Emmett, we consulted with Eric Murdock, an expert environmental engineer from Syracuse. Together, they designed a Claris microbiological system which returns water clean enough to drink to the soil; it was one of the first such systems to be installed in Monroe County. Because its efficacy was not well known to the County, they still required a leach field. Emmett created a solution so this project could be completed and would satisfy all requirements. He could have abandoned this challenge, but instead resolutely stood by us to solve this dilemma of big system, small space. Emmett was thoroughly honest and diligent every step of this difficult path, but at the end, provided us an exquisitely modern, safe, enduring environmentally sound system to entrust to the new family in our former home. Absolute amazingness at its best. Called on a Thursday morning Mother’s Day weekend and before they even opened with an emergency S.O.S with a septic tank issue and Jayson showed up before 2 pm same day. I am sincerely grateful for their professionalism and their timely manner helping me!!
