We've used Slims now for years for septic draining and we just recently had a clog backing up into the house and we just were unable to fix it ourselves. Called them, and they were very happy to help us and the job was completed right and a very reasonable price. Thank you Slims, couldn't have solved the issue without your expertise!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The staff at this company go above and beyond for their customers! Both Brian and Bryson were super knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Brian even took the time to educate and show us about the maintenance of our tank without hesitation. Highly recommend this company to all and we will be using them indefinitely for all of our septic needs!

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with at this company, we had called roto rooter when are toilet was backing up and they told us our septic was full and had to be emptied, we called slims and they came within no time, when even after emptying the septic we were still backing up they rushed another gentleman out with his drain cleaning equipment. They were so kind, courteous and professional. We’re customers for life now!

I am editing this post after they completed my job because I am grateful for the work and want to share it with everyone. we are building an ADU apartment for my mother above my garage. I had to have the septic redesigned and up to code for aa five bedroom dwelling. Once I had the engineered plans in hand Slims took over from there. They dealt with the town and permits and once started I was amazed at the crew. they have top of the line equipment and the installation crew was very good at what they do. when they left my house it looked 10 times better than when they showed up. Slims definitely went above and beyond on this whole project. I would 100 percent tell everyone to use them. We also used the porta potty services from them throughout this project and even that was top notch. Thank you so much. they deserve 10 stars for the great work they did at my house

Grinder pump was having issues, called and was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly lady, took all my info and description of issue and within an hour I got a call back to set up service for next day seeing as though I was leaving for vacation in 3 days. Thought I would see a tech pull up, but it was the owner Gabe which was something you don’t see too much of. He was super nice, very professional and explained some of the potential issues I could be having. My system was old and one he wasn’t familiar with. Had to call in an electrician to diagnose deeper into it, ended up having to replace the entire grinder pump and require the system. Throughout the few days of waiting for parts/pump, as I was on vacation, Gabe stayed in contact with me during the entire process. Extremely happy with everything throughout the entire service. Very happy customer here!

Excellent service. Super friendly office staff, prompt. They come when they say they are gonna come and do what they say they are gonna do and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will use from here on out without hesitation for any septic needs

These guys are awesome! My water line was leaking right outside my foundation and they quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem with ease. Gabe and his crew are great to work with, I highly recommend them!

I needed an emergency Septic tank pump in July and never used Slims before. The lady on the phone was very nice and was able to get somebody there quickly even though they were very busy. The technician was very friendly. A few days ago they had to come out again because I had a new issue. Again, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, offered good advice and fixed my problem. Slims is a friendly, trustworthy company who does good work. I would recommend them to anybody.

Made an appointment to get my tank pumped. Allegedly they came while I was at work and told me my tank was 1500 gallons not 1000 like I had told them. So they billed me for the extra 500 gallons and coming to find out never touched my tank at all. 6 months later my tank is overfilled so I called a different company. They said there's no way this was pumped out 6 months ago and it is 1000 gallons not 1500 like I said. Tried contacting them for some kind of compensation but have yet to hear from anyone. Horrible customer service stay clear of these clowns.

Thank goodness I called these guys for a third opinion! Their expertise and persistence saved me close to $10k for a repair another company said was required to fix the problem. (The other company charged hundreds of dollars, left a mess in my basement, and didn’t actually fix anything.)

Scheduling with Slims and Berthiaume was very convenient and fast — I got a callback the next day and someone was available to do the work within just a couple of days.

Price was very reasonable considering the time spent and the number of people involved. And everything in my house was left in great condition. I recommend the company without hesitation and will be using them for follow-up maintenance and all future work.

Slims and Berthiaume in Charlton have pumped my septic many times and it has always been a great experience. They are very quick to respond every time I have called for service. One time I was particularly impressed because not only did they come right out, they also quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. No hard up sell, no runaround, just straight forward work at a very fair price.

I also really appreciate that they are a locally owned business. One time I called with a question and wound up talking to the owner and didn't even realize it at first. You can tell they take pride in their community and customer service. I highly recommend them if you want dependable, fair, and truly professional service!

Says open 24 hrs. but the contact number given won't connect and just gives an application error message, even when dialed manually and not through the link. ☹

Efficient work ethic.

The staffs was on time, polite and knowledgeable. They arrived as promised and took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. Altogether a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Professional and great to work with.

Great team at Meyers - had a leach field failure while we were on vacation. By the time we got home, they were done surveying, had a plan, and were going to work. Minimally disruptive for what could have been a real pain in the butt living in an old farm house!

We have been using Myers for a while now, and recently had a pumping and certified inspection. Their booking team is super friendly and flexible. When coming to do the work they are always on time and very detailed. Would highly recommend them.

Myers came out today to empty our very large septic tank and did a wonderful job. Kudos to Bill as it wasn’t a particular easy job.. Bill was patient and very easy to deal with. Thank you for a job well done!
