I would highly recommend Al's for septic tank service. I have used Al's for septic tank service several times over the past few years and always a great job done at a good price. And Al is a very nice guy on top of that!

I took off work for a busted septic pipe. I scheduled for monday 3pm. I could not reach AL until 4pm monday which blows my mind. Why am I calling you? Al was on another site and wasn't going to be able to provide me service today. I took off work for this appointment. I'm sure they mean well but customer service was unsatisfactory. I do not recommend this company.

Mr. Washington is an extremely nice man and has over twenty years experience running his business. He called to say he was on the way, arrived on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable fee. He also took the time to answer my questions, and made several suggestions to keep my septic system in good shape. I happily give him five stars and will use his services again.

Used this company 9/14/2020 to pump out my septic tank, and repair a damaged drain pipe that was discovered while performing the service. The young man that performed the service was courteous and competent. The fee was reasonable, and I will use them again.

Al is a Great American! I found Al to be very professional and just a wonderful person. It isn't every day that you have to call someone for help with a Septic Tank Service but it is reassuring to know that we have someone like Al right here in Fayetteville, NC. He is Veteran friendly and competitively priced.

The gentleman that owns this business is a very nice man. We had to get out septic tank pumped as soon as the rains let up from hurricane Florence. He was out first thing the next morning. We had to have more then the normal amount pumped out and he was very reasonable with what he charges for two trucks full plus my filter cleaned. Any septic issues that we have in the future we will be calling Al!

Al is great! He was very professional and polite while dealing with my mother-in-law. He diagnosed a problem that two plumbers missed. He didn't even want to charge for the service call when he found that the septic tank was not the problem, even though my mother-in-law insisted! We highly recommend Al!

I called Al's Septic Tank Cleaning in a pinch when our regular person was unavailable at the time and we had a bit of an emergency. Mr. Al was so nice and polite and dropped everything he had going on and got to my job within hours! We are a property management company so we deal with many companies on a regular basis, Al was one of the easiest to get along with, accommodating, and overall nicest people I have dealt with in a long while! Over the phone, in a very short time, he solved our problem and gave no demand for immediate payment. Would highly recommend this company and service!

Great company our Septic Tank had some issues that resulted in the drain fields needing to be replaced. We contacted Al and within a week we had new drain fields. The work performed was top notch with a very nice group of guys and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company.

Showed up the same day, was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and got it all done in less than an
hour. Would highly recommend!

While the man was polite on the phone and did his best to accommodate our schedule, he set his arrival time for the morning, around 10, I believe. By noon, I was wondering where he was or if he was coming since I had heard nothing from him. I called to find out what was going on. He explained they were running behind. Okay...no problem. He showed up around 2. Then, within 2 days, our septic tank was full again. I kind of feel like we wasted $350. I can't say for sure he didn't clean it out, but I'm not going to reach out to them again for service. Best of luck to the company. We're currently in the same, if not worse, shape we were in.

I'd like to say that I had a great experience with Al's Septic Tank Cleaning. They are very professional and keep you informed when they're in route especially when you live outside of the area I would highly recommend them to anyone who is ready for their business. I was even given a quick class on how the septic system works as to this was a completely new experience for me. Thank you Al's Septic. I look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Had an emergency this morning and called Al's Septic. Super fast, here within the hour and got it taken care of for a fair price. Will recommend and use again for any septic needs! Thank you so much for coming out on such short notice!

AL'S Septic was quick, efficient , and professional. We called them and they were able to come out the same day. 10 out of 10 service! !

I called Al’s septic tank cleaning yesterday to inquire about having our tank cleaned, and stated this is not an emergency. They quoted $350 and said they can come out tomorrow morning at 10 AM. In the morning I received many different spam calls, and around 10:30 AM. I called Al to make sure I didn’t miss a phone call with them, and inquire about when they would be able to head out. They stated something about a tire, and told me they would call me before they head out. Six hours later I still had received no calls, so I called again and let them know that their services would no longer be needed as I’ve had no incoming contacts for them for six hours. Seeing that it’s now after 4 PM, and it gets dark by five, I doubt they were going to come out and do the service, nor did I want them coming out after dark to do the service. Furthermore, I started reviewing their other ratings, and seeing that one of the most recently had nearly an identical issue, which was six months ago., stating they were also quoted 10 AM and then we’re late, and they felt that they didn’t do a good job. I was looking at having my septic tank emptied, and possibly a new septic tank line installed, which they were going to come out and quote for. However, if this is the kind of service they provide, I not want any part of it. They were polite and friendly over the phone, and perhaps this was just a bac day. I wish them best of luck in the future.

Very helpful. The only place around that answered and actually showed up! I couldn't have asked for a better response and even though he couldn't help with what I needed, he helped figure out who could. Definitely give C&D a call for plumbing needs.

Installed me new water heater in my house. He was very professional, and he did an excellent job. Would definitely use him again for any plumbing issues I might have!

James came out the next day after calling and worked around my busy schedule to get here! When he got here, I had all professional and knowledgeable service. He ran a camera through my sewer and French drain and spotted problem areas with my yard draining. The issues I had were much more than what they offer but he was able to tell me who to contact and how to get some items fixed!
