Needed a quick septic inspection and clean. Meyers Environmental was able to come the next day and greatly relieved my stress! Guys were very nice and did a wonderful job. Got the inspection report right away. Such a terrific experience after trying several other companies who did answer or return messages. Would definitely use their service again.

Would not recommend. We scheduled a septic pump out with this company based on reviews. The staff confirmed they had been to our residence before and knew where the tank was. We were asked to be present at the time of the service which we were. Turns out they dug a larger portion of the lawn than necessary and left a mound of dirt behind. Instead of piecing the grass back the usual way.

In addition, we were told that they had to break the tank cover because they couldn't get in due to it being "old." Then they asked if we have any cement blocks to put over the opening they broke. Which fortunately we did.

If they couldn't get into the tank without breaking it, they should have asked us before breaking into it because we would have said no and gotten somebody else who could get into the tank the right way. Just a very unprofessional experience certainly not worth the cost.

The tank was pumped out 5 years ago when we moved into the home and there was a very small patch of grass which the company (different company) replaced nicely and it was able to be pumped easily.

We tried Meryers after several less than stellar experiences with another company. I was impressed with Vanessa on the phone when I called to make the appointment and then with the text updates I received keeping me informed. Jason arrived right on time and was friendly, efficient and super knowledgeable. Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again!

Troy was very professional when I called to make an appointment. He was very informative, answered every question I had and made suggestions of things we needed to replace. He was very reasonable on pumping our sewer and even when it was giving him issues draining he worked out the clog and made sure everything was running and working properly before leaving. Would 11/10 recommend Troy to anyone in Denham springs and the surrounding areas, very pleased with his work and prices.

I was having some draining issues and my toilets was not flushing and I called southern wastewater and they came out the same day and fixed my issue. I highly recommend them for all your sewer needs!
