Jeffrey came in got right to work, cleaned up the problem. Put all of these equipment away. I'll bet it didn't take him 10 minutes.

I highly recommend Express Septic and Drain. It was a bit of an emergency for us, when I called I was able to get same day service. Jeff Davis was our technician and we were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. After he pumped our tank he gave us guidance on how to keep our lines clean and what to use to break down sludge in our tank. Thank you Jeff for the excellent service! The crew at Express was great, beginning with the call I made to the office. Very friendly. It was a complicated situation. It took thought and problem solving to think it through.The first of the crew arrived the day I called and found my septic problem and solved it. He was professional, polite, and friendly. The second person in the crew came the following day and completed the work. Also professional, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them! They always do an excellent job. Every technician takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything they are doing. They always call and text to let me know when they will be there.

Very good experience from scheduling to the service they delivered. Quite a bit more expensive than their competitors, but they do some value added things like a camera review and verification of the health of your baffle, flow from the house and the run-outs to the drain fields. The guys (Caleb Short and Jake) were friendly and professional and all their hoses, the truck and their gear was CLEAN!
