Rio Grande Septic is absolutely fantastic! We have used them for three years and are constantly blown away with their professional and courteous service. They have even helped me self diagnose issues telephonically to save on a service call. They are the best!

I called Rio Grande on a Sunday Morning and Shawn answered the call as my septic system was failing . He understood my concern and that it needed to be inspected ASAP. He had a job in front of mine and about an hour later called and was on his way . Fortunately it was a minor fix . Shawn fixed the problem in a timely manor and it was done . There was a Sunday charge which I expected . Shawn was kind enough to waive the charge and the charge was more then fair. We have been using Rio Grande for quite a few years and have been confident in they're Knowledge and Professionalism . Thank You Shawn

Keith just came by to pump our septic system and he was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Very professional, on time and did a great job. Nice to have such a friendly smile at our house accompanied by great service. Will be using these guys again!

I unexpectedly and urgently needed my septic tank pumped. Rio Grande Septic answered the phone and quickly dispatched a truck and driver. The driver confirmed the appointment prior to leaving the yard. Pumped out my system and cleaned up after himself. The office called the first Monday to politely settle the bill. All of this is just what anyone would expect from a service company. Oddly rare these days. Good work team. I'm sure the owner brags about you all. I would. Is that a breakfast burrito I hear coming?

Rio Grande got out a week quicker than the other septic pumpers I called. Robert Gallegos arrived on time, and backed his truck down a treacherous (“double black diamond”) driveway to pump my tank. He explained everything he was doing (which I appreciated and learned from), was neat and hardly had to clean up. He was also courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Rio Grande over the two outfits that start with “A”.

Jessie was very helpful and cared about providing excellent service. His boss came out and helped as well. They both wen above and beyond in their service as they ended up helping me with other things as well. The rates were good and they gave a senior discount which helps alot. They had such a great attiude and work ethic that was was very impressed with both of them. They really care about the service they provide. Thank you guys for caring about doing a great job.

Shawn did a great job with my septic inspection. On the first visit, he noticed a possible gas line in the area he needed to dig. We followed proper safety procedures to mark the gas lines. Then Shawn came back and performed the inspection. It was seemless and troublefree. Thank you for your attention to safety and the smooth service.

Very professional got us in quickly. Super detailed and happy to help. The receptionist was super nice and Shaun was very attentive to the issue and made sure communicated with me even while I was at work and unable to be there. Will definitely be using them for future services and also recommending them to everyone.

Called and talked to Shaun. We were having a backup and this being my first time on a septic I assumed it was full. I called to schedule for emergency pumping. Shaun said "hey slow down, send me some pics of the system and we will narrow down what's going on". I did so and he helped walk me through multuple steps to realize it was a different issue. Great customer service! He prob could have just said ok I'll send someone out and charged me for an emergency pump but instead he took the time to help me realize what it was, while educating me on my system at the same time. This meant the company did not get my money that day, but I will tell you. They just earned a customer for life. That's what a company should act like, good to see a local company that cares.

I had an issue with my RV. Instead of charging me to pump the black tank, Sean the owner, gave me some tips to try first. The tip worked to clear the clog, saving me money. He was more concerned with helping a customer than making money. A truly unique company. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I have had Rio Grande septic out twice over the past month to complete two jobs - one a septic pump out, and then a riser installation. Both times I received confirmation of our appointments, the technicians were actually early after calling ahead to make sure it was okay. Fees for both jobs were reasonable, and everyone from the office staff to the technicians were professional. Will absolutely recommend. Thank you!!!

Rio Grande Septic has been a trustworthy and reliable company for us for a long time which is super important for such a critical aspect of our house! We've been very happy with the courtesy and professionalism from everyone at the company including admin, service folks, and system installers. They installed our septic system 8 years ago and have since provided annual maintenance and regular service for us which gives us a bit of relief knowing that they'll take care of us in a pinch.

Jessie was awesome. I hovered the whole time he was here working, asking lots of questions because I've never had a septic system before (I was probably pretty annoying). He was patient and sweet and perfectly willing to explain how the system works and how I can keep it operating smoothly. I REALLY appreciate that he didn't try to sell me on getting my system pumped every year or two - he told me I don't need it that often (for my situation - yours may be different!) and he showed me how to clean out the filter - the one thing I DID need. My neighbor recommended Rio Grande and he was right!

Easy and pleasant experience with Rio Grande from scheduling to service. Thomas provided excellent service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed as well as gave good tips on septic care and maintenance. Will definitely call again for any septic needs.

Rio Grande Septic Systems came to my home to conduct a septic system inspection. Shawn the inspector came to my home and was on time, respectful and was very knowledgeable . He explained each step of the process to ensure we understood everything. A week earlier I had another company do a septic inspection and they did not do a full inspection by digging and thoroughly inspecting the system and failed my septic inspection with out documenting in detail why it failed. I wanted a second opinion so I called Rio Grande Septic. The lady in the office was awesome and helped me get an appointment with in a few days. Shawn came out and explained everything and treated us with respect.Shawn made us feel comfortable with the process. Having a septic system worked on can be stressful and costly. I find Shawn to be honest and trustworthy and will definitely have all my friends and family use Rio Grand Septuc. My Septic started over-filling, and I called Rio Grande Septic service, they immediately scheduled me in for the next available time. Professional, fast, and friendly service. I scheduled a few days out to have our septic tank pumped. The day before our scheduled service, the system backed up completely. Shawn was able to come out a day early and didn’t charge for emergency service. System works great now and we learned how to take care of our septic a little better in the future.
