I have used Willco for many years, they are always reliable and do an excellent job.

I have used Willco Septic for over 20 years! They are always on time, very friendly and respectful of our property! Highly recommend!!

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband made an appointment for them to be here around 8/830 am since the septic team was going to be here first thing. He even referred Willco to do our neighbors pump at the same time. At a little after 9 he calls to see where the truck is...”it’s on its way.” My husband called a 2nd time and was told again “he was on his way and you know how traffic is” He finally showed up at a little after 10! If you don’t know how to plan for traffic delays you shouldn’t be in business. And if I showed up 1.5 hours late to work without even calling I’d be FIRED! The explanation of “the septic guys can start without us” while true, isn’t the point. We made an appointment for the pump truck to be here at a certain time-not just when they felt like showing up! So if you don’t mind tardiness and excuses this is the company for you!

P.S. We were compensated $10 out of $285.

This was a great company they were on time did an amazing job talked about what they were doing as they worked answered questions we had and also gave a referral for some extra work we needed done. I will be using this company for any work I need done in the future.

When setting up appointment, I told the lady I already dug up all the dirt around septic tank. Told me I’d get a discount. The worker was early which I can’t complain, but he never called to tell me he was on his way. Luckily my wife was home. They did the job and then left the hole and didn’t fill the whole back up. I called to ask why and the lady was rude and said we agreed that they wouldn’t fill it up which that was never brought up. She kept saying all I have to do is use a shovel to fill it up. No kidding lady! I just figured since I did most of the work by locating my septic system and digging the hole, they could at least fill it up, especially for the price I paid. Never leave a job site with incomplete work and make the job site look better than it did before. It makes the employee and the company look lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Called to set up an appointment to have the system cleaned out and I was shocked that they could come out the same day. Within an hour Raymond called me to say he was on his way and was here in 20 minutes. Super friendly, even closed the gate when he was done. Would highly recommend!!

The woman who answers the phone is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of different septic system types and very helpful. Takes time to explain everything in detail. Good price and friendly people who showed up on time and did the job quickly. They further checked parts of my system even though they didn't have to.

They broke off a board on my fence and their pump truck leaked about a quart of oil all along my new driveway. The servicemen did pump the septic. I asked their business office person to come fix it or take something off my $364.00 bill. They refuse to call me back, I guess they don't care if customers are not happy and have no reason to even call back. Not going to recommend this company again, just the opposite.

Wilco was recommended by a local plumber in town and I was very pleased. They showed up a little late but you can’t predict what is going to happen call to call. They’re definitely worth the wait. He fixed our issue for hundreds less then we anticipated and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them from now on!

Able to get an appointment the same week I called, they called asking to show up early on the day and did an excellent job. The workers and the rep on the phone were all very courteous and professional. I wish all contractors were as great as these folks.

I got ahold of Willco at 1:19pm today, and by 2:38pm they had pumped my septic & gone! Talk about speedy service, which is much appreciated when having toilet complications LOL

They did an amazing job and same day call. Because I'm in Choctaw got a $25 discount. Highly recommend them. Fast and efficient.

It's Friday and I called these guys a little after 1pm. Was told their guys were out on calls but could prbly make it. At about 2pm their office called me back said they'd be there in 10-15 minutes. They did a great job and it was over by 3pm. Great service and nice guys! Reasonable price by comparison. I highly recommend them!

Called at 7:00 am and they answered explained that they had a full day but will call me if they could work me in. They called about 11 and told me they would be there at noon. Showed up and explained the whole process and were very helpful, professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants quality service.

Great guy and great Service! I have lived at my house and only had my septic system inspection before buying my house. Turns out my tank is not where the inspector said it was and that my tank was still good and did not need pumped. My OEC fiber was ran right over the center of my septic cove and Cass some how got around it without damage. Now I know the real location of my septic and have to get my fiber moved.

Cass is an awesome, stand-up guy. He came out and got us taken care of very quickly, and was extremely affordable. I'd highly recommend him for anyone needing septic service.

The service lives up to the name. Showed up on time which is a plus. We didn't know exactly where the tank was and he stayed with it until he found it. The tank was a wreck he didn't give up! I have already recommended DSS to others and will certainly have him back to my property.
