have been using Fosters for years and they have always done a good job and stood by their service in the past. However, this time I had a different experience. I had trouble with plumbing draining from the shower and toilets. We lost power for 4 days last week so I wanted to get the system checked out anyway. The technician came and determined that our system needed to be pumped as the trash tank had overflowed into the treatment tank. He pumped the tanks and said everything else was in working order. However, that evening we still had poor flow inside the house. The technician never verified our lines were clear from the house to the system. We have a tight turn near our clean out and have had issues in the past. When I called Foster's the technician said it was under the house, I would need to call a plumber. I told the receptionist about past issues and how disappointed I was that the technician didn't even check for clogs. They refused to send a technician to finish the job. Sure enough, when I brought out a plumber, we had a clog between the clean out and the septic system. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the drop off in service and will not be using them again

They did good work and were nice. My problem was that I told them I could only afford to change out a pump and that I wanted some other things done in the future when I could afford it and he insisted on pumping out the tank, and moving the sprinkler head right then and there then had his staff calling me everyday wanting the rest rest of the money for the things I didn't ask him to do. He eventually got paid but I didn't think it was right to do work that I had already said would have to wait then harass me for the money.

Friendly staff, and greeted me with a smile upon service. They helped me out when I was in a bind with an overflowing septic tank. They were very quick with service and even worked with me and my tight schedules with my kids. I'd definitely recommend them.

Foster Septic came out this morning and pumped my tank. Extremely fast and friendly service! A quick inspection without any pressure sales pitch or scare tactics and all with a very fair price. Left NO mess for me to deal with! There is good reason this company has been in business for 81 years!!!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable employees and fair pricing! I've had them out twice, once for routine maintenance and the other to change the aerator pump. Both times the service was excellent and the cost fair.

Some companies try to gouge you but Foster's seems like they are real honest folks and I get a family vibe from the company. I like that because I feel like I can trust them in an area where others will try to take advantage of a layperson's lack of knowledge and/or a desperate situation.

I will use Foster's for all my future septic needs.

I have used these folks twice three times, now. The first time I had a part that needed replacing and they took care of it quickly, at a fair price. The second time my tank needed pumping and they handled that the same way. This time I had a pipe that had frozen and separated in the pump, my sinks were gurgling, etc., and they could have said it was something terrible and charged me a fortune, but they did not. They fixed my pipe and only charged their $125 service call fee. I am beyond pleased at their friendly, honest, and fair service, and I recommend them for anyone with septic system needs.

I called Foster Septic this morning and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. She advised that they could get a truck out to pump my septic the next day, but called me back within an hour or so and said they had a truck headed my way today. Two very friendly and professional men showed up and got right to work. In no time they had my tank pumped out, removed a clog and had all working properly. Would definitely use them again.

This Company gives absolutely incredible service. They serviced our old lateral line system and always came out quickly and provided great service for years. Then our old system needed replaced with a new aerobic tank system. They installed a whole new Aerobic tank system. Did a fantastic job
at a great price. They are more concerned with great customer service then selling you something you don't need.They have come out free of charge and serviced our new system for two years. Anytime we call or text we get a response back immediately. These folks are trustworthy, dependable and hard workers. I could not recommend them enough.

A little over a year ago, I started regularly having Foster service our system. The guy that came out the 1st time was so nice and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing because we were new to having an aerobic system. Because of him, I stayed. I continued having them come but, that guy never came again. They started missing problems that the next guy would find. These problems effected the process the system goes through to clean the tanks. It was always our fault that the tanks were so dirty. I get that there are 6 of us but, the system wasn't working properly because several things needed to be fixed after we moved in. We paid to have it pumped twice in a little over a year. Which isn't cheap. I kept hoping my experience would be better the next time but, my last straw was setting up an appointment and having a no show, no call. I let them know that we aren't available until the afternoon. Well, the next morning someone shows up, no call to let us know. My kids know not to answer the door while I'm gone. Luckily my husband was home. Anyways, he fixed the sprinkler head in 5 min., which was $40 (that is fine) but then he added $125 for a service fee. I don't remember being charged this on the other visits. Our job was an easy fix and they came when it was convenient for them. I called and they apologized for not calling or showing up when they said they would and refunded me $65 of the service fee. I just thanked her and will be looking for a different company for our next service. Something just doesn't feel right anymore.

We have used Fosters for years and even had Fosters install our aerobic system. Excellent service, honest, very professional and always friendly along with good advice.

We had septic system serviced and cleaned. Aaron was knowledgeable and helpful. However, they said my aerator motor was possibly going out. It was actually just clogged. They should have cleaned it. I removed the aerator after they left and cleaned out the pipe. Running smoothly now.

Did an amazing job. First had to locate it because I did not know exact location, no problem at all. Cleaned/flushed the tank several times to assure the job was done right. Very informative about the process and how to keep the system working properly. I appreciate the great info. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Price was very reasonable too. Thank you both for a job well done.

Transparent pricing, quick and efficient service. Aaron was great. Excellent customer service skills... He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. What I like the most is that they didn't look for problems that weren't there and try to get me to do a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They inspected everything, said I was good to go, did their job and gave me pointers on what to do to extend the life of my septic system. They also made room for me a day ahead of my scheduled time. Satisfied customer.

As new homeowners with a septic system, we had a lot to learn—and Foster Septic Cleaning Company was absolutely incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how our system works, how to maintain it properly, and what we can do to get the longest possible lifespan out of it. In my personal experience, the folks with Foster Septic have always arrived on time and been consistently good with communicating by phone.

They were transparent with pricing and honest regarding what they are able to do. They remained professional on each job, and I appreciated their lighthearted humor in diagnosing the problem with our ancient septic tank attached to an even more ancient house.

For reference, our tank is buried in a tricky area, but the two gentlemen were able find its exact location, quickly dig up the heavy slab lid, and extend their equipment a good distance to drain it.

Later, they were able to maneuver a small backhoe within a tight area to dig up and replace the main septic line that had been improperly installed years before, all the while carefully working around a buried gas pipe directly in the path of the repair.

I trust them to do any additional work should we ever need it in the future.
