We've used Foster Septic a couple of times these past few years for routine clean-outs. Each time they have been prompt, professional, and very informative. Will continue to use them in the future.

I was on a tight schedule the day Fosters was coming out. The guys arrived and got right to work. Very friendly and professional crew. Pumped tank, cleaned it and inspected it. These guys are knowledgeable, thorough and their pricing is better than most. I will use them again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our septic system started surfacing over the weekend, so I called Fosters at 8:02 this morning—and Donnie and Chris were here by 9. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. When they finished pumping the tank, they asked me to flush the toilets so they could rinse their hose. I didn’t even know that was a thing - the last company used my garden hose and got all up in there with it 😂🤢—so I really appreciated how clean and respectful these guys were. Their pricing is honest and fair, and we’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Brian was amazing!! He got what needed to be fixed fast, and even made sure other things were working properly and replaced a pipe that we didn't even have to provide. This is the 3rd interaction I've had with Fosters and each time is superb! Thank you all, Angela too, for working so hard to get out to Piedmont and for your service!

BEWARE. Horrible customer service when you call to tell them about a problem the lady in the office has no answers and is super rude and will hang up on you if she doesn't like what your saying then act like you never bought the system threw them when their stickers are all over my tank will never use these people again
