Omg what life savers they truly are was out of my mind with the thought of digging my own hole to find the lid. I’m disabled and dug for three days. They came out got it done. Btw my lid ended up being 10 foot down. Very nice and very professional. No up sales or false issues. Great company!!

Just had Jecker Excavating and Septic out. Stephen was the person who cleaned out our septic tank. What a fantastic person and also a wonderful company, from the person who answers the phone to the one who gets the job done. We have used them several times at two different locations. They are awesome!

Scam artist beware!! Had them pump my septic tank and the man told me he had 800 gallons in his truck tank and I have a 1000 gallon septic tank and he was leaving 200 gallons because it was too hard for him to retrieve the last 200 gallons. He was here doing the job less than 30 minutes. 3 days later I decide to take a look in my tank and it’s full! I was shocked I couldn’t believe it but I thought maybe they would come out and finish the job but boy was I wrong! Not only are the scam artist the have the worst customer service. I called them and I was told the only way I was going to get the job finished is if I have them more money because they’re not making the trip for free! They pray on elderly people that are unable to check the tank. If I can stop someone else from getting scammed especially now when the world is so hard maybe something good can come from this. Please beware and get another company to service your septic tank. Below is picture of my septic tank pumped 3 days later.

Shoutout to Jecker Excavating & Septic for doing a fantastic job with our septic inspection and cleanout! Their technician was efficient and very knowledgeable. I have dealt with not great experiences from previous attempts with other companies for our septic problems in the past and decided to give Jecker a try this time.. I was not disappointed! They were all so friendly and explained everything that was going on. All costs were laid out up front so you wouldn't get surprised later. I especially love that they are able to pump the tanks and then also do repairs within the same company! That was a nightmare in past experiences with other places trying to schedule it so that the repairs would come right after the pumping (otherwise you just have to pay to get it pumped again if they can't do the repairs while your tank is still empty! ). They all are very knowledgeable and we discussed the issues and figured out what needs to happen so we don't keep having issues every year basically! Our house is only 7 years old, so it seems a little crazy that we've had to have work done about 5 times already! I'm excited for Jecker to finally fix our problem and we'll continue using them in future years for maintenance!

On a random side note, they were fine with our Great Pyrenees hanging out doing her job still in the backyard. I kept an eye on her to make sure she wasn't a nuisance, only to find that she would be trying to snuggle with one of the guys or just sit/ lay by their side! You know if your dog approves then they're good people! 😂 Two thumbs (& paws) up! Highly recommend!!

Arranged an appointment on the phone with Danelle who was awesome to work with she filled me in all all necessary steps they were going to take when & how the process was to be completed and the price up-front and wasn't hiding anything. Stephen & Bradley came out to pump my tank, they arrived when they stated and called before hand, arrived in clean trucks, & presented themselves well. In & out without a fuss. & actually spent less than what we originally quoted/planned. Top notch service & guys in a time where that's hard to come by. We recommend & will use Jecker's for future needs. 👍🏼

2nd time using Jeckers. Completely satisfied with quality of work, super quick response and friendly customer service. Steven was awesome in explaining the steps. (I ask alot of questions lol). He was patient , friendly and professional. Jeckers will always be my 1st call for septic. They found my tank and put risers in the first time. Great experience then too. This is the second time I have used Jecker and the second time I have been impressed with their service...from the initial phone call to the signing of the invoice...everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This time round KESSLER serviced the septic. He is a great guy...answered all my questions and was a hoot to talk to. I have some flowers around the septic and he took special care not to smash any of them...I really appreciate the attention to detail. Jecker does a fine job and I will continue to use them for my septic needs.

We just received service today and I cannot say how happy we are with this company. Immediate call back from office personnel (Danelle sp?), clear instruction and set expectations on cost and when service would be provided. On the day of service, we received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Austin was prompt, efficient and respectful of property. They will be our go to moving forward!!

Upon arrival, Bradley immediately began excavating the line running from the house to the septic tank. His assessment was rapid and accurate, uncovering the root cause of the blockage: a crack in the pipe that had allowed tissue paper to compile and create a severe obstruction.

Bradley’s response was exemplary. He quickly went into action, demonstrating immense care while operating his excavator machine to ensure absolutely no additional damage was done to the existing lines or the surrounding property.

The task involved complex and heavy work, including:

Quick response called on Monday and septic tank was found riser installed and pumped out on Tuesday. All employees, very professional, very polite. And the cost was reasonable. We are new to the state and area. They were very informative on how the septic system works.

This is the first time we had used Jecker and we could not have been more pleased! From their receptionist to the servicemen they were informative, professional and answered all our questions! We would highly recommend them and we have learned that we must do this every 3 years to keep our septic system functioning! Thank you all for your excellent service!
