My wife was the one that was home when the work was performed. The Jecker rep did call me ahead to let me know they were on the way which was nice. Also my wife stated the Jecker rep was very professional and polite. Very pleased with Jecker’s service and will plan to use them again. RDC

Woke up to a backed up drainage problem. Called Jecker first to take care of septic system. That didn't resolve the problem but they were here in 2 hours, and when the driver figured out that wasn't the problem he pulled the clean out plug off and seen it. He worked super hard to try to unplug it but couldn't get there. No one does that anymore. These guys go the extra mile to fix your issues. Great company to work with. 5 stars plus!

We had two separate visits from Jecker. First was with Kessler, who pumped our septic and educated us on trouble shooting matters. He also gave us an idea of what he thought our issue was. The second visit was with Mr Philpott, who came with an excavator. He removed the soil from the top of the D box. He found that we did not have the issue we thought and that what we needed was a quick fix. Both of the men were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Really grateful for the quick action and all the information they were able to give us. Thank you!

From the call to set up an estimate, the estimate process and then the repair itself this was an outstanding experience. Each person in the chain explained the process and reviewed my options. During the repair the issues were explained completely so that I could understand what was happening in my back yard. Highly recommended. I will only use Jecker Excavating and Septic in the future.

Kessler serviced my septic system today and was very professional and knowledgeable. He noticed a few minor issues and offered suggestions on how to improve them. I appreciate his phone call to let me know he was on his way to my property and on-time arrival. Great Job.

Highly recommend Jecker if you need your tank pumped. Process was easy, they came quickly and on time. Kessler was personal and called in advance to alert me he was on his way. He was informative and took the time to show me that my system was working as it should. Look no further if you live in the area these are the guys to call.

Nothing like waking up to a septic alarm on the weekend! We took to Google to locate help. Thankfully we came across GD Estes and Jeckers Septic services. Called them Tues, tech (Bradley) came out Wed morning. Serviced the tank/fixed the floats and gave great information on the cause and what to watch. If you need septic help, look no further than Jeckers! They are very friendly, courteous and fast. Also won't break the bank account. Thank you Jeckers!

Jecker Excavating and Septic did an amazing job replacing my septic. They showed up and walked me through the process. They were super nice and professional. They eased my stress and did a great job. I 100% recommend!

Worse service ever. We've always had Estes and upon calling them to drain tank after 4 years they sent jecker never saying they are operating under that name!! The man who came out was friendly enough but I swear I don't think he was experienced. He said he drained it 1,000 gals but our system started acting up a day after he left. First off he had already put lid back on tank and came to get paid I ask if he ran the suction up the pipe to the downstairs toilet...he first ask what pipe I said from tank I to house he said oh yeah I said we'll Estes always had me flush all toilets so he rhen said oh yes go flush one so I did and it seemed ok at the time. But out toilets seemed to have become clogged. He couldn't have suctioned out the drainage pipe. When I called that Monday the man who answered phone didn't like me complaining but after 400.00 to clean tank and now having clogged pipe and me explaining the problem of the guy not doing the pipe too he snapped were not plumbers. I said we'll the pipe goes I to tank and has always been done by Estes. So he said I'll tell the management and call you back but as I figured he. Ever did. We had to call Greenwell to come clean pipe costing us another 463.00 we will never call on Shawn jeckers again. Or do we recommend them. We are elderly people and feel we got taken advantage of by this company and after reading reviews we're not alone. Fool us once shame on you but never again

I came home to a busted water main line. We called Jecker Septic and they got to us within the hour. They stayed until it was fixed. These guys are amazing and we are so grateful for all their help! They are dedicated to quality and efficiency with each job. Definitely check them out with any of your septic needs!

Super responsive, even at midnight, got a quote within 20 minutes. Steven came the next morning by 8:30. He was super helpful, nice, professional, and had our tank pumped in no time. He was able to help answer a bunch of questions I had about our septic system, and gave some great septic maintenance tips for our specific circumstances. This is the second time we've used Jecker, and will definitely work with them for future septic maintenance. Thank you!

Jecker pumped out my septic tank earlier this week. They were on time, quick, and shared great info on how the system was performing. Even more impressive, I called Jecker a few months ago and they gave me the info I needed such that I could dig up my own tank access plugs to save the $400 or so they would charge to bring out a mini ex to dig up the tank. Whoever I spoke with said “we try to help others help themselves”. The Jecker team is top notch, and I highly recommend them.

Was in need of having septic pumped out and called on Wednesday and they had me scheduled for Thursday morning. Tanker showed up early and did an exceptionally fast job, the young man was very helpful in explaining what was going on. I was very impressed with the courteous and respectful demeanor he presented himself with while working thru the process. Wish there were more people like him in this world, I believe his name was Stephen. Extremely pleasant experience with Jecker's service and highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

After searching for a local company to pump my septic tank, I came across Jecker Excavating and Septic. I sent a request for an appointment and they responded to my inquiry very quickly on a Sunday night. They came the next day. After quickly locating the tank, they had it emptied in short order making certain there was no blockage in the pipe leading into the tank.
Courteous, efficient and the price quoted on their website was exactly what I was charged. A reasonable rate for the work I needed completed. I had questions about how to care for my septic tank and were very helpful

These guys are great! My cap was buried somewhere in the yard & it took Steven maybe 5 minutes to try and locate where it was. He was easy to work with, friendly & professional.
