We had booked the plumbing doc, for a service we had quoted at a couple hundred bucks from another company for a water line leading to an out door spigot we never use, when rick showed up he offered a much more economical fix, given that we have never used that water line we opted to have it sealed off instead. The honesty exhibited, paired with the fact they never tried to upsale any unneeded services is why the plumbing doc will be my go to for all my plumbing needs from here on out!! Excellent experience from the inital call to, the speed and quality of service is why i would highly recommend The Plumbing Doc to any and everyone in need of their services!!

Very good service from Plumbing Doc. They were accessible by phone, no computers. The Techs were honest , helpful and quick. As soon as the parts arrived they came right out and installed them. I was pleased with the price and have no issues or regrets. I will use them again when the need arises.

We found the Plumbing Doc while looking for someone to perform a sewer line inspection. The technician was honest and took the time to show us his findings. Shortly after moving into this house we had a water heater failure. The plumbing doc was able to replace our water heater the same day. The techs worked quickly to remove and replace the water heater. They made sure to clean up after themselves and took all related trash with them. We received a follow up call to confirm the techs remained professional and that we were satisfied with the job.

I recognize we got lucky with a quick repair. That’s not the reason for the 5 star rating. Service companies like this are hard to find. While their prices were slightly higher than other plumbers in the area the prompt response and effort put into getting the job done is what earned our loyalty to the plumbing doc. Hopefully we never need to use them again. However, when the need for a plumber arises, they’ll be the only ones we call.

We have used The Plumbing Doc on many different occasions and always with good results. 2 years ago our water pipes broke and extensive work was required for damage repair and installation of an all new water pipe system. We were very happy with their work and continue to call on them for various plumbing needs. They are always knowledgeable and pleasant—highly recommended!

Called, they were there in 30 minutes. Thank you plumbing Doc! Reasonable and work done in a timely fashion.

Had a water leak and called them out. They showed up right away and fixed the problem in no time. Very professional and would recommend them for any job no matter the size.

Clogged septic line. They came out on Christmas Eve about 30 minutes after I called them. That was so fabulous as I was expecting family on Christmas Day. Both the lady who answered the phone and the service person who came out were great. I would highly recommend this company.

Came out same day without tons of questions, or trying to push seperate services. Gave me a reasonable price and cleared the issue quick with causing any delay. Good Job Gabe!

had several issues come up with the granite top hole for the kitchen sink faucet too small but they were able to handle it and get me to somebody to enlarge the whole excellent service thank you, Rick and Jarred he’s great. He knows what he’s doing. He knows his trade ,he knows how to get things completed.

The two maintenance personnel finished very well and quickly today. Ronald is a very responsible maintenance worker. I will call someone from your company to help our restaurant repair the sewer pipe next time if necessary. Thank you.

We needed to replace the line in and out of our whole house filter. Our water had to be shutoff until we could get service. The Plumbing Doc responded quickly and Jarred did a great job. We were back on line within half a day.

These guys were so incredibly kind and professional. They came out and assessed the situation and not only helped ease my mind, but also educated me about what to look for with potential leaks in the future. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all future plumbing and leak needs.

Got my entire house repiped for a reasonable price. These guys do great work, and even fixed an issue with my dishwasher and leaky sinks. I would not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs!
