We had a problem with our kitchen faucet angle stop that meant no water for the whole house until that was resolved. Dylan got there sooner than anticipated and despite the difficulty took care of everything quickly and professionally. Very happy

"I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter, specifically with our technician, Mr. Lopez. He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain the condition of our septic system. He suggested that it was time to empty the tank and provided us with two different quotes so we could choose the option that fit our budget best. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't push us into a single expensive fix.

I had Mr Rooter out to replace my water heater. The technician, Marcus, arrived earlier than expected and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be replaced and why. This happened on Sunday and there was no extra charge. Thank you Marcus for all your hard work.

Hector and the team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Riverside were excellent. They were professional, on time, and very clear about the work and pricing before getting started.

They helped me with multiple items: fixed a shower head leak, completed a remodel of three toilets, and also handled a bigger sewer protection repair/replacement. Hector located and exposed a damaged backwater/check valve, removed the broken/failing assembly, and installed a new ABS-approved backwater valve with a rubber flapper system. Everything was properly sealed and supported, they tested sewer flow to verify the new valve was working correctly, and they left the work area clean and in great condition when finished.

Overall, great communication and quality workmanship. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend asking for Hector.

My car keys got flushed down the toilet and the response and arrival was beyond fast so I was super grateful for that. Unfortunately the suction on the toilet was faster.. If I could give the technician Cris a10/10 I would, he was super patient with us and explained what he had /needed to do step by step. Very clean, professional and thorough.

We had Richard Gutierrez and he was fantastic! I was so upset that our hot water heater went out and told him that my oven had gone out too. He actually looked at my oven too and fixed it. So nice and helpful! It was right before Christmas and he gave me 3 different suggestions for our hot water heater with three different prices. This was great so I could pick what worked best for us at the time. This company was recommended to us and I was so happy they were. Definitely will call them again for plumbing needs.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received. Richard stepped in for an urgent septic issue at the very last minute and treated my situation as a top priority. What should have been a long, complicated repair was completed in just two days and he even was able to rearranged his schedule, stayed late, and worked tirelessly to make sure I received a passing septic certification in time to close escrow.

His expertise, honesty, and dedication are truly rare. He excavated, located the leach lines, repaired everything properly, and kept me informed through every step. The quality of his work and the integrity he operates with gave me tremendous peace of mind during a stressful transaction.

The bottom of the toilet downstairs is leaking again, which is the third time in two years. We used a plunger, an electric snake, and chemical but none of them worked, so we contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Riverside.

I called at noon and technician Hector came over in the evening. After a brief review of the situation, he provided me with a solution and quotation. We have arranged to start the repair the next day.

The next repair was not very simple, and the commonly used dredging tools did not work, so Heter immediately called his manager Larry.

After professional tools and Larry's professional judgment, it turns out that our backwater power valve is broken.

This vavle is the main sewer pipe for our entire house. Fortunately, they discovered the problem and carried out professional repairs, helping us solve the problem.

The repair was completed on the third day. Throughout the process, Hector patiently explained each step to us. He worked quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly.

Just as I was recommending this company to my friends and family, a week later the water shutoff valve behind my refrigerator started leaking again. I didn't hesitate this time and quickly contacted this company.

The next day, their maintenance service Marcus arrived and fixed the leak, and giving me a discounts.

I think repairing a house is a very urgent and headache inducing thing, so it is important to choose a professional and well serviced company. Because they can solve problems smoothly and make people feel happy.

Awesome place for plumbing materials Ferguson or hajoca might not stock. Keep in mind if your looking for Toto this is a much cheaper alternative than smarden as most plumbing supply houses do not stock Toto. Call and ask for Norbert, he'll get you what you need.

Todd Pipe only sells to Plumbing Contractors. I am a licensed General Contractor in need of plain old PVC pipe for a Yard Drain and they would not sell it to me. My regular supplier was out so I though I would try Todd Pipe. That was a mistake. Go to Hirsch or Ferguson. They are much nicer.
