Manager of the Ferguson Independence location is one of a kind. His customer service is impeccable, and he can fix a toilet faster than you can say "upper deck". Had the best #2 of my life after his advice on how to repair my porcelain throne. I can't remember his name exactly - I think it was Phil or Bill or something like that. Regardless, I hope he continues to get the praise he deserves.

Don’t get ripped off. They will charge your account for other companies orders. There are better options than the Independence KY location

Manager of this branch was extremely helpful. Timely service, professional interactions, great pricing, I could go on and on. I think his name was Bill and he went above and beyond to make my experience with Ferguson one of a kind. Would absolutely recommend others to others and hope to see him again soon! Thanks to his recommendation it’s the best toilet seat I’ve ever owned.

All workers respectful, responsible and considerate with the work site, no words can express of how grateful we are with the service these gentlemen have performed in a timely manner! Ricardo Orozco was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Can't ask for much more. This is our 2nd time using Mr. Rooter. Both times have been great. We will always call Mr. Rooter for our future plumbing needs!

Raymond R was our technician for a shower that wasn't draining. He was courteous, professional, and timely. He found several other issues while working and helped us plan how the repairs could be done. I found him to be a talented technician, patient when hearing my concerns, and he should be considered a top-tier representative of Mr. Rooter and the standard for Neighborly company's employees. I look forward to scheduling my future plans to bring my house into the modern era and will be hoping Raymond is my lead technician for these projects.

Mr. Francisco was very professional.He did a great job. Excellent service. I am very pleased.

Raymond showed up promptly and was able to explain what we would need to get our blocked sink fixed and running again. Cleaned up everything afterwards. 2 thumbs up👍👍

The technician listened to my concerns about the reason for the problem. He explained to me what the pressure regulator works with the water softener. He was neat and made sure everything was clean before he left. I also purchased a new 5 year plan since previous one had expired.

Jose and Christian installed new valve under kitchen sink the same day. They were so kind very informative detailed worked fast & honest they're beyond excellent in helping me & my mom

Hector Lopez was great and so was Mr Rooter Plumbing of Riverside. I called at 8am and they had Hector out by 9:40am. Replaced our toilet and even though we bought one that didn’t fit I went and got another new toilet that was the dimensions he said we needed. He installed the second toilet which did fit added a new hose as well. He worked hard and got the work done. Very professional and kept us up with progress. I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing for great service in a timely manner.

I was very satisfied with service I received from Wally at Mr Rooter Plumbing. He very polite and handled himself in a very professional manner. As a Senior he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Explained what the procedure was going to entail and offered 3 different quotes to fit my finances. Left the bathroom drain working like new. Thanks Wally, GREAT job, you’re the best. Would refer him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Jaime M. Provided excellent customer service. I have to say, it’s been a long time since I’ve received such great service. He arrived, assessed the situation, explained what was going to be done and took care of business. He went the extra mile by making sure everything was working properly and provided additional suggestions and advice about regular maintenance. He was clean professional and on time. Matt was excellent! He’s one of the most honest contractors I’ve come across. He walked me through each issue in detail and explained my options so that I could make an informed decision. He was kind, prompt, and a complete professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were taken care of, even on a Sunday where he could have been spending time with his family. He was very professional I’ve had other plumbers in my home and they’ve used foul language this guy was very respectful not one bad word from him at all reminded me of a deacon from my church and with me being disabled he explain I everything he was going to do and did just that he was very clean and he left the jobsite clean like he found it i would use Him again and i would recommend him to my friends and family thank you very much🙏

Rico was an outstanding associate and a GREAT Representative facing the public for Mr. Rooter!! He was 45 minutes earlier than expected, that never happens!! He gave us options, we selected those best for us! He is truly a good guy, nice, clean clothes and personable! His team has done small and large plumbing jobs for us for the last 8-9 years. Never have I been disappointed!!
