Always our go-to for anything plumbing related! We’ve been calling Roto Rooter since 2018, and they’ve always been kind, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Jake came to our house today to inspect our sump pump. He was very professional and had great advice for us. Highly recommend!

Jacob was super friendly and solved the drainage problem for our outdoor drain! He even advised some long term care tips to keep the flow going. The agent and service was awesome! The only thing keeping Roto-Rooters from scoring 5 stars was that I scheduled my appointment on May 5th at 4pm, got delayed 4 times. And finally called the company at 9pm to reschedule for the next day, May 6th, at 9AM!

Roto Rooter was able to come to the house within the hour and fixed the problem. Everyone was very grateful.

Roto-Rooter came within 1 hour on a holiday and provided the needed service. Turned out we needed a more extreme fix and that work started the following day. The two technicians were fast and efficient. Super nice guys who answered any question my husband had. I do think the cost was very high, but the speed and convenience of a quick repair was very much appreciated. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because we are now waiting on a permit and Plumbing Inspector (county issue) to approve the job so it can be finished. Roto-Rooter did not keep in touch to update the progress, or lack thereof. I had to keep calling.

We came home from the family vacation to find that our toilets were backed up. After driving 10 hours and trying to deal with it finally called Roto- Rooter. They sent Jake out the next morning and Jake was great, explained everything he was going to do. Told me how to save $100 on the service that I was getting today. I will work with them again!!

Jake the plummer was great.
Friendly, polite and cleaned up when finished was 100%. The call center needs work. When I called to schedule the appointment. I was told a tech would be on site within 2 hours. At the end of the 2 hour period I received another call telling me the tech would be on site in 30 minutes. When I questioned the call center rep she was rude and argumentative. The only reason I would use roto rooter again is the tech Jake

Luke was great… friendly and knowledgeable. However, the service was way overpriced. To remove a toilet, clear a clog, then replace the toilet with a new wax ring was around $700. If we weren’t in a bind, we would have never paid that for such a simple service that could have easily been done for much less.

Jake came out today to the house to fix a faulty sump pump. He was very professional very timely explained to me what he was doing and explained to me what went wrong. He kept up constant communication to what was going on. I was very pleased with his work and very pleased with his professionalism. However Ryan from the restoration department was not very professional with how he handled himself. Seemed more concerned about money, did not want us talking to our insurance agent. Wanted to handle it all on his end. When we explained to him that we've been with the same insurance company for over 20 years and we wanted to talk to them first he stood up and said "whatever" handed us his card and walked out. Did not even let the team downstairs know that he was leaving. Will not ever attempt to work with Ryan from Roto-Rooters water restoration field again but definitely give Jake five stars for the job he did today

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to Jake Rogers and his associate Shawn who cleaned out our downspout/sump pump drain last week and located a collapsed pipe. Their experience, professionalism, strong work ethic, and complete dedication to provide excellent customer service were readily apparent and certainly welcomed by me. What a great crew and valuable asset to the Roto-Rooter - Cincinnati Team! Nicely done!

Jacob did a great job of diagnosing the plumbing problem quickly and patiently listened to my concerns and answering my questions. He was courteous, professional, pleasant and repaired everything in a timely and efficient manner.

Had Roto Rooter twice with plumbing problems they solved both of them. The Technicians both knew what to do and were very professional and kind. The last one that came gave me ideas on how to solve one of the problems if it comes back, a great concept in customer service. Thanks

You get what you pay for! I had Jacob Rogers come and help with my water heater, he gave me options and let me know what to expect. I chose to get the heater replaced, Jacob was GREAT!!! He got in done in a timely manner and also did much more than I thought he would. Jacob IS experienced and Knowledgeable, he is what I feel good customer service is all about. Thank you Jacob!!!

Casey was amazing. He explained every step of the way. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in now time I appreciate him so much.

Super helpful looking into my water damage and fixing my sink drain. He even double-checked and re-did the work when the drain wasn't working as well as he thought at the end just to make sure it was satisfactory!

I have a clogged drain. After waiting for more than 8 hours, no technician showed up so I canceled. I just bought an auger and will try to unclog it tomorrow. I wasted the entire day and nobody showed up. Even 1 star is generous. They deserve a BIG ZERO - totally unacceptable
