Mr.Gutierrez was the best technician ever! He supplied emergency service for a broken toilet which was the only one in my house. I can’t say enough positive things about the service supplied and Mr. Rotor Plumbing. It was our first time using the company. Mr. Gutierrez was very professional, timely in completing work, and the quote was straight forward and reasonable. I would definitely use their services again when needed.

Technician was quick and clean explained everything did I mention quick. Very happy with his service. Price was not my favorite thing about my experience but they got the job done and told me all costs upfront I wanted it done and they did it in 30 min

Carlos Hernandez was fantastic and as a matter of fact I will have him back to do more work on my house and bathrooms with Hydro jetting and replacements of with new toilets.

My kitchen sink clogged up and tried putting drain cleaner but unfortunately it didn't work. So I decided to Google a plumber and this Mr. Rooter Plumbing popped up. So I called them and asked how much would they charge me to do the job. They have to cone and check and there they can give me the price. So, in 30 minutes their technician David came out promptly to assess the situation and quoted me the price. The price so reasonable and told him to do it right away. In 30 minutes, no more clogged up on my kitchen sink. The service was so fast and professional. The customer care was excellent and the technician is very very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this Mr. Rooter Plumbing (24 hours service).

The service was good. It started after the time frame but it was beneficial in the end. The technicians were friendly and fast. They informed me of every process. They went above and beyond expectations.

FRANSICO CAME BACK ON MONDAY DECEMBER 22,2025 IN THE MORNNG TO REPAIR THE TOLIET. WE HAD TO CALL HIM BACK OUT ON TUESDAY, TO FIX A MINOR REPAIR ON THE TOLIET. FRANSICO CAME BACK OUT ON TUESDAY EVENING TO FIX THE MINOR REPAIR. THE TOILET IS RUNNING GOOD. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FRANSCIO. IF WE HAVE ANY ISSUES IN THE FUTURE, WE WILL CALL YOU BACK. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very happy with them accommodating our request for Marcus as he came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He arrived earlier than what was scheduled, which we greatly appreciated because our water was shut off, and was quick to find the issue and repair it. He also gave us some pointers with other plumbing items.

These guys are awesome! I tried 4 other places and only one returned my call but couldn't be here until Monday. I needed someone ASAP with company coming today. Mr Rooter sent a tech, Baraa, out immediately and he was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and gave me a rundown of what was needed, honored my coupon, and had us up with running drains in less than an hour! Such great customer service I'm having them come back out to give us a free camera inspection in a week!

I thought I had a malfunctioning water heater and also a very leaky faucet. It turned out to be a pinhole in the water heater cold supply line. Matt with Mr. Rooter came out way sooner than the original estimated time I was given. Awesome. He replaced what needed to be replaced within a couple of hours. Matt was very courteous and professional and I'm happy with the work.

My spigot was loose from the wall and would not cut off the water! Raymond came out assessed the situation removed the old spigot and replaced it with a new one in an hours time! He was professional and courteous and saved our water bill. Me.Rooters provide fast skillful plumbing services in Riverside I recommend them for your plumbing needs any day!!!

Wally was just wonderful. He stuck with our issue until it was resolved, even though it was after quitting time. I really appreciated that especially since it’s thanksgiving week and expecting company. Thank you!!!

Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter! We had an issue with a part of our water heater and Dylan was able to come out an hour earlier than what my dad and I were initially told, which was awesome. Within less than 15 minutes, he was done and did exactly what we had wanted, plus he also gave us some helpful advice for our water heater, so we'll definitely be calling back in the future when we need it replaced.

David the technician came out to evaluate the issue, then he got right on it. David was personable and professional, friendly as well and explained the issues found. I would recommend Mr. Router for your plumbing issues.

Richard did a thorough investigation/inspection to determine where our water leak was coming from. He also repaired the leak and had to temporarily relocate our hot water heater so that repairs to the closet could be made. He was patient, professional and kind. I highly recommend Richard and Mr Rooter to anyone needed plumbing services.

Had family fly in for thanksgiving and of course plumbing suddenly backed up all over the house 🤦🏻‍♂️. I called Mr.Rooter early Friday morning for backed up drain lines and Wally showed up within the hour. He was able to clear all the blockages and get everything flowing again. I feel he went out of his way to make sure everything was free and clear. I am very satisfied with the service. Wally answered all of my questions and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Mr.Rooter!

Marcus Guytan was very friendly and professional in explaining the service that would be performed. It was just a little more than I could pay at the time. He made some calls but still couldn’t get us to where we could do it at this time. When we get the service done, we will be using him
