Our water heater went out and Mark was very professional and educational absolutely the best plumbing service we've ever experienced. James came out the next morning he is very professional, polite, helpful, tidey, quick and efficient we highly recommend All hours plumbing!

James came and replaced 2 toilets on 2 separate occasions at our condo. We live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. He still came back and did the 2nd toilet. He also did some plumbing work to fix the tub that would not drain. Everything looks and runs beautiful. We have had no problems with the plumbing since. Great job! Thank you so much!!

Darrell and Brian were amazing!!! So prompt and courteous and professional. Needed water heater replacement and they were able to come out ASAP and get this taken care of seamlessly (within the hour at that!) Great guys!! Answered all my questions and were so knowledgable. Marc , James & Brian from All Hours Plumber are phenomenal!! Very professional and skilled!! Marc, the owner, patiently explained the problem and solution to the owner of a condo I manage. They were having issues with their water heater and experiencing pipe leaks. Marc explained to me and them, how it started, what happened, and how All Hours Plumber could repair it.
James and Brian made the repairs and explained expectations of the new water heater and pipes to the owner. They completed this in a timely manner without interruption to the owners comfortable daily routine.

The entire team gave the owner tips for preventive maintenance and recommended a great maintenance plan too.

James did a great job repairing my leaks and fixing my main shut off valve outside. He let me know ahead of time when he was arriving and then he took the time to explain everything and was very patient answering all of my questions. James was absolutely fantastic . He came to save a mess of a job a handyman did for us trying to switch valves for the washer. A simple change of valves turn into a mess that had us reach out to All hours plumbing and James came to the rescue . He just didn’t fixed the pipes but text me assure he knew what he was doing with confidence from the get go. He had to open the floor and fixed everything to perfection. James was very great, professional, and efficient in fixing the hose line bib that I had accidentally torn off causing a water leak. I couldn't recommend this company more. James also educated me on the process and gave a step by step tutorial. Very useful knowledge for everyone to have.
