We had two leaks with in days of each other and A1 came out and not only fixed them quickly,but we're earlier than the scheduled window! That is important when you are dealing with water. Both technicians were polite, friendly to my dog and toddler and very professional. They got the job done quickly and with minimal damage ( had to cut in to the ceiling) and even cleaned up after, so I didn't have any debris to remove. I highly recommend them!

So far we have been very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection of our sewer line. Mr Pedroza inspected the pipes in the crawl space and then snaked a camera all the way to the city connection. He also noticed a newer pipe that had not been properly graded in its slope. He even suggested a better route for the new sewer pipe to keep it from running under the porch. We have hired A1 to do the work. We hope the quality of work and commitment continues to the completion of the repair.

I had a great experience with A1 Sewer and Drain. They came out quickly to troubleshoot an issue with my waterline, and their technician Pat was both professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and walked me through the next steps without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Pat was respectful of my property and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. It’s hard to find reliable and honest service these days, but A1 Sewer and Drain delivered. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with plumbing or waterline issues!

I called to discuss a leaking toilet at 0700 and the plumber, who was excellent and very professional, arrived at 0815. He completed everything by 0930 and the price was more than fair. A great experience!

We contacted A1 after business hours utilizing their website requesting an appointment (non-emergency). The office called within minutes of submitting our request to schedule a technician to come out to address our concerns. Technician Pat Burns was assigned to the job. Pat was punctual, ahead of schedule, and accommodating to our already busy schedule. He was very thorough and informative in explaining what was wrong and how he could fix our issues. As a novice to plumbing, the pictures he took and explanation provided was useful. We greatly appreciated his professional recommendations for the future! Thank you, Pat Burns! They reached out after my post and came back to repair the leak. The tech Willie even went out of his way to replace a valve that was filling slowly. I am pleased that they remedied the issue promptly and ahead of the holiday weekend.

Ray arrived as scheduled, very professional and friendly. He pulled out a sink, put in a sink cabinet and replaced 2 faucets that look amazing! Highly recommend this company, and Ray in particular

Patrick was on time and took care of my washer drain immediately. The other issue made a suggestion and hopefully that solves the problem. If not I will need more than A-1 plumbing. I always call them for my home and my mother in laws house. Thank you A-1.

Very happy with my service. Patrick my technician was very personable and knowledgeable and worked with my description to figure out an issue i was having with water temperature. He didn’t just go for the most expensive solution first and it turned out to be an inexpensive fix. Also like the pictures you get of the work. Highly recommend!

Jarrod was on time, personable and professional. He took care of retrieving my wayward earring down the sink drain and replaced an old accordion pipe with pvc in less than an hour. This is the second time I've used A-1.

JaJuan came to install our new water heater. He was courteous and professional making sure I was pleased with the location and configuration. Great job getting our water issue resolved.

We are very pleased with the knowledge of Justin. He quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a major water leak upstairs. My only complaint was he wore his very dirty boots in the house and left the floors nasty. I recommend they wear booties for protection.

If I could leave a zero rating I would, the 2 guys that came out didn't have a clue what to do with a tankless water heater. I was told to call back when the weather was warmer. I call Mr. Rooter the next day and job was done.
