Counter guy is moody like some others have said. He also said he doesn't have any plumbing experience so he can't help figure out parts.

I came in first thing in the morning, and the coffee aroma filled the air, and the customer service was immediate, and they found my hard to find parts right away.

Staff was very helpful without being patronizing. Much better info then one of the big box stores

Guy behind the counter was very helpful with warming up the seat under his ass. I would get some better help than what they have at the moment.

Nice employee's and almost always found what I was looking for recently saw that water heaters are running a little low but besides that they've always been good. 5 stars

This place is alright, not the best customer service and worse jokes. I mean why do you need a hot water heater if you water is already hot? Like I haven't heard that one before, lame.

This place is great, they always have what I need, I am a tradesman so most of the time, I know what I need but if I throw an idea at them, they always help me out with the best solution. I've watched them walk through some plumbing problems with plenty of homeowners in the past, they know their stuff

Needed a Cartridge for a Delta faucet and only had a couple of hours before the plumber my wife called arrived and charged me $65 just for showing up - Spoke with Dave and Jared and from first contact they were on the case.

I sent these guys a couple of pics and they were able to tell me what I needed and where they had it. Drove to Mesa store and ten minutes and $50 bucks later had the part I needed and fixed rhe faucet myself.

Van Marcke supply here in Mesa is okay. Shelves were a little thinly stock. However I found the abs and pvc fittings I was looking for. A little bit spendy here. Counter guy seem a little moody but we all have our days!

Whenever I'm in this store the "old man" Dave, always goes out of his way to make me feel appreciated as a long time loyal customer. This 5 star is for you Dave!

Employees like the one I met at the Southern Rd store are hard to find these days, Bubba you made my day. Not only did you look at other stores for my filters , you went to two of them to complete my order! Service like a professional. Thank you Bubba.
