Destin provided without question the best in-home service experience I’ve ever had. A consummate professional, clearly hardworking and genuinely caring. A true tradesman. Consider yourself blessed if Destin shows up.

Destin was super helpful in fixing my backed up sewer and stopping the running water that was flooding my apartment. He was friendly and professional, and even helped me take pictures of the damage to submit to my landlord, which I hadn’t thought about in the stress of the situation.
He got to my apartment within two hours of me calling on a Sunday night at 9pm and had everything fixed and wrapped up within two hours. Didn’t even wake my baby sleeping in the next room 😂
Overall was a great experience considering the circumstances and I’ll definitely be calling again if I have any other problems.

Keith was very professional and very knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. He actually took the time to explain my plumbing problem and offered me alternatives and advice on things that I could do to prevent future issues. The company also provides a great discount to Seniors which was greatly appreciated. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company! I have used them multiple times in the past and have been very happy with the service that I’ve received.

Dwayne was our service tech and he was wonderful. He provided professional and thorough services and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He provided valuable education about our drains and how to prevent issues from happening in the future. Very pleased with the service Dwayne and Roto-Rooter provided.

The technician was professional and did a great job I would give him a 5 stars but unfortunately for the company you need to work on informing your customers if and why you are running late I waited over 24 hr. and kept getting text from five different technician saying they are running late you are next in line making me think someone will be here soon and they are really not if you are as busy as you are be for real with you customer don't continue to lie about there appointments

Keith came to my home and was an excellent service man. He was detailed with his explanation and educated me on the issue & how he was going to repair it if I chose to accept the service. He was very respectful, professional & helpful. He explained my options in detail. I was nervous about not having an estimate until they were on - site but Keith did not make me feel pressured in anyway. I had several questions and he answered them all with detail & a genuine kindness. He was able to quote me on future work I need to get done & gave me all the information I would need & the right language to use so calling back to schedule would be seamless. I was so impressed & grateful for his help!

The floor drain in my garage was plugged up. Dustin came out to clean it for me. He was knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what he was doing and what it would cost. He was prepared with the proper tools and equipment and had my floor drain working properly in short order. Very professional ... thank you!!

I definitely had the worse day ever! I had a bad day at work then came home to everything flooded in my downstairs. I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out within 2 hours! A VERY helpful and knowledgeable lady came out(Sheila Vardakis)and helped me to KNOW that I was going to be taken care of, she was phenomenal! Then an amazing man and the life saver Antwin came out and worked so hard he was sweating, I offered something to drink but he insisted to get the drain unclogged and working again. I am so very blessed that I was told about these amazing people from my neighbor because they for SURE have my vote! Thank you guys SO much for everything!

We called root-rooter due to a leak coming through the ceiling, Destin and his supervisor arrived and were very knowledgeable, informative, explained everything well and addressed the problem quickly. I recommend them to anyone and will call again for any future plumbing needs.

After inspecting the drains and charging more than $700 I was told that the home drains were not the problem. Rather for a mere $16000 the real problem(the sewer lateral tiles) should be replaced. At age 79, I would expect that someone taking that much money ($771) for nothing would show me the courtesy of wearing a mask and asking me to raise my hands before asking for $16000 more. Seniors in the Kansas City area beware. There are better choices available. ZERO stars.

After responding to two emails and two telephone calls from Roto-Rooter, I discovered that my rating of zero stars was too generous. Trust me when I say there are better choices. Beware of the “free estimate” that comes with an invoice and substantial charge.

Extremely knowledgeable tech, friendly, helpful, and got the job done quickly. Would call again. They helped us with a clogged drain in our home and went above and beyond to ensure all drains were cleared before leaving

Destin was great, he's been out for several jobs at my home, as was roto rooter. Destinhighly proficient and professional. Took the time to explain everything and I would highly recommend and use again in the future. They've fixed faucets, interior leaks, and now they just installed a water pressure regulator and its working fantastic.

Dustin was on time, super nice, professional, and did a wonderful job. I would most definitely reach out to him when I’m in need. 100% recommend.

From Brandon who came out on a Sunday, to Landon his Supervisor who had to be called in, to Juan who repaired the pipes, Roto-Rooter took care of getting my house's sewer pipes back to working. Juan kept me informed about the progress and made the repairs look easy. I know the job was done right and that's big in my book. Corners could have been cut by not by Juan. Thanks Juan!
