Dwayne was so nice and honest and helpful from the very beginning, and so was the trainee, “R”(? spelling) he had with him!! I was so upset with all the water backing up, not knowing what to do and he worked with me to help get this horrible situation under control. I can’t thank him enough.!!! You have a “jewel”with him and the guy he’s training too.!!!!!!
Also, as well as Patrick that had to be the bear of the not so good News for me was very kind in helping me look at different situations as to how to handle my problem in the long run! All three exceptional men that helped very very well!!!

Hi had a toilet replaced today and the communication with the office and dispatch was not great. I had to call several times to get order details over to my technician and then received a email that my appt was cancelled. Besides that though, my Tech-Marco V. Was great. His communication was clear. He laid out what to expect, time to complete and gave suggestions. He was very helpful, quick, cleaned up and very professional. For his service alone, I would recommend RotoRooter

10/10 recommend!! Got a tech out to my house within 4 hours of the service call and replaced water heater the following day. Real time text updates when enroute, picking up parts, and almost done with service. Also changed my outside water heater unit in 90+ heat. Clayton was professional, courteous, and did a great job!!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter showing up immediately when I had a sewer line break on thanksgiving. The technician was polite and kind.

Really sweet, helpful people. They kept me informed on timing, prices, etc. They also were quick and cleaned up great. So thankful to them, specifically Marco and Anir. You guys rock!!!

Contacted RR 11pm on a Saturday evening. Sunday morning the whole RR team showed up. An actual Plumber, Some guy with a camera to check sewer lines and finally RR supervisor. Issue was fixed quickly for the quoted price.

Roto Rooter was very responsive to initiate the service appointment at my home when my hot water heater stopped working. The technician, Eric, was knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire service appointment, and was very quick to return once the part that had to be ordered arrived. Erik Bradley and his partner Shane did an amazing job! They were quick, had great customer service, and met our needs. You can tell they were knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. Very helpful.

Erik initially thought we had a faulty valve, but reviewed his photos and researched our problem even after leaving our house to pick up a part. He called immediately when he concluded it was a different issue with our well pump system. I appreciate the extra thought he put into our issue and his immediate response. Erik was also dispatched and came within an hour of my call.

He was very professional and explained everything that he needed to do. We were pleased with his kindness and will be using him again if needed. His name was Erik Bradley.

Accomplishing this task was remarkably simple, and I’m not sure why I hesitated for so long, especially with Roto-Rooter available. They reached out to me just minutes after I submitted my project on Yelp and arranged an appointment for the next day. The system updated me on the technician's arrival time the following day. My wife was at home, and I was anxious about getting coffee. When I returned, Fabian, the technician, was already on-site, preparing to begin work. He provided a clear explanation of the pricing and equipment and displayed exceptional professionalism. I truly admire his expertise and professionalism, especially since he is a US Army veteran! As a fellow veteran, I noticed the pride and professionalism he exuded. Fabian exemplifies the ideal standard of customer service that should be reflected throughout your company. The installation was executed flawlessly; he tested the line for proper pressure and even shared some helpful tips regarding the PSR for future reference. The pricing was perfectly aligned with the quality of service provided. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be requesting Roto-Rooter and Fabian again in the future. I cannot recommend this technician and his service highly enough!
