Marco was great! He was available right away and showed up promptly. He worked quickly, but did a good job. I was very happy with his work. He installed a garbage disposal for us.

This is a great company! They respond timely, very disciplined and reliable. Erick was the person who replaced my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and truly cared, he called to give me estimates and updates and delivered everything he promised to deliver. I know how difficult is to find reliable contractors and I am very happy I found Roto-Rooter Plumbing, now I do not need to be looking for another firm, because they are my choice going forward. I called Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue, and Erik was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand and worked efficiently to get everything fixed quickly.

Eric did a "Supra" job. He arrived within 30 minutes, assessed the sewer stoppage quickly, found a discount for me, and cleared the sewer. Very nice guy to talk with while working. Perfect.

Words cannot express how pleased and satisfied I am with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. I had an emergency plumbing issue during the holidays. They answer the phone sent a technician in less than a couple of hours, and the technician was knowledgeable courteous even wiped his feet before coming into my home and was very respectful of my property and myself. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed in a short amount of time, honored the estimate they gave, plus they stuck to the estimate, they went above and beyond to make sure I was OK during this holiday season and for that I am so thankful and grateful. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend 💯✌️♥️

We had a toilet that had somehow become unmounted. Not the biggest problem, but we were concerned that the issue could get worse. We have used Roto-Rooter in the past, with good results, so we called them again. The person who took our call was courteous and accommodating, and had someone come out within the hour. The plumber, Erik, evaluated the situation, gave us a quote, then got to work. He was very professional and efficient, getting our toilet back to normal. Our experience with Roto-Rooter was nothing but positive, therefore, we recommend them highly.

I had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter from start to finish. Late Friday afternoon I ran into an unexpected issue and was worried I might be without water all weekend. I called Roto-Rooter, and they answered right away and were able to send someone out within about an hour and a half — which was a huge relief.

Highly recommend! My water heater went out and they were able to come out that day to diagnose the problem, and came back the next morning with a new one to replace it. Couldn’t ask for better or faster customer service. Mike and Todd were excellent! They left the work area in much better condition than they found it and walked me through some simple yearly maintenance tips.

Javier showed up less than 24 hours after our hot water heater died. He and Jesus replaced our broken tank with a tankless unit and were to get us hot water. Their work was absolutely stellar and Javier is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. It is very rare to find folks in any industry who care as much about quality, precision, and making customers completely satisfied. Time for a warm shower! Thanks, Javier!

My tankless hot water heater died on the day the winter storm was fast approaching. He couldn't find an acceptable replacement anywhere close to where I live, so he had his employee to drive 50 miles away to pick up one he did locate. His other employee came to my house and worked until almost 1 am to install it. Now that's service. Also, William Parrish is an expert in tankless hot water heaters.

Got a message from the water company about a potential leak- investigation revealed a Major water leak at the water meter region-after managing to get it shut off I called William Parrish Plumbing. In 20 minutes Camden showed up, pumped down the cavity and found the source of the leak. It was in the water companies line and he recommended that I contact them to save me the $$. Camden was super helpful, professional, and a great representative of the company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Javier was very prompt, professional, and thorough. It was an after hours/ emergency call. He took care of my plumbing leaks/problem and referred me to a mitigation/ restoration company to help with the water damage repair. Very good service.
