Had great service from Michael at William Parrish Plumbing back in Dec. 2025. He refurbished an old tub faucet stoping a pesky drip and a toilet fill valve. He took great care making sure it was done correctly. Will be happy to work with WP again.

Kind, professional , organized, expedited repair quickly and effectively, communicated effectively the issue and how they were going to resolve.

Will use them again, and recommend.

Overall great and quick experience!
I first spoke on the phone with a lovely woman to get an appointment and was provided with updates the entire time. Payment was easy and Camden did a great job repairing everything and made the area look better than when he had arrived!

Camden was an excellent! He swiftly identified the plumbing issue and provided us with suitable solutions. His honest opinion on the recommended course of action never made us feel pressured, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant.

Camden came out to my home within 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quoted me prices before doing any work, and he completed the repairs quickly. Double points for being cool with my puppy, who found him fascinating.

We had an unexpected leak between our 1st and 2nd floors. Javier was great to work with. He took extra care and time in explaining all the ins and outs to us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. We will definitely be utilizing William Parrish Plumbing in the future!

I called the main office and the person was very pleasant and helped work my in same day. Technician Javier showed up and was fantastic. Explained everything in detail and showed me my issues on camera and double checked the solution. Great service and helpful pricing.

Camden and Jesus did a couple jobs for us and did an excellent job. During the first day, we received a comprehensive list of possible services for the main job, and associated costs. Camden completed the smaller jobs on day 1, one was a kitchen sink leveling and recaulking, and the second one was a shower knob adjustment.

On day 2, we needed a re-adjustment to the shower and they proffessionally and thoroughly completed that.

They also completed the main job which was a leak detection and repair in a crawl space. They were able to do the repair and we're very happy with the job they did.

Also, they provided excellent communication on their arrival times, and were always on time, and left all work areas clean! They also answered all our questions about the work they did and gave us recommendations on future maintenance.

Great expertise, friendly, thorough, responsive, communicative team. Wonderful “can-do” attitude with realistic expectation setting. Went beyond the scope of work at very reasonable pricing. I can’t recommend them enough!

Javier and Camden were great to work with! They clearly communicated pricing, issues, resolutions, and had full transparency. We greatly appreciated their thoroughness with fixing our piping and bathtub facet leak. Anything we needed, they were able to accommodate, especially with setting up and sealing the access door in our closet.

This was their second visit and we'd be happy to have them again.

We had a great experience today with our plumber, Pedro. He helped us select a new hot water heater and explained a variety of options for us. When we chose a pretty basic option, he did not push or try to sell us on a more expensive unit. He even installed it the same day. They took great care not to damage the walls and carpets taking out the old unit and installing the new one. I felt like the price was reasonable and less than I had been bracing myself for.

Service was efficient, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Problem was solved in a timely manner. I would use the company again.

2nd Job with Paul the Plumber: installing whole-house water filter/softener loop in finished basement. Professional, family run business that does excellent and clean work. Very responsive and timely to provide service--I've never had to call more than once. I recommend these guys to everyone that needs plumber work. Will call for future work as needed.

Paul completed plumbing for our basement renovation. I am really impressed with the quality of work, price, and attention to detail. He is definitely a nice person also. He is a great plumber. I have definitely had my share of not so great plumbers in the past. Paul is a fantastic plumber
