Needed a very particular plumbing part (bonnet nut) to repair a shower handle. After searching all the chain home improvement stores around Omaha with no luck, a call to Ferguson revealed they had multiple in stock . The employee was very knowledgeable and even assisted me in purchasing an additional part I didn't expect they would have.

I own Cornerstone Plumbing in Omaha NE and stop by different Ferguson locations several times a week. Out of the Ferguson counters in Omaha, the Grover St. location is by far the best. Drew, Andy and Brent go above and beyond on every visit. Andy and Drew recently went well above the call of duty to find me an obscure part for a Liberty ejector pit system. I let them know what I needed and they tracked everything down and got it ordered. Thanks guys for your amazing service!

Had a leaky master bath shower head. Drove me nuts for a couple days, then I went to Fergusons with a picture of my faucet handle (with the knob taken off). 5 minutes and $30.22 later, I'm out the door with the right part, that had instructions on the box, and a quick fix later and the drip is fixed. Great knowledge and awesome price!

Just stopped in to pick up a part that I ordered on Friday. This is the one on Grover. We walked in and stood right in front of the two guys at the counter. Not so much as a “How’s it going guys?” Or a “Just one minute we’ll be with you shortly.” So after standing at the counter for 10 minutes I decided to leave. If you’re not a professional plumber skip these guys and give Amazon the business. At least they’ll help you right away.

I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply to try to find a supply line for a 17 year old Kohler faucet. Everyone was helpful. They called around and determined it was discontinued. Drew, in particular, went above and beyond spending time with me and brainstorming ideas in the hope that I would not need to buy a whole new faucet just because a supply line leaked. I really appreciate Drew's knowledge and customer service.

Zero stars. I meet with someone in the showroom before I moved. I emailed and left a voice message for them to place an order but they never returned my reach out. I guess they don't care about a single person's order. Why would I spend my money when they don't care about you?!

We ordered a tub from them for our remodeling business. Originally, they told us the tub would take 1 week to arrive. Then, they called us and told us they don't have the tub and if we wanted the same tub it would take another 2 weeks to arrive. So, they told they have another tub for a higher price. They wouldn't price match the tub for us even though they told us it would be 1 week. I'm not too satisfied with this situation to be honest.

Keith and Mike installed our stacked washer and dryer and could not have been more professional and skilled. We have an extremely tricky laundry setup in our condo and they were able to trouble shoot and come up with the correct solution. Everything looks great and works like a charm. We could not be more impressed and highly recommend this company.

COMPANY WILL NOT SELL TO YOU IF YOU ARE NOT OPERATING A BUSINESS. Called and asked for a part number lookup, they have it and then guy asks if I have a business… “we’ve been told by management not to sell to people without a business” WHAT!?! My money is no good since it’s a one time sale what a joke.

Had a plumping class here today. Good class lots of info. Wade always does a great job for my company. Also easy to work for and order from highly recommended all their locations.

This is a plumbing supply Warehouse but it's open to public and it has a public sales counter, with lots of tools and products available for purchase, right in the same room as the sales counter. Everything else is in the Warehouse located under the same roof in another area of the building. They have a loading dock and things can be loaded into your vehicle or trailer. Delivery is also available. They carry many brands and just about anything you might need for your plumbing-plus needs. Sales reps are super friendly. Super helpful. Prices are always reasonable. I have always been really pleased with service, huge on-site Warehouse, and trusted delivery. They always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend it.
