Worst customer service ever! Super rude and could care less about customer service!!! My water heater was leaking water from the gas valve and was confirmed by my tech of the broken part. I went in to ask for the part and these guys claimed that my entire unit needed to be replace. This is their professional opinion without even seeing my unit. When I insist of getting the part; the guy was still rude! Good thing I didn't waste a penny there and left to the warehouse on Belmont. Got my gas control valve and replaced the unit. Sure enough, the problem was fixed. Do your homework before going in or else you will be getting their professional opinion.

I visited Ferguson Plumbing Supply in April of 2023 for a part for my new restaurant equipment. I had a broken version of the part in my hands to which the store clerk said "we definitely don't have that". As I was walking around the store I found an exact match to what I was looking for. There were 4 employees there and none of them made any effort to help me. Not only this, but they were joking and speaking to each other in vulgar and obscene language. It was very inappropriate for the work place and especially in front of customers.
This was my second visit to this store and both visits 2 years apart went about the same. -
Went there to get a 1” left right nipple and coupling paid $74.32 thought to ck my record from another plumbing supply house and paid $23,34 for a 1 1/4 bottom line they are crooks

Disappointed with the customer service. No response after many phone calls. Keep transferring from one to other. I won’t recommend to go there. Very upset.

This place needs to rethink who they hire to drive their trucks. I was cut off right before a red light had to slam on my breaks and their driver just looked and laughed at me when we came up next to each other then they continued to swerve from lane to lane in their big truck. So dangerous and careless.

Unable to fix my issue due to not have a variety of equipment. Was told their line machine was too large to fit into my bathroom. But I still had to pay an enormous fee with my problem NOT FIXED!! Was offered for them to do another job that would have cost over $3K just because their equipment was too large to fit in a bathroom.

I had a slab leak- they did something to my faucet in the kitchen. He would not even try to clean it or take. He ran to his truck to call George who would not take responsibility and wanted $675.00 for a faucet.

Cody was very nice and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. Did a great job of cleaning up. Every person that was working with Cody was nice and professional.
-
It was a big big job but these guys did it in 3 days very professional and polite. They even cleaned up good. They even made sure it didn't leak after they did the work so young and good plumbers!!

The guys were great, very polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. Kept me informed of everything. They did an excellent job helping me with my clog problem, which was quite a job.

Couldnt be more disappointed! I called them with an emergency septic issue on a Friday, early afternoon. At first, they said it would be no problem and they would have someone out by that afternoon. As the early afternoon became late afternoon and I didnt hear from them, I began to worry. I started calling to try and figure out if I would get any help from them. As it turned out, when I finally got ahold of the dispatcher, they said they couldnt come out until Monday morning. I wasted hours waiting for them when I could have called someone else. On top of all of that, they quoted me several different amounts for the work. Horrible company and I would never refer anyone to them

Company was unprofessional. Didn't call to notify me about anything, was impossible to get a hold of and the company was not on the same page. Got 3 different quotes for one job in which they didn't finish. Called them the first time to fix a clog and they ended up damaging my shower. Second time calling them to fix water damage from the shower and the toilet and they didn't do it correctly. Didn't take out the part of the wall that has the actual damage, broke the flange where the toilet sat on and didn't tell me or it was broken and they didn't tell me and then they proceeded to want to charge me extra for a job in which they were supposed to do anyways. Not impressed, won't recommend.

Christian R. Was the best plumber
. He was Efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in his customer service he completed the job and a timely manner, and made sure everyone was happy before he left I will not use another plumbing service -
Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous

Called on a Saturday afternoon. Leak in main supply line above women's restroom in client's office. Brian arrived in a timely manner. Roto-Rooter rep and Brian were in constant communication with me. On Monday morning after plumber picked up parts, he repaired pipe, just as he had explained on Saturday. Thank you!

Amazing and professional.
We had services done last year by Rolando and recently with Enrique. Both gentleman went above and beyond to find and resolve our issue. We would definitely recommend RotoRooter for any plumbing issues. -
UPDATE***
WE reached out for a FREE ESTIMATE. Technician Skylar was sent to our home and could not locate the clog. I said it's a branch line before the main and the washer dryer is backing up into it, I also gave some details of the prior plumber who couldn't figure it out and left without charging.
Originally the technician wanted to try to snake through toilet, as jacuzzi tub was too complex for tech, so we removed toilet ourselves as to not be charged toilet removal fee. But he hadn't checked the washer dryer room adjacent where another toilet is, and once we told him about the other toilet, he said this wont work, but we'd already removed it. So we removed toilet for nothing and need new wax ring seal because he didn't check the washer dryer room--and still didn't check even after telling him about the toilet in there.
Next he wanted to use camera and get on rooftop stating again we would not be charged unless something was found but if there was, it would be a ladder fee. He couldn't find anything, so he did the right thing and called a supervisor to come out the next day.
Supervisor AARON FILLMORE came out the next day and used a camera into jacuzzi tub and said there was a clog going into the line somewhere past the brick wall into the bedroom on the left--not the washer dryer room on the right, and quoted us over 4K to fix not including thousands for subfloor tear out but said we could do the jackhammering from the bedroom underneath the brick wall ourselves towards the bathroom to save money.
We pulled out our own jacuzzi tub ourselves and jackhammered underneath to get a better look after they left instead of jackhammering from the bedroom, and it revealed that THERE WAS NOT A PIPE RUNNING TOWARDS THE BEDROOM ON THE LEFT AT ALL. IT GOES UP INTO THE CEILING/ROOF ONLY AND THEY WERE LOOKING AT THE WRONG THING.
So obviously the only other way to go down the pipe is going toward the washer dryer room on the RIGHT, where the flooding happened. Ended up using a $40 snake from Home Depot in the pipe in the washer dryer room adjacent to bathroom and unclogged ourselves. THE ROOM NEITHER AARON NOR SKYLAR EVER CHECKED!!!! It turns out the washer dryer connect has the only access to the main sewer on this side of the house. Not plumbers, but we solved this ourselves and it was actually extremely simple--just an old house so not up to current code.
Roto-Rooter instead of admitting they couldn't find it, they lead us the wrong way and wanted $550 for NOTHING and blew up our phone during WORK HOURS asking for payment over and over when we couldn't respond. So, we called to negotiate once bill in mail was received. The property owner was spoken to rudely and told we get charged for camera usage regardless, which was NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD. I never received a call back to negotiate despite being told I would get a call back, but rather another bill in the mail threatening to send to collections, and now this from collections with...A FRAUDULENT SIGNATURE ON A GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WE WERE NEVER PRESENTED!
Had we blindly gone with Roto-Rooter's incorrect recommendation and tried to save money with jackhammering from the other bedroom, I would have thousands of dollars' worth of damage in my concrete subfloor and brick wall for nothing and had done it MYSELF because we just don't have that kind of money, so they wouldn't be liable at all. Not only did they refuse to negotiate, but we now find out from collections that they also committed fraud by forging signatures on a GSA that was never shown or signed.
investigation is pending.
Please do yourself a favor and find a small business with folks who respect their customers and try to work with them in complicated situations when their "experts" mess up or don't even bother checking the next room over. -
I sincerely appreciated Andrew's Can-Do attitude. He explained each step of the process and was determined to unclog my drains. A previous inexperienced plumber came unprepared to work on a seventy-eight year old home and gave up after half an hour. Andrew was determined and succeeded after several attempts. He also offered tips to keep my old pipes clear.

Roto rotor company went out within 1 hour of calling them. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced compared to other plumbing services I called. Thank you.
