They had Kohler toilet parts, when Home Depot (where the toilet was purchased) did not! Brandon looked at a photo and knew exactly what seal or kit was needed. I went the kit solution because the toilet is 17 years old. Brandon stressed that if the kit was not the correct one to bring it back! It was the correct kit. Customer service plus!

Had the hard to find parts for my Kohler toilet and the staff was very helpful with advising on the install.

Grate friendly family store, they didn't have the part I needed so they looked on the computer to see who would have it. Loved it. Will go there again.

Don't bother to go to this place unless you are a profession plumber. The two guys I talked to seemed reluctant to help me with my questions. Long drive for nothing. Got much better help at Lowe's, which seems impossible to believe but true.

They tend to have the parts the home centers are missing. Service is helpful and friendly. More knowlesge than indoor lumber yards too!

Incredibly helpful. I'm replacing bathroom fixtures in a very old bungalow and finding parts would have been a nightmare without the patient, knowledgeable staff. It's such a rare occurrence to leave a store so relaxed, feeling certain that at least this task will end well. Thank you.

When the 7-year old pressure reduction valve (PRV) on the water supply of my house had failed I ordered a rebuild kit through Ferguson Waterworks Arizona. When the installed rebuild kit failed to provide steady water flow their sales person Austin Williams went out of his way to contact the manufacture of the PRV on my behalf. Thanks to his persistent effort the manufacture eventually agreed to ship me a full replacement valve at no additional cost! Throughout the process he was understanding, courteous, thorough, and responsive. He demonstrated to me that Ferguson is not your typical middle man dealership, but a highly professional specialty company that you can rely upon. Through this experience I have no problem reaching out to them again for my future plumbing needs and highly recommending them to others.
