Ferguson was my first stop to solve a problem. Finding an adapter for an aquarium cleaning system is complicated. Saul Gamboa, Ferguson representative, was creative, thoughtful, and truly understood the puzzle. All good!

Ferguson's is an awesome plumbing warehouse that has a wide variety of stems cartridges fixtures and fittings 4 copper galvanized and everything in between. the staff there is helpful and knowledgeable and above all they still believe in customer service so they are respectable and courteous. I would recommend that anybody needing help with their plumbing fixtures faucets or questions in general to give these guys a call or stopping to the store nearest to you. I am a plumber and have been on e in Tucson for the past 13 years and these guys have been my go-to shop and vendor. 24-7 plumbing is my company and my name is Joaquin S.

Clerk didn't check or even pretend to check the inventory before going "we don't have it" when I tried to explain the part I needed. Seemed intent on getting me out the door as quick as possible without actually doing anything.

I've dealt with them for five years and if they can't find what you want they'll tell where to get it.

My plumber bought my name-brand, new water heater here and a year later he wasn't practicing on his own anymore and couldn't do the work for me on a new install. Ferguson still honored my warranty even though the new install was done by another plumber. It was amazing service the whole time and I was so thrilled to be saving hundreds of dollars thanks to their willingness to communicate with my new plumber and stand by their guarantee. Amazing company.

Thanks to Eric S. at the counter who listened to my unusual plumbing problem and built a solution for me on the spot with parts off of the shelf. It's working perfectly. Ferguson is a great place if you have an idea of what you need, but wouldn't know how to ask for it or what the parts are called. Thanks Eric!

I recently purchased a U-Line Ice Maker from Ferguson Enterprises, expecting top-notch service and support given the company’s size and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.

After spending over $5,500 on the ice maker, it failed just seven months after installation. The compressor—a critical component—broke down, leaving me without a functioning unit. When I reached out to U-Line for warranty service, I was informed that the repair would take nearly three months to complete. Naturally, I turned to Ferguson, hoping they would stand behind the product they sold me.

To my disappointment, Ferguson refused to take responsibility, stating that they don’t have the authority to dictate replacements or refunds. Instead, they left me to deal with the manufacturer directly, offering no real assistance or advocacy on my behalf. For a company of Ferguson’s stature, this lack of customer support is unacceptable.

I chose Ferguson over other retailers because I believed they would provide better support, especially for a high-end product. Sadly, it seems Ferguson is more interested in making sales than in ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re considering purchasing a major appliance from Ferguson, I urge you to think twice—especially if you expect them to stand behind what they sell.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend Ferguson based on how they handled this situation.

Everyone was helpful, but Saul went above and beyond. Not only did he walk through my list to help me find everything in the store, but he also answered all my questions and personally delivered the water heater to my house! I'm incredibly grateful. I’ll definitely stop by again and ask for Saul next time.

I can’t tell you how much I love this business! These folks have literally EVERYTHING for your plumbing needs. The staff is super knowledgeable and can walk you through the most complicated plumbing scenario you run up against. I’ve been working on replacing a faucet that involved a whole bunch of reverse osmosis fittings. I have no idea who plumbed underneath our kitchen sink… Lol…but I am in a great position to clean it all up and make it work because of the help I received from the folks here at Ferguson plumbing supplies. We’re super blessed to have these guys in our backyard, do yourself a favor and swing on by and see exactly what I’m referring to.

I think they were a-ok when I needed parts

Being a pipe company, they are scared to unload a flatbed loaded with bundled of aluminum pipes....so weird, they refused the freight due to being unsafe to unload,. Its a regular load with bundles of aluminum pipes that we hauled hundreds of times, nothing out of ordinary. The shipper was ABLE to load it, we were able to transport it, but they ca not unload it, what a joke! My driver said that they are too lazy to work, cause they get paid by the hours, so it does not matter if they work or not, they make the same wage, I would not be surprised if this place goes out of business one day with such "productive" workers. Now , being Friday, my driver is stuck till Monday with this short run to take it back to the shipper. Will never send a truck here again.

Update: Went back to the shipper, got unloaded in 45 minutes, not a bit of concern about unloading it in a safe manner.

To Columba Pipe management- someone get Dustin from receiving a pacifier, maybe he will get the courage needed to unload trucks, I guarantee this is going to be a good return on investment.

The technician, Colton, was friendly and worked hard to determine the problem. He listened to my concerns. When he finished the job he cleaned up the area. I was very happy with the results and would use the company again.

My sump pump was not very reliable during last summer’s flooding here in the Metro Milwaukee area, resulting me dealing with a water-logged basement. This year, I called Knight Plumbing, Milwaukee for someone to come out and check the sump pump and also look at a couple of other problems in my basement. Isaiah came out, timely and evaluated the problem. He was very knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciated his patience. Long story short, he installed a new Zoeller sump pump for me. It is built with a cast iron body and a better float switch, much better than what I had in my basement. Isaiah also installed real copper pipes to correct some shoddy that had been done on my hot water heating plumbing. All in all, it was a good day and a good experience. I was happy to get my new sump pump and my water heater work done by a skilled and capable technician, Isaiah. If you live in the Metro-Milwaukee area and need plumbing work, call Knight Plumbing and ask for Technician Isaiah. You will be glad that you did. Isaiah will give you a good skilled job and plus, he has a great personality…. he will patiently answer all of your questions. Thanks, Isaiah. You did a good job, now I can cross that sump pump and water heater off my problems list.
