We had a shower clog and they sent over Christian from Tulare. He was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and even explained the situation and costs. He fixed our clog in 30minutes and even stayed to double check things. Considering how things started, he even took the time to keep things tidy.

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.

Had a blockage occur on a Monday night at 930. Called Roto Rooter at 630 AM the following morning and had a tech on site at 830AM. They explained the whole process and even updated me with costs every step of the project; from initial troubleshooting, clean out install, aqua jet scrub, and finally replacement of main drain line ( house was built in the 70s with cast iron pipes so no surprise it needed replacement). They even helped with financing the 15k project. The only thing I can complain about is the cost but even then that's beyond their control and honesty, with all the attention given and status updates, I think ot was worth it. Kudos to Roto-Rooter, they've earned a customer for life.

Would recommend these people to anyone needing drain service. They are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Enrique explained all my options and recommended what he thought was best. I am totally satisfied with his work and the efficiency of the process. Thank you!

I appreciate how fast the plumber was here at my house the next day. I also appreciate how much he looked into the problem I was having. He called his manager to talk to him about the problem. So if anything happens again I will definitely give them a call back. Thank you!

Bryan was awesome! This was the 2nd time I've had to have Bryan come out. Turns out there were serious problems with the sewer line itself. I agreed to the work and Bryan started digging. This was about 10:45 AM. He was gone before 4:00 PM and the lines were fixed and grass returned in place. Simply Amazing!

Don't concern yourself with the others, just hire Roto Rooters....and ask for Byran as your tech. Ask for Bryan!

Our Service Technician was very professional and very courteous. He came out on a Sunday within 1 hour of our call and completed the job in an extremely timely manner. Very much appreciated!

First time ever having to hire a plumber and they were fast to send over brian on the same day. He did an amazing job not only at fixing the issue but also explaining what the problem was and the different options I could take and the cost for those. Would definitely hire them again!

This happened years ago. The guy thought there was tree root blocking the main line pipe so he quoted me $275. He snake the mainline for about 3 minutes and whatever was blocking the pipe got dislodged. He continued to snake the pipe for about another 8 or 10 minutes. I ask him what blocked the pipe earlier and he told me he didn't know. He was there for about 30 minutes or less the entire time and inaccurately quoted me of removing tree root and still charged me $275. What he should have done is tell me he thought there was tree root blocking the main pipe and because there was no tree root and he unclogged the pipe so fast the quoted price will be lower.

Arturo B. was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us with honest answers to our questions and provided excellent service. He was able to assess the issue and provided us with a solution that worked! The work has a one year warranty so if the issue happens again, Roto-rooter will back to help. My husband and I really appreciated the customer service. Thank you again Roto-rooter!

Bryan came out and was professional, took the time to clearly explain everything, and offered services that would best address my water heater. I quickly trusted his wisdom, and appreciate his high quality. I highly recommend Bryan!

Cody showed up the exact minute I expected him. Had the proper equipment stocked in his van. Explained the procedure and the cost and, then proceeded to work on the issue. Cleared my main sewer line in less than an hour and showed the root he pulled out. Cody was very friendly, polite, and respectable. And, has great work ethic. He was up front about further work that may need to be done and, I definately would hire roto-rooter for future plumbing issues.

Bryan, arrived as promised. He diagnosed my water heater problem, once he identified the issue he gave my spouse and I alternatives. We made a choice and was extremely happy with the service and installment of the new water heater. Thank you Bryan and Roto-Rooter for being prompt, honest and throughly explaining what to do. I now have them on speed dial for future services as needed for all my upkeep and repairs. I highly recommend this company and their technicians for all they do to keep families and household comfortable !

I had a gentleman by the name of Bryan come to our house, assess the problem and fix it in just a few hours. He was up front about the problem, advice on how to handle it, and even gave insight onto how to prevent it and the sort. Highly knowledgeable and very friendly, the best plumber I’ve ever had at my house. Will solely use this service from now on as long as it maintains this exceptional quality.

Team was Fantastic. We sprung a bad leak from a broken bathtub faucet cartridge at nearly midnight after the super bowl. Our previous company and other company couldn't reach their 24 hour service personnel. We reached out to roto-rooter and immediately had Skyler on his way out. There was no delay and he got the problem temporarily addressed, and then was able to get the full team to get the issue solved the next day. Skyler was fantastic and easy to reach at all hours (night and day) and helped me work with the manager to get a reasonable pricing on the work as well. I definitely recommend and will use services again!

I just want to say that my call wound up being a courtesy call. I thought they were gonna say, well Tamara, it's gonna be that dreaded cost, nope he said, let me see if I can unscrew the rest of the sprinkler head off and sure enough he did. He even advised me as to what sprinkler head I should get besides the one I currently have. I agreed. He was very courteous and good customer service all around. Thank you again Armando, I greatly appreciate you, and God bless. And thank you Rotor Rooter for having a good man with your staff. There is still kindness in this world.

The worst company ever! very unprofessional and very poor ethics! does not know the meaning of time and appointments! They were supposed to come to our house in the morning then got a call they are late finishing up a job will be here between 11 am to 1 pm and come 3 pm nothing! called the dispatcher 4 times! then got a text they will update us at 5 pm then 6 pm! I have been waiting here all day stuck in the house. I get they are 24/7 but they need to be transparent to customers why book us in the morning when they are short staff! Meanwhile they are not even sure what time they can come they can come at 1 am if they wanted too which they never disclosed in the beginning! go somewhere else rather than this very unprofessional company and their dispatcher Tina was very very rude! You have a customer waiting since 8 am and you have the nerve and audacity to tell me to reschedule tomorrow with no guarantee what time they will come again so that means I will be stuck here all day. Time is of the essence thats why there is an appointment because there is a designated time not delay for 8 hours! Your company does not know how to honor a commitment and appointment on time! very unprofessional and poor work ethics! the feeling of entitlement we can wait for you all day when you gave us a specific time but did not disclose you are very short staff and double booked appointments! we canceled and we’d rather pay an honest company who honors time and commitment!
