STOP!!! DO NOT waste your time with this people!!! but if you want to waste your money go with them… i recieved a quote or estimate from one of their technician. his name os Noah Snowder and this people are like sharks!! the estimate that he gave me for labor to install the tankless water that i bought from home depot is $3,625!!!! Super Expensive!! and way too overpriced!!! and he said its an 8hrs job… dont get Fooled by these people!!!! it only takes an hour or Two the most to install a tankless water!!! again i wong recommend this people!!!!

Just hired Roto Rooter for a repair of kitchen sink drain at my parents home in Kingsburg Ca... They charged $2,675.00 for this funky repair........... Outlandish pricing!!!! Buyer Beware

Called Roto Rooter due to sewage leaking into my property. They came out to asses the situation the same day. I would call them again with plumbing issues.

Sunday morning before church and I had a backed up toilet. Andrew Hyde was the tech that came out and quickly remedied the problem. Fortunately, there was no mess inside or out.

My service technician Ramon was very good..very knowledgeable and respectful ..he's a keeper great personality also his supervisor Angel was just as great.. would definitely have them back and also recommend them as well

Luis arrived at my rural location within 2 hours of calling dispatch. Within 20 minutes, Luis cleared the sewer line serving 3 commercial tenants. He recommended camera inspection which revealed potential problems. The camera inspection and jetting were completed the following day with minimal disruption to my tenants. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

My water heater is not working so I called this company to fix water heater, I called like 2pm they i received a text that they are experiencing delay on our area and they will text again around 6pm and they did, so they set a time and will come about 7pm i agreed, Sammy came, very nice guy, checked my tankless water heater, went around the house asked few questions took photos, talked to his boss and finally saw a knob that was a little off, so he pull the knob, didn’t open the water heater just pull a knob and it start working again, great right? No expensive parts replacement, wrong! He told me how much it cost for the service, $355 and want to charged me for overtime because it’s 7pm, I told him I called earlier and why is it my fault you came late? If I knew about overtime fee I just let you come the next day, they didn’t charged me for the overtime but still charged $355 for pulling a knob. Nice gig! I’m not mad, I’ll just use local independent business next time.

Had a plumbing emergency, they got here within an hour. Professional with great customer service, had it resolved pretty quickly. Cost a little bit more than other places, but well worth it for quick quality service early sunday morning.

Had a leaky kitchen faucet. Rep came out, didn’t take anything apart, and quoted me ~$425.00 to replace a cartridge (how the rep knew that was the issue just by looking I am not sure) and ~$800.00 to replace the faucet. This did not include any unforeseen issues that could come up, and since they didn’t look or take anything apart to check I felt that additional cost was likely.

I said no thanks, called another plumber and getting the sink fixed for an estimated ~$175.00 all in.

I suggest you ask your neighbors, local realtor, etc. for a good and honest plumbing service and avoid Roto-Rooter at all costs (pun intended).

Not 1-star because they did come out same day to assess which I appreciated but feel like I was getting worked and that wasn’t great.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews and I don’t like to do so, but if this can help someone else save some money it’s worth it.

I live out of town and my grammy had a leak in the kitchen. Cost was a bit pricey but it was done quickly. I called at 10am and they had someone there by 4pm. Andrew and Jose were friendly, helpful and professional. My Grammy had nothing but great things to say about them both! We are grateful it was able to be taken care of quickly so there wasnt further water damage.

It was fantastic, everytime I have been there they had the parts nobody else in town had ...speciality parts like pumps and adapters and fittings, and the guys behind counter are fast and know their stuff and most helpful with catalogs and things too make it right with economy in mind.
