Even though they are a plumbing supply store, Home Depot has more to offer.

Knowledgeable staff, got my ProPex cert, highly recommend, definitely an upgrade from the "box" stores. Way more fittings/configurations on all pipe, ie, Pex, abs, copper, etc.

The Thursday I was there, it was running like a Russian grocery store, nothing in the bins and the guy at the front counter in a Ferguson sweatshirt smelled drunk talking loudly; Or he was drunk the night before. No stainless fittings, but there is an isle for it, limited sch80 parts, mostly galvanized and sch40. Site One had more in stock.

Remember C and C plumbing?- a place contractor's could find odd plumbing pieces for special jobs that could not be found at big box stores. Well this is the BEST place I've found since C and C closed. The customer service here is unbeatable, and I highly recommend the store on Auburn Blvd. as they can special order anything I need.

A plastic clip broke on kitchen faucet and they were going to give me the plastic clip out of one in their store for the price of the special order replacement without the wait on shipping. They told me they would order the plastic clip and put it in the store's faucet when it arrived, but I could take the store's faucet clip because I needed it then. AWESOME!

Have a tub cartridge you just can't find? They'll have it in a catalog and you'll have it in about 7-10 days if they don't already have it in stock.

Bring in the piece you need to replace and the model/ manufacturer's name (Delta, Moen, etc.) and they'll find it for you.

These guys are wonderful, great customer service and fair pricing.

No customer service skills, lazy, don't even have the right parts in store, they have to order, which takes a week for the part to get there. 😡😵‍💫🤔

Awesome customer service! Just the perfect place. No paging for customer service, the guy jumped over the counter to come help. Assured me if the brand I was buying. I'm happy with my hot water heater and I have been recommending them to friends and family.
