I would definitely recommend this Plumber. Kind as well as efficient. The price was less than most too. When he was finished, he told me to give him a call if there were any problems.Great Customer Service !!

I'll never call a different plumber after this experience. He was honest, polite, professional and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in and make repairs to my bathroom sink plumbing at an honest price. Seriously. No add-ons, no sales. He told me it was a simple fix and it took him around 20 minutes.

These guys were super easy to schedule, very knowledgable, and seemed eager to go out of their own way to make sure things weren't just "good enough," but perfect. Look at this work of art. I would have been fine with the new shower faucet being 2" off center, but in about 5 minutes they modified our existing plumbing to be spot on. Putting them in our "call these guys first" book for next time.

They did not show up for our scheduled appointment and then when I left a message to try to reschedule, I never received a call back.

I just want to say I was referred to Frank’s company on a very short notice. I messaged Frank and the response time was amazing and had someone out as soon as the next one was available. His guy came out and was very nice and made sure I did not have any other issues that were underlying before he left. Frank and his team are awesome and they will be my go to call if I or friends need any help! Thank you guys again it means alot, owe you guys a big thank you!!!

Had two broken pipes under the house in my crawl space fixed the second one they did for almost
free.They showed me the broken pipes and explained everything. The owner even called and made sure it went smooth almost immediately!I would definitely use them again.

Our company accidentally hit a pipe while installing tile, and Perfect Plumbing made it a priority to come out and repair the pipe within an hour. His timely, professional service helped us so much. We could have lost a day of work due to our mistake, and he kept us on task. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Top notch service.

Perfect Plumbing's truck parked in front of the garage door entrance to our apartment building, the Brandeis at 16th & Douglas in Omaha. The space is clearly marked: "Garage Entrance & Exit. Frequent Use. NO Parking. Violators will be fined and booted." Apparently, they don't care about following the rules, public safety or are illiterate.

Their sales rep Jake Jelden has always gone out of his way with customer service and availability. Gets me what I need and when I need it. Unmatched professionalism!

Went to Ferguson a month or so ago to look for a old shower part with no brand's name, first feeling about this place was that I wasn't welcome. I guess because I'm hispanic!! who knows. They were ruth and ask me what brand was the part? I reply I don't know, it doesn't have a name and I'm not a plumber, but can you help me? They answer right away without even looking at the part that they couldn't help me if I didn't know the brand's name, so I just turn around and left. This place is close to my house and today I'm in need of few other plumbing & electrical parts for my house, but I'm definitely not going back to this place to look for any parts again.

Bryan was awesome! At 4:30 on a Friday with a hot weekend ahead of us, Bryan made sure we had the part we needed to get our air conditioner running. We had been to 3 other places that refused to help us. Thanks Bryan!!

Couldn't find a special water heater part anywhere. Their sales team found the right part from the manufacturer and spent a lot of time getting it right over the phone, he even went and checked their used parts for us, but no luck. Very thankful the right parts are getting shipped to our house!
