Best customer service ever! Our technician Camden Pleasants showed up within 30 minutes of calling the dispatch office. Diagnosed the problem, and had the brand new parts ordered and in-hand first thing the next morning. Had our office up and running in no time after a major problem caused by the freezing temperatures. 10/10 recommend this company and this technician!

Our tech was fantastic and actually caught a major miss by Blanton's that originally looked at the issue. Thankful to have found this company, and they are now our go-to for the future. Timely, fair pricing, and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Javier and Jesus were extremely thorough and friendly! They quoted a reasonable price for the extensive updates we need and I am eager for them to start and finish this project!
Update...Javier and his team did an absolutely excellent job! I was especially impressed with Javier and how great he was with my father who has early onset Alzheimers. My father hates people working on the house when he used to do everything himself but he actually hugged Javier at the end! I was shocked. Javier took the time to explain to both him and me the work they were doing which I also appreciated because I know nothing about plumbing. It was worth the money and while I hope we dont need many for fixes in the near future . I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again!

I had an issue with my backflow and they came right out and successfully diagnosed the problem. Camden was amazing. He is a very respectful and good natured person. When I need backflow testing, I will definitely call them again.

Javier did an amazing job!! From a prompt arrival, speedy service, great communication throughout, and a final walk through to close, he is a professional all around! Would definitely recommend.

Kyle stopped by to check on a toilet issue and another issue with our shower.

He was exceptionally professional. If every plumber was like him the world would be a better place.

He was able to diagnose all of the issues within minutes and provide a quote for the work. I sadly couldn't afford it at the moment. I will always recommend anyone who needs any plumbing services to work with William Parrish because of my interaction with Kyle. Give that man a raise lol.

UPDATE: I called them out for a other job and had Camden and Javier help me. Very nice gentleman with customer service in mind. They both took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our plumbing (shoddy work from the builders of the home). It was pleasant to work with the both of them and looks forward to working with William Parish in the future. Javier mentioned he likes to take his time and get it done right. Which is not what most plumbers do.

Great service and attention to detail. Took care of every concern and helped us find the root cause of problems. A group of experienced plumbers who are great to work with. Javier was especially helpful and will be who we ask for in the future!

Pedro was excellent at repairing my hose connection spigot to my washing machine. He was tidy and no nonsense. He made sure the water was not cut off to the whole house for any longer than necessary. We appreciated his work!

Javier was very knowledgeable and worked late to resolve a plumbing problem at my mothers house. She was appreciative of him taking extra time to explain what he was doing. We will definitely request him again.

Camden was tremendously helpful in fixing my clogged toilet.  He was able to efficiently troubleshoot the cause and was very respectful of my house, time, and budget.  He thoroughly explained different options to fix the clogged toilet and pipes to minimize the disruption and cost as best as possible.   It really helps to have great skillful plumbers to call when faced with a plumbing emergency and William Parrish Plumbing has always come through for me.

I had an emergency water heater situation at my home in Raleigh. Michael with William Parrish Plumbing came to the house promptly, diagnosed the situation and was able to schedule a new water heater installation for the very next day. Michael thoroughly explained all options and pricing levels with me. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the new equipment and that it was functioning properly before he left. I give William Parrish Plumbing the highest of recommendations.

What a great company! They come in and put plastic and cushion down on tiles so the floors are protected. Along with their amazing customer service! I highly recommend them. Thank you Mario! They added a temporary drainage that was leaking from the AC unit (will be replaced next week so it stays dry) I appreciate the above and beyond!

Javier came to help me with my shower today. I was under the impression that the shower was only pumping extremely hot water, which was the reason for my call. Javier was able to identify a silly mistake I had made and was very upfront and honest about the fact that no repairs were needed. He explained exactly what was wrong and gave me multiple options for moving forward, one of which was that no repairs were necessary (the shower piece was installed upside down by the previous owner and Javier offered to swap it or even replace it). Javier was extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend his services to anyone that asked.

UPDATE: Had some more plumbing issues I needed help with (unrelated to previous work done by WPP). Kyle and Jesús came out to help fix the problems. They were extremely professional, diligent, and honest. They worked hard to identify exactly what the root causes of the issues were and resolve them. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received and am at ease knowing the systems I needed repaired are working smoothly now.

People like Kyle, Javier, and Jesús show me that WPP takes pride in the integrity, work ethic, and expertise of their staff. Definitely my go-to team for plumbing needs. Very appreciative to have found people I can trust for work like this.

After calling 3 other companies, Camden with William Parrish Plumbing came out promptly to assess our ice-damaged backflow assembly in below-freezing temps, snow on the ground. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Best of all, he located replacement parts and called out additional crew to help de-ice and re-assemble the device so our business could get back up and running. I will use William Parrish Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here out, for both home and business. He listened to my concerns about my business having to shut down and he acted quickly to get us back open again. Five stars and two thumbs up for a job well-done!
