Shane with Rota-Rooter came out within 1 hour of me calling to give me a quote for installation of a basin in my garage.

I appreciate the awesome customer service upon calling and speakingto the scheduler, as it was my first time, and the awesome customer service displayed by Shane (the technician that came out). I received a quote before he left and was given the opportunity to have the work done the same day (today).

Additionally, the scheduler was patient when my phone accidentally disconnected; I was called back immediately.

Called requesting assistance with my dishwasher that was not draining. Spoke with two employees explaining that water was building up in the bottom of the dishwasher and was scheduled with an appointment. Once the technician arrived he said that they do not do dishwashers. Frustrated because I waited several hours for which was clearly an oversight from the office. Will not be using again out of concern for other oversights.

Great service, Tristan the technician came to fix it and was able to resolve it quickly. He was very professional and gave advice on how to handle the drain in future.

Erik was fantastic and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and proceed with the necessary repairs even on a day when there was Ice on the roads.

Marco and Emanuel as well as the gentleman that came with the camera serviced our plumbing system with great professionalism. These guys are very nice and understanding and do whatever the customer asks of them with lightning speed. They got our home’s plumbing system up and running within an hour. Overall fantastic service but even better people!

Marco and his helper was here within time frame quoted. Very courteous and explained what was needed and cost upfront. They fixed the leaking toilet and left the area clean. Would definitely want them again, if needed.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this company. After having a random dripping ceiling I was able to call and they sent someone out within a hour. Sanders was such a sweet, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions, tried different fixes and made sure the job was complete and I was comfortable with where we were leaving off. My decade-old water heater stopped working. I called Roto-Rooter to get an estimate for a new heater. Erik arrived on time. Instead of influencing me to buy a new heater, he suggested me to repair it. He wanted to give it a try before considering a new one. Erik fixed the issue in about 30 mins and charged me less than $250, including labor and parts. Erik was honest and professional. Thank you Erik and Roto-Rooter for your service.

I’m so glad I called Roto-Rooter! Thanks to Erik, my shower handle has been fixed. My precious shower handle broke and it was difficult to take off to replace but Erik was very nice and knowledgeable, and helped give me the best solution.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Our tech was persistent and communicated well despite multiple challenges while fixing the pump on our main sewage line. Will definitely call Roto rooter again.

Mr. Eric Bradley was very professional. He worked with my work schedule to get my mother and I hot water as soon as possible. I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a plumber.

I was panicked when my hot water heater stopped working on a Saturday night. It was roto-rooter to the rescue!! Tristan, Marco, G-man and Tony showed up bright and early on Sunday morning and took 6 hours to remove the old water heater and replace it with a new one! They were great, very hard working and professional! I was so appreciative that they could do it on a Sunday since I work all week! Thank y’all so much! 5 stars, would highly recommend them!!

Can’t emphasize enough how satisfied I am with the Roto-Rooter service. My main issue ended up being deeper in my septic, but they cleaned up and fixed everything up to that point as well as it could be done before septic gets taken care of. Thank you!!

Marco came first thing in the morning and we appreciate so much because it was an emergency (we put the request late night). Our hot water heater was leaking and the snow storm coming the following day. He was very friendly, professional, and was willing to work with our home warranty people (very difficult) and cleaned everything after the work was done. We are very glad everything was taken care in one day.

Erik from Roto-Rooter did a great job installing our new hot water heater. He was efficient, professional, and took the time to explain maintenance and show me the shutoff valves. Really appreciate his work and would highly recommend him.

Water heater started to fail on a Saturday night so I called Roto-rooter because I knew I was looking at an emergency replacement. They came out the next day (even though they were willing to come out that night) and was able to get the water heater replaced the following morning. I no doubt paid on the top end for the replacement, but they worked well with me and got everything done and cleaned up in what amounts to less than 24hrs. Solid work and great staff.
