Destin Murray came and inspected thoroughly! He was very knowledgeable! He explained all our options and add ons, finding us the best course of repair for us. He made sure that our issue was taken care of while being very personable. Definitely recommend him being your go to tech at Roto!

    Great experience with our technician.
He was very easy to work with.
He helped My family of 5 get water and a shower back to our home on a Sunday night. With work and school and the toilet situation, this was truly an emergency!

    Thank you!

Awesome service from top to bottom! Scheduling service was quick and painless with easy availability. Keith was my technician and he was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable and dedicated worker, highly recommend him as he does great work and takes the time to explain how your issue is handled.

Technician was outstanding. Fixed a clogged kitchen sink and looked at the water piping system throughout the home. Gave feedback on the current status of the house and offered suggestions on improvements to prevent future issues. Great experience with the technician.

I had a great experience with tech's Jay, Jason, and Dwayne while trying to clear the sewer back up and troubleshooting the issue. I also greatly appreciated that when my first back up occurred on a Wednesday after 5pm and I entered a state of panic, they could send someone out within the hour and there were no after hour charges to worry about.
All my Roto-Rooter techs have been supportive of my issue and great at helping understand what was happening.
Pricing: My neighbor has a similar issue with back up, but her pipe issue is at a connection to the main in the yard versus my pipe under a neighboring unit's garage. To do the drain cleaning, Anthony was cheaper, but will cost more for the dig out and replacement. I paid at least $60 more for the clean out but have an estimate $200 less for the dig out and replacement. Overall, I'm happy with the service I've received and will continue to call in Roto-Rooter with my plumbing jobs.

Preston did a fantastic job and took his time to make sure all our needs were taken care of even taking the time to disassemble his equipment further than normal to make it through our tighter walk ways. Super happy with the results would love to have him back if a problem occurred in the future.

Available fairly quickly on a Sunday and diagnosed the issue right away. Tech was very thorough in his work and was excellent at communicating with us. Answering questions and telling us of next best steps.

Always had great service. I am a repeat customer. Unfortunately I will not be using them in the future. The technician arrived and was very polite but said the base price to clean the sewer line was $454. He offered to take some off with a veteran discount but still charged $354 for about 2minutes worth the work. Plenty of other companies offering the same service for under $200.

I had a wonderful experience with Jason Forrest. Arrived on time, very professional, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing water heater maintenance or repairs.

Dwayne arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Very nice guy who explained everything very well, cleared our kitchen sink drain line. He also brought to our attention water damage that will probably need some further attention on our part. We’re very satisfied.

Roto-Rooter provides prompt service and contracts great plumbers.

We’ve had two plumbers come out and diagnose and repair our issue within one hour’s time. Jason is excellent at educating clients and providing superior service. He sets a standard for service and communication. Great work!

I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name, but my sink was overflowing with water and my kitchen was flooded and he was able to come out on a Sunday night and get everything fixed within an hour and a half. He was very professional and quick to fix what was wrong. Would definitely recommend them again.

Second visit for backed up drains. Took so long to work through it but the techs never gave up and worked through every clog along the way. Even educated me on what the issues were and what fixes were happening

Both guys who came out were great. They were professional and got the job done. I felt it was pretty expensive, as it only took running a snake down a toilet access throufh the main line for 30-45 minutes. However, I know this had nothing to do with the guys who helped us. Maybe this is the going rate? Anyway you can't go wrong with the service!

Hebersain was wonderful. My kitchen drain was clogged h was belching up filthy water & leaking water into the cabinet under the sink when I tried using the garbage disposal. After he solved the problem, he double checked everything & cleaned up the mess he had made. This is the 2nd time he's fixed something for me & I was so glad to see him because he is kind, courteous, friendly & does a great job. He gave me the senior discount, which was $100 off the original price & he was patient & helpful getting me set up with a payment plan with no interest using an account I had set up for previous services. He made an unpleasant situation so much less unpleasant. Thanks Hebersain!

If I could give negative stars I would give 100!! If you are thinking about using Roto-Rooter don't!! They have to be the worst company I've ever hired. They tried to scam me out of $7000 for a $500 job. I had a pipe leak in my basement so I called Roto Rooter because they were 24hours they sent out someone to snake my pipe and they said I needed to contact my insurance company to have them help with clean up. I was quoted it would be about $3000 but my insurance would cover everything so don't worry. The next day they sent a cleaning crew out after I told them I wanted to think about it. The clean up crew cleaned up a small area that was affected and then billed me for the clean up of my entire basement. I had to email and call multiple to prove that the bill wasn't right and the manager finally admitted to the bill being incorrect and only cut the bill in half. I was disrespected and hung up on multiple times. If we want to be scammed they are the perfect company for you!!

I have already talked with Pam after I reached out to her multiple times to have her take a look at the work that was actually done. She agreed the bill was incorrect and the work charged was not completed and took some money but I’m still not satisfied with the outcome and informed Pat of that. Because of the fraudulent charges charged to my insurance my insurance has now been raised and I still have to pay someone else to do the job I paid Roto rooter to do. I will share this story everywhere until something is actually done to rectify the situation.

    Buyer beware.

Overall a very frustrating experience and a lack of professionalism. I think we would have been fine with our original tech, but as soon as they involved their mitigation team, it felt like a game of manipulation, lies and then just ignore the crazy customer until he goes away.

First, we were concerned about a backed up pipe. Tech did great unblocking it. In the process we noticed a leak coming from upstairs. Turns out our toilet was leaking. He reset the toilet and charged almost $450 for it, but called in mitigation due to subfloor damage from the leak.

Salesman, Nick P, from mitigation lied straight up. Said we didn't have to do anything. He sat on our couch, trying to promote to me a book he wrote, telling us we did not have to do anything along the way. I should have known better when he used the phrase, "We will get paid regardless" when I asked about what happens if the insurance denied the claim. He said he would represent us with our adjuster, and he assured us he was on our side, etc. Well, he went on vacation the next day and left no one for us to contact. He did in fairness say he had a vacation coming, but also told us to call him when our adjuster called. He of course didn't answer.

The mitigation team were nice and tried to overcome some of our frustrations, but they lost us when they failed to explain how it would work, and failed to pull their equipment (milking time $) when it should have been pulled. Their guys they sent to test for moisture were taking a reading off a piece of wood that clearly had rot and that was all that was left for moisture. Yet they kept their equipment extra days for this piece of wood we knew would have to be replaced. They were trying to dry out a single piece of wood that had obvious rot and was not gonna dry out. They ripped out the toilet the tech just set in and charged $450 to fix. They even billed us for ripping it out! They moved several items in our basement and piled them in a room that we couldn't then get into after as they piled stuff by the door. Their team lead kept whispering when I was nearby which gave me the idea they were trying to hide something. I got fed up and wanted it all out.

The leak ruined our water heater so it had to be replaced. We asked the same good tech to come back out. A couple thousand dollars later, it was done. Except, he forgot to turn the gas back on to our heater. Temps dropped that night to 28 degrees outside and our house temp was 58 degrees when I woke up freezing. My young son and wife were both shivering in their bed. I groggily had to try to turn the valve back on in the middle of the night without the right tool - a dangerous option if you are not trained or used to doing this (valve had no handle on it and was positioned toward the heater so I had limited space). I almost broke the connection pulling too hard. Ultimately it took about 45 mins to get back on.

When I text the tech the next day, he admitted he also forgot to secure our water shut off as well. All he would say is "Whoops, sorry."

Then, we get our bill for over $10k. After already paying almost $5k. Not only was stuff not taken care of, (leak was two places), we were threatened in the email that we had to have it paid within 30 days or risk issues. I questioned some of the charges, including being charged to remove a toilet we already paid to be fixed by them less then 48 hours before but I got no response. One of these supervisors even tried to friend me on Facebook - seriously. Why?

We got the insurance check and paid them today. Thought about posting all the images, recordings, texts and emails, but ultimately I am tired. The story is enough.

I believe this is one of those companies that has systemic issues. They were terrible communicators and exagerators to us, that ultimately once they got paid they were done. Looking at their reviews & hearing so many others, tell us we were dumb to hire them is confusing for sure.

They are paid off and will never be used by us again. I will forever relay our story to anyone who will listen.

Hebersain was very knowledgeable and fast. After I reviewed the estimate, he was able to quickly come out and do the work. He explained what he was doing and what was needed which was all appreciated. I am very happy with the work he did and would use him again.

First of all we always call roto rooter. They have always come through for my family. Secondly we had a tech named dawayne( i think)and Jeremy his apprentice. The 2 gentleman that came to my house. Long white beard. Not only was he respectful but he was so friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do. He was patient with me as I called my husband and he talked with him about price and what he was going to do. He even took the time to chat with my kiddo(autistic) and he was so patient with her. That truly made my day! Please please request this gentle kind soul. Nathan THANK YOU SO MUCH! HAPPY HOLIDAY

The specialist was very polite during the visit. He also struck up a really good conversation while checking what was wrong with the garbage disposal. He finished the job pretty quick replacing the garbage disposal. They also gave really good tips and suggestions while inspecting other plumbing equipment. Was a really good experience and will use them again. This would be the 2nd time I used them for a plumbing issue.
