Forget the name of who helped me but the southern rd store is my go to shop for supplies. Was dealing with a headache all week and needed a double sided 3/4 fitting with a small flare that no Home Depot or other stores had. Definitely will be back

Not a real plumbing supply. It’s just an ace hardware with way less plumbing supplies than even Lowe’s or Home Depot. Shouldn’t advertise as a plumbing supply store

I checked out this plumbing supply store in the hopes of getting a part for my water heater. Wow they did not have the part, they were extremely helpful and directed me to some possible options. They even printed out all of the parts that were associated with my water heater so I would not order the wrong ones from another company. This plumbing store / Ace hardware store is one that I will definitely come back to. I have a Ace hardware store close by that I also like, but this is a much bigger store and it's reasonably close. I will be giving them my business before I give Home Depot a shot.

He was punctual and performed an excellent repair on my water heater. I really appreciated his thorough explanations of each stage in the process. I would unequivocally endorse and use his services again!

Same day service, got my sewer line cleared. It's a little pricey though. I didn't get quotes because it was an emergency, so maybe it was fair.

Dwayne was great, it was a quick fix and he did a great job of making sure our under sink area was protected. He was very friendly and professional.

We had an intermittent sewage odor that was difficult to locate. Jason performed a smoke test and we found it. He was enormously helpful, and talked us through the project every step of the way in order to find the problem and keep the cost low. We have a two year old son who took quite an interest in the project and Jason was patient and did not mind the hovering toddler one bit. Would recommend him to anyone for any plumbing problem, and we will certainly call him again if we need a plumber in the future.

Our main sewer drain backed up Christmas morning. Destin was here within an hour and had our clogged drain working in no time. Very fast, courteous and professional!

Quick service, day of request fixed and finished in under 6 hours from opening ticket. Only complaint was a rude operator when I first called, but everybody else was spectacular.
