Fast, accurate and personable it was a pleasure dealing with Isaiah. He also added a shut off valve so that I could properly set up my dehumidifier.

Isiah was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer service friendly. I refereed him to a friend of mine as well. I would highly recommend asking for Isiah at Knight Plumbing. ​I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Knight Plumbing. Living in an older home in Riverwest, I’m used to things being a bit tricky when it comes to repairs, but these guys made it seamless.
​Our water heater finally gave out, leaving us with ice-cold showers. I called Knight Plumbing, and they were responsive and able to get someone out quickly.
​Colton was our technician, and he was phenomenal. He arrived right on time and was incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the old unit and walked me through the options for the new one without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need.
​The installation itself was flawless. Colton navigated our basement with ease, got the new tank installed efficiently, and tidied up the workspace perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find that level of care and craftsmanship these days.
​We have hot water again, and the new setup looks great. If you are in Milwaukee and need plumbing work done—especially if you need a new water heater—ask for Colton at Knight Plumbing. Highly recommended!

I’m voting for Andy Roeder to receive technician of the month award. He performed extensive plumbing repair knowledgeably and successfully with great care to detail at my home in Milwaukee, WI. Andy was very friendly and explained everything he did. His work was impeccable and I feel very confident and worry free about the work he has done. He is highly recommended.
However I also want to mention Dan was the technician that snaked my clogged pipes and got my water flowing smoothly again prior to Andy finishing the extra job needed. Dan was also very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly while completing the job of my clogged drain. Both technicians were very neat and tidy about the cleanup and I appreciate that.
