Try to delivered two stacks. wait until next day morning she should not be rude to semi professional drivers least find some other options but not ....Not even giving any overnight parking. so bad never ever hauling anything for them in future...carefully professional Driver..

I wish I would have asked the guy his name , I had a great experience at Ferguson because of this man. My water heater failed and had to take the day off from work to replace it. I've never replaced one before but know enough to be able to do this. He got me the right size tank to fit under my vent pipe with a 10 year warranty all was going good. Then I put it in and the previous installer had the gas pipe in an angle the stopped the tank from going left where it needed to be for the vent , so I had to go back and the same awesome person help me to find the gas pipe and fittings to get me done, he even flagged one of the guys that was a customer he knew was a plumber for both of us to ask questions. I'll never go to home depot for plumbing supply again ya'll have my business. God bless

Ordered $30k worth -be aware delivery means to the curb and you have to hire movers to move them into the house. Absolutely no willingness from Ferguson to solve the problem. Warehouse Manager doesn’t want to use the front door because of stairs to home yet won’t use the flat sidewalk around the house to go in the back. They’ve already been paid so they don’t care.
