Carrie with Customer Service was amazing with regards to her courtesy, professionalism, and resourcefulness and assisting with our current toilet leak issue with the utmost empathy and sense of urgency, one looks for. She even kept in contact with me, providing estimates of when James would arrive to assist.. Jaimes, the licensed and insured plumber, was also very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and a joy to work with. James also even gave me a free estimate and recommendation for the water heater in the condo unit that was showing signs of aging. I guarantee that if you call them, you will never be disappointed, would definitely recommend All Hours Plumber to all my friends and family, they know how to treat a customer right, with professionalism and respect!

James from All Hours Plumber came on time, was very professional and thoroughly explained his strategy for solving our two plumbing problems. He immediately got to work with his diagnostics which included a full inspection underneath our home by navigating through our crawl space. He quickly identified the leaky pipe and repaired it. With some additional work on one of our toilets, he wasn't satisfied with the repair part, so he made a quick tip to his supply house and returned with a part that worked much better. Even after the work was done and he left, we discovered the water pressure was low in our kitchen tap. We called and he returned within 15 minutes and solved the issue very quickly. We were extremely pleased with James' friendliness, professionalism and his thoroughness in his work. We have definitely found a home with All Hours Plumber!

They were here for about an hour an hour and a half They did a very great job and what I like is that they cleaned up after themselves very nice And actually, it looks very new and refreshed and it was very nice. Thank you.

James saved us. Tub faucet cartridge went and couldn't turn off the water. James was here by 10:20pm and done before 11. Appreciate James - he couldn't have been more professional or courteous - and All Hours for actually making a night emergency call.
