Completed an entire 1400sqft basement Installed a lights and Chandelier in the other parts of the home.

Company was recommended by a close family member and they complete the basement up to Code and also corrected some last minute changes when county officers came up with last minute changes. Will be using the company for future projects.

Overall finished product looks satisfactory.

Will update the post after some months to review how things are holding up and how the other small project go with the company.

MDC is truly fantastic. We worked with them to have our roof redone. Felipe was friendly, professional, and very communicative. He initially budgeted 3 days for the project but his crew completed it in one. Permits and everything totally above board. We will be using them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Oscar! We had new countertops installed and were left with a huge line across our entire kitchen walls, where the new backsplash sat lower than the old one. We needed the seam to be removed and the drywall replaced to knockdown texture. Oscar did a seamless job. He told me he would arrive between 8-9am and arrived at 8:16. Aside from being an expert with drywall, he is also punctual and efficient. They covered their shoes upon entering our home and were kind and respectful. I reached out on Sunday and the work was complete by Tuesday morning. Don’t wait, hire them now, you won’t regret it. I already got a quote for another drywall project we have and will be using only his services!

Had a fantastic experience working with Felipe and MDC. They remodeled an entire house top to bottom for us. The attention to detail is exceptional and the contractors that MDC worked with were all outstanding. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and the product they delivered. Thanks Felipe!!

Felipe was great to work with! He communicated with us every step of the way and made us comfortable with our remodel. He and his crew added a master suite to our home and the results are beautiful! I was nervous about the whole remodeling process, but Felipe was informed and professional, and I felt like we were in the right hands for the job.

We hired Felipe and his team at MDC to renovate our main floor which included taking out the carpet and hardwood floors and installing luxury vinyl planks as well as completely remodel our kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and countertops. All of the construction crew were professional and very timely in their work. Felipe was in constant communication with me throughout the project and accommodating when changes were needed. The work was high quality and we felt comfortable with the subcontractors in my house. The process was relatively stress free considering that we were without our kitchen for 5 weeks. We were extremely happy with Felipe and his crew and would proudly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Oscar provided us with great service, quickly. From initial contact to job complete was only 3 business days. They repaired drywall in our master bedroom which were significant issues. The price was reasonable and the work was of high quality. He also had his son help with the project and he was also great. Overall, very pleased with my decision to choose these guys.

MDC remodeling renovated a house we recently purchased. We have only been in the home for a month and immediately had issues with the quality of the work completed. Poor materials were used for the stairs which has resulted in cracked stairs that are dangerous for our small children to use. We also have had constant issues with the electric work, resulting in flickering lights and the breaker tripping daily.
We have tried to reach out to the company to understand warranties on the materials used or work completed and have received no response. We've been attempting to contact this company via phone (we left multiple voicemails), emails and the contact form on their site, for over three weeks with no response.
I would not recommend this company to anyone completing a renovation as they are unresponsive and we can only assume are uninterested in taking accountability for the poor quality of some of the work and material used.

MDC did a wonderful job finishing our basement (750 sq feet). We enjoyed working with Felipe and MDC Remodeling. He was very personable, open to ideas along with providing his ideas as we went throughout the process. We had our basement started on November 1st. The project was essentially done before Christmas. The timelines on the project didn't move on us. He had a great team of people. When we had our house inspected for permits, the inspector commented on the quality of work. As a homeowner going through the process, those are words you want to hear.

Thanks to Oscar for the quick and beautiful drywall repair work he did for the hole in our garage wall. He even fixed a problem with our storage unit for no extra charge!

This job was a replacement of an existing garage ceiling that was falling apart. This job started at proposed time and was completed in 4 days. It was complete removal and replacement of all sheet rock and insulation plus two coats of paint. It looks great and is much better than the original work. We are completely happy with the job and would hire them again.
