I have used WISA for multiple home renovation projects to include master bath and finished basement remodels, as well as solid wood floor installation. I have never been disappointed. Daoud is extremely responsive and the work-product is always excellent. And Daoud stands behind the work; he quickly addresses and remedies any area of concern. I have no doubt you could find a cheaper contractor, but I guarantee you will not find better quality work. We have used WISA for multiple projects in two homes over the years, and I have no doubt we will use them again for future projects.

After several estimates from different companies, I was unhappy with the process of the big names, too much high pressure salesmanship. WISA has a better approach. They were in my neighborhood and offered a free quote, which included taking pictures of my roof with a drone. Moe sent us a detailed estimate with no high pressure sales pitch and answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner. When it came time to install the new roof, Moe’s team did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up the mess. Highly recommend WISA and Moe!

Moe and his crew at WISA Solutions recently completed an entire roof replacement at our home. Right from the start, Moe was very responsive, paid excellent attention to detail, and helped us understand each step along the way in our project, including arriving at the (no pressure) decision that a total replacement was the most cost-effective, optimal solution for our home. His communication was top-notch, including neat little videos that accompanied his emails for a personalized touch. Very impressive. The assessment of our old roof was comprehensive and detailed. He even used a drone. On the day of installation, his team was punctual, professional, friendly, protected our home from damage, cleaned thoroughly, and finished the job in one day. We paid a little more for WISA, but the high quality roofing products, customer service, and piece of mind that we would get a long lasting roof was well worth it. They even made a donation to a charity of our choice and hired a shaved ice truck to treat the crew and our neighbors to a tasty treat. Big thanks to Moe and his crew! Highly recommended!

We had a number of contractors give us a bid for our small kitchen and main bathroom in our 80-year-old house. But, we went with WISA not only because they had competitive pricing, but they were also thoughtful, responsive, respectful, and creative. We loved the idea of working with a family-owned business that used its own employees to get the job done. Each of them has pride in their work, kept things on schedule, and checked things carefully to ensure it was done right. Our kitchen was tricky, given that the house had settled long ago and probably never was completely level. Our budget couldn't cover an expansion of the kitchen, but despite little to work with, WISA managed to get us more storage and a more functional space that also looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

We hired WISA Solutions to renovate my mother's condo in Fairfax. It was a big job for a relatively small space, but the process was seamless and smooth. Daoud and Maisa were always professional, responsive, listened to what we needed, and just easy to work with. The WISA Solutions renovation crew members were meticulous, polite and worked diligently. The project started on time and was completed within the estimated timeframe. We are so pleased with the beautiful results overall, but especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Mom's condo was transformed and she is so happy. Without hesitation we would hire WISA Solutions again and have recommended them to others.

This is the second time we have used WISA for home improvements. Both resulted in a wonderful improvement to our home as the lowest price of any bidder, and with the best results imaginable. We got exactly what we wanted with minimal disruption. From initial planning and design, to demolition, to the craftsmanship in building, to a final product that we are thrilled with, the owner, the architect, and the builders were ever present, true professionals and incredibly respectful and responsive to building a beautiful deck with high quality materials, attention to every detail, and meticulous construction execution. These guys are professionals in scheduling, woodworking and supervision. They know what they are doing, they do it very well, and they do it honestly. And I do mean honestly. I know from two experiences that they do it for the best price anywhere and that there is never a cut corner. I absolutely recommend them. And I know exactly who will be doing my next home improvement project: WISA!

After soliciting estimates, we hired WISA Solutions to remodel a bathroom for us. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Negotiating the contract, selecting the materials, etc. was a breeze. Soon after work began, we learned it was common practice for the company owner to make regular job site visits to check on the status of the work - sometimes more than once a day!

WISA Solutions is an honest company. They don't nickel-and-dime you, offer great pricing, show up on schedule, are fair, and will do whatever it takes to finish the job the right way. We have been homeowners for several years and have hired multiple contractors - some good, and some not so good. By far, these were the best contractors we have ever hired. Not only are we planning to use them again, but we have been recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Certainly do your due diligence when researching contractors, but be sure to give WISA Solutions a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed!

All I can say is WOW! Working with WISA was nothing but stellar from start to finish. From the initial contact to final walk through the attention to detail, follow through, communication, and design built a level of trust and satisfaction that is hard to find with contractors. Budgeting was clear and succinct. Project was completed on schedule and perfectly. I had two small bathrooms totally renovated with one being from the original build in 1947. The difference is simply stunning. I could not be happier with the results and for having found WISA Solutions. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to future projects. This was such a great experience I'm not sure where to start. I have been fortunate to work with some top notch contractors in my 15 years of home ownership but WISA ranks #1 on that list. First, its family owned, which if given the choice, I will always head that direction. Daoud the owner, is focused on quality first. That much is obvious from day 1. His mantra is preparation. If you prepare correctly the job goes as it should. He came by my home frequently to check on the job. Everyone that came into my home was hyper respectful of the house and my family. That in and of itself would have been enough...but the quality of work by all the craftsmen, and I mean craftsmen, was incredible. I had flooring, electric, drywall, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and painting done - complete main floor remodel. Everyone worked for WISA, with the exception of the counter top installers in the kitchen, which were fantastic as well. They don't have other companies to which they farm out the work. All WISA employees. Our design consultant handled everything from the appliances to the paint etc. She was wonderful. The best part of the experience was the father/son team that prepped the entire main floor, demo, drywalling, and painting. If you need an example of how to do these things correctly they are the model. I was super impressed with their attention to detail. By the end of the job they felt like family. I highly recommend WISA, they are VERY fairly priced, and the quality is amazing. I had this main floor remodel completed over the summer...and WISA showed up today to start a new job in my home!

We could not be happier with the recent bathroom renovation/replacement project completed on two bathrooms by WISA Solutions. The price was reasonable, one visit to the showroom took care of the selection process for the materials, the work was done as promised and on time and the employees were skilled, responsive and made a point of making sure we were satisfied and updated on developments. Any construction debris and mess was removed and cleaned up every day. Remodeling projects are never fun, but this one was as pain-free as possible and we are happy with the results and would recommend WISA Solutions without question.

WISA's owner is one of the most honorable contractors I have ever worked with. I had a two bedroom/hallway remodel and the results are better than I even imagined. The change is so professional - my rooms could appear in a home design magazine. In addition to the inside work, WISA redid the patched brick/tile floor on my large screened-in porch. The results again were fantastic and the porch looks like something out of a magazine. I highly recommend WISA Solutions.

We went through WISA to replace our roof and had a great experience. We worked with Mo who made the who process very easy and very painless. The actual roof install itself only took a day which I was greatly appreciative of. Mo was able to work around my schedule the whole way through while being very responsive and never tried to BS me about anything. The finished roof looks fantastic.

Words cannot express the wonderful customer service I had from WISA solutions. They did a wonderful job on replacing our roof. Waris made sure he answered all of my questions and concerns prior to the start of the project and made sure he provided frequent status updates on our roofing project. Moe led the roofing team and made sure each detail of our roof was done with excellent quality. He also addressed any questions, concerns, and provided frequent updates throughout the course of the whole project. They are a wonderful team: professional, courteous, efficient, communicative, and timely. I highly recommend.

We chose WISA Solutions to do a full remodel of a full bathroom for our kids and our master bathroom. WISA was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with as we conducted research prior to choosing a contractor. They gave us an in-depth consultation and did not pressure us while we made our decision unlike many other contractors. Having received multiple recommendations from co-workers who used WISA in the past coupled with feeling very comfortable with the WISA team, we decided to go with them for our bathroom remodel.

WISA finished our remodel in less than 2 months while managing us having a newborn in our house the entire time. Their workers were incredibly respectful of our family the entire time and gave us peace of mind during a project that in most cases is incredibly stressful. They were the best case scenario for a contractor.

Both bathrooms turned out great. Any punch list items we identified were addressed usually with 24 hours. Also, a WISA project manager was on site literally every day to track the progress of the project.

For a sizeable remodel, always do your research and get multiple quotes. I highly recommend including WISA in your research and you will see the difference for yourself.

WISA Solutions is the only company I will ever work with! They came into our house and made it our home with all the details to make it truly original and beautiful that fits my family perfectly. The scoop of work included an entire main floor remodel - removing walls to make it an open floor plan for a brand new kitchen, living room, and powder room. They installed new windows throughout the entire home, install hardwood floors, removed the bay windows to add a sliding door and installed a brand new deck. They also completed major updates to the exterior, which included a new roof installation, moving the front porch and front garden bed made of brick. All of WISA's crew were polite, courteous, and treated our home as if it was their own. It was the same crew that arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They continued to go above and beyond my expectations and had impeccable attention to detail. They were all so respectful and kind that they felt like family and all during our remodel my own 2 young children would draw pictures for them and want to include them for snacks. I could not recommend anyone more highly than WISA Solutions. I look forward to continuing to work with them to complete more home projects over the years.

I just finished my 6th project with WISA, a basement remodel. The fact that this was my 6th project with them should tell you all you need to know. This company treats you like a friend, not a customer. From the initial consultation, back and forth discussions on the design, material selection, and demo/construction, every person I worked with was a true professional. WISA uses no sub-contractors, so every employee is directed by the same management team. And every day during the work, someone from that management team, many times the owner himself, visits the worksite to make sure everything is going according to plan and that I am satisfied with the progress. Make sure you talk to this company for your next home improvement project. You will not be disappointed.

WISA Solutions did a complete kitchen remodel for me in Alexandria, VA. Every phase of the project, from initial consultation through project completion, was the best experience I’ve ever had when undertaking such a major renovation. Everyone who did any of the work, and all had their specialty area, were WISA employees. No subcontractors at all. The company owner made an appearance everyday to make sure I was satisfied and answered any questions that I had. My new kitchen is better than I could have ever hoped for. We had WISA add a beautiful covered screened porch to our home, the third of three projects WISA solutions did to upgrade our home over the past four years! Based on the excellent craftsmanship, service and price competitiveness of our first project, a full kitchen and family room renovation, we went back to WISA Solutions for 3 bathrooms and the covered porch and deck! We couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed with the quality of design and workmanship and service. So impressed and pleased with each project, we keep returning! Each project was completed within schedule and cost and at the highest level of quality, workmanship and service!

This was an expensive project and I received quotes from a few different companies. WISA was more reasonable given that it included a lot of the big items and we had the experts to help us with decisions and answer our questions.
