We just completed our second project with the team at AllEcoDesign. The first was our bathroom last summer(photos included too)and this was a full kitchen remodel that included moving a wall and updating our dining room area too. My husband and I initially selected them for the work in our home since we value the products they source. What stood out for us in this process is the following: 1) they are consistently very clean during demolition 2) they are extremely responsive to feedback and questions 3) there is a commitment to customer satisfaction when issues arise and 4) the projects are completed on time with good communication. We have little kids so we also value their “one stop shop” service where they design, order materials, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. During the project implementation, Dave is involved directly at every step and is really accessible which is a huge value. We intend to work with them again for our next home addition.

Dave, Oksana, Yuri, and the rest of the All Eco Design team were fantastic to work with on renovating our bathroom. This was our first major home renovation, and they did a wonderful job with communication and helping us navigate the logistics of the project. Oksana listened carefully to all of our concerns as she worked with us on the design and made excellent recommendations every step of the way. Dave and Yuri listened and made every minor change that we requested during the construction of the new bathroom. The project started and finished within the estimated time frame, and the estimated costs that they provided were accurate and very close to the final costs that we paid. We whole-hearted recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future.

Extremely professional workmanship, custom design to include accessibility features

I was hesitant to do this project (full redo of 2 bathrooms), as I was concerned about disturbing the integrity of our 1950’s-built home. But as the saying goes, “happy wife, happy life,” or “happy spouse, happy house.” After receiving several quotes, we decided to select All Eco Design Center as our contractor due to the customization features we could select, their extensive knowledge of homes in our area, and seeing some of their previous work.
We started the process by sending some inspiration pictures to Oksana (designer) and Dave (owner). Our goal for this project was to maintain the structural integrity of the house and update the bathrooms while maintaining the character of the house and incorporating accessibility features without looking too clinical. After a few design sessions, Oksana and Dave captured our design via 3D model, and proposed some recommendations.
I appreciated that Dave’s company is a full-service operation, with teams specializing in tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall/finishing, etc. Yuri the project manager was also very attentive and thorough. Each employee’s craftsmanship showed they were invested in completing the job as if they were doing it for their own home. As no construction project goes without some minor complications, it is noteworthy that this team is accessible and timely to deal with any unexpected events, ensuring the project is completed to the customer’s vision.

Three years ago, we had a great kitchen remodeling experience with All Eco and made sure to check with them first for our next house project (finishing the basement). Many thanks to Dave, Oksana, Yurie, and the team, this was another great experience, and we are very happy with the result. This project included adding a bathroom, bedroom, and theater room to an unfinished basement. Additional work was also done to add a concrete pad outside for a shed and electrical/plumbing work to replace a washer, dryer, and water heater. The design phase helped bring new ideas into the mix (LEDs, tile options, and room layout), and turning those ideas into plans was a huge help to streamline decisions that needed to be made during construction. All Eco was also very flexible to help us stay on budget by offering options and alternatives for changes that were outside the original scope, including adding finish touches myself (theater shelf, speakers, screen, LEDs, and sound panels). Once construction began, work was completed on a steady basis and the whole project timeline was as expected. Communication throughout the process was again excellent. I was able to check in with the team regularly to ask/answer questions and make adjustments as needed. All three rooms came out exactly as we wanted, and we are truly happy with how the basement turned out! Even after the project was completed, Dave and the All Eco Team have shown their excitement and appreciation for their customers. We look forward to working with them again on any future home projects!

Dave and the All Eco team were absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend them. They did our basement remodel in 2024, and every step from the original discussion and estimate through the design, the work, and the finishing touches was extremely professional and very high quality. We were particularly happy with the care and skill All Eco took in designing the space and iterating that design with us. Also, their team was very respectful of the living space, and kept everything clean with extensive sheeting and paper coverage. They were very communicative on schedule and things like deliveries. They also looked for ways to save us money across the design by simplifying where appropriate. The custom woodwork, shelving, cabinetry is excellent, as are the countertops and kitchenette. Finally, they went above and beyond in really diagnosing a few issues that were inexpensive to fix or deal with at the start but might have raised issues downstream -- things like small existing leaks in the plumbing or poorly routed ductwork, pipes etc, they were able to quickly fix or re-route to ensure that when we were done we had a robust, clean finish in the basement. The basement is now our absolute favorite room in the house and is where we spend time and host parties, and we expect to get many many years of enjoyment from it. Highly highly recommend. Several years ago, we had All Eco Design Center renovate a small bathroom, and we were pleased with the process and result. So, we felt comfortable coming back to All Eco for a large renovation project. The entire team at All Eco are a delight to work with, open and friendly, professional and helpful.
Our 1961 Mid-Century Modern house still had the original kitchen cabinets, the original (pink!) tile in one bathroom, an unfinished laundry room with a tangle of plumbing up at the ceiling, and a screen porch that was becoming dilapidated. For this project, All Eco updated the kitchen, a full bath and a half bath, turned the screen porch into a sunroom, finished the laundry room, updated the plumbing, encapsulated the crawl space, installed recessed lighting and re-finished the existing oak floors. There was only one room in our home that was not touched by the renovation.
We took our time with the design process, having some definite ideas about what we wanted. Working with their designer was fun and informative. She was always enthusiastic and patiently helped us find choices to make our ideas work. We were comfortable with paying a fair price for quality materials, but All Eco would point out that some choices might not be worth the expense to us (such as needing to purchase an entire slab of an expensive countertop when we’d use only a small portion of it for the bathroom vanity).
Construction started on schedule and the team was courteous, responsive and responsible and was led by a skilled and efficient project lead/manager. There were a few glitches, something to be expected with a large project. Most notably the trim tile in the full bath needed to be redone, but All Eco corrected it to our satisfaction in a timely manner. They paid attention to detail and finished everything that we asked for with fine craftsmanship.
The project did run over schedule by about three weeks which was primarily because of extra items added to the scope during the project and waiting for the manufacture of a custom window for the sunroom. We’re very pleased with the results, the renovation accomplished everything we had hoped for and we’re enjoying our “new” home.

We just wrapped up a multi-month renovation and addition with All Eco Design Center and once again, they exceeded our expectations. This was a major project—adding a two-story extension, converting a half bath into a full, and reworking our front entry—and their team handled every phase with care, precision, and creativity.

We’ve worked with them before on a bathroom renovation, so we already knew their craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. But this time, we were even more impressed by their thoughtful design approach, clear communication, and attention to detail.

We remodeled our kitchen and a bathroom now one year ago. Dave, Oksana, Yuri, and the team have all been WONDERFUL! They are not only extremely professional, but also very patient when explaining things. This was our first renovation and we had heard many horror stories. We experienced NONE of those, thankfully! They did a quality job, kept their promises, respected our home and our space, and when we have more budget, we will call them again! I will also say that after all this time, if we have a question about anything, they are still willing to answer and assist. Highly recommend them for your next project!

We had a great experience working with Schlomo and his team to fabricate and install a custom granite kitchen island that matched the rest of the kitchen. The extra storage has been very helpful and the island fits seamlessly into our kitchen. The install and delivery team were professional and respectful. AISB did a wonderful job of designing and building new cabinets for our mudroom. They were responsive to our needs and had smart ideas of their own. The quality is excellent. Shlomo Assaraf evaluated the problem with our old cabinets and provided a solution that corrected the issue at a reasonable price. He was clear about the steps to repair the problem and didn't try to sell us on replacing the cabinets. Very professional throughout the entire process. Would certainly call them again.

I can’t say enough nice things about the quality of the work performed by As It Should Be.

Years ago, much to our amazement, Shlomo and his team duplicated, to the smallest detail, a fireplace mantle which my wife and I had seen in an architectural magazine; in addition, the team created cabinet spaces in our apartment which totally transformed two rooms; this was very significant, because we had downsized from a large house in the suburbs, and storage was at a premium.

Several years later As It Should Be duplicated this performance at my son and daughter in laws home by creating a large bookcase/entertainment system which transformed their television/living room into something special.

My wife and I recently had the team return to our apartment to fabricate a piece which would have cost twice as much had we gone somewhere else, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
