4.5 stars actually, but Google does not allow half points. We contracted with All Eco in Fall 2019 to do some substantial guest bathroom and kitchen renovation work, along with a complete master bathroom remodel. Overall, we have been satisfied with the end result. There were some hiccups during the process--additional expenses that we thought were part of the contract (partly our fault for not clarifying all terms early), and having to re-do some work that did not meet expectations, leading to time overrun. However, All Eco was responsive to our needs throughout, and always courteous, and we are happy with the final result. Most importantly, we have had some small adjustments needed since the project was completed, and All Eco handled these promptly. I would definitely recommend them, and likely to hire them again.

We used All Eco for our bathroom renovation. It turned out amazing! Our project manager made sure that we had just what we wanted, and the people who were sent to do the work really cared about doing a good job. Renovations are never without hiccups or setbacks, but in the end, we got just what we’d hoped for.

Very positive experience with them starting with email with Roji and then in-person (with masks at a distance) with Dave. Received quotations promptly for my small job (removing carpet and replacing with Eco friendly wood). We had to problem solve for an issue around a product they had never used and they contacted the manufacturer and we finally resolved it. The installation was professional (the workers left no trace indoors or outdoors where they cut the planks). Roji assured me that full satisfaction was their objective and to contact them if there was any issue. There has not been. The floor is lovely and I am sure it will add value when I sell the home.

All Eco Center recently did a bathroom remodel in our house, turning a half-bath into a full bath with shower, as well as replacing a kitchen counter and a bathroom counter and several other smaller jobs (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry). They were helpful, informed, and efficient in both the design and the construction phases, and their work crews were effective, did a good job -- including cleaning up behind themselves, and also polite. The project supervisor was readily available to answer questions and assistance. We are very happy with the result, and happy to recommend their work to others for remodeling services.

Shocked by the good reviews here. We had our kitchen and bathroom done by this company and SO many mistakes were made. We are one year out and our kitchen floors are buckling in areas, the grout on the backsplash is cracking, tiles and drywall are uneven, cabinet paint chipping (we were forced to use their company cubitac), there was even a nail sticking up from the floor on one area we had to file down. There is no way our kitchen or bathroom is going to hold up for many years. I would advise to stay away!

We worked with All Eco on assorted renovations to our 95 year-old semi-detached house in DC, mostly focused on the kitchen, bathroom, finished basement and sleeping porch.

At every step, Dave (owner) and Hadi (project manager) listened carefully to what we wanted. We had already made some of the big design choices ourselves, but they helped us fine-tune and execute them. They were always gracious about making the job smaller or bigger on the fly.

Their crew was professional, efficient and respectful of our space. They did beautiful work on the tile backsplash. Ceiling, light fixtures, fan and solar tube installation were flawless. The cork floor tile in our basement wasn’t perfect the first time, but Hadi made sure the floor guys came back until we were satisfied.

We would gladly work with All Eco again.

I have used All Eco multiple times and they would, without a doubt, be the first place I go in the future for any remodeling needs. They helped me carpet my basement and basement stairs, and were also the company I chose for my counters, backsplash, and cork floor in a kitchen remodel. The have quality, beautiful, eco-friendly products, and they were able to help me make choices — they have exceptional design taste. More important to me, Dave and the All Eco crew are knowledgeable, kind, incredibly patient, honest and reliable. After hearing so many contractor horror stories from friends who used other vendors, I feel so lucky to have found folks to work with who made my renovations actually fun and exciting. I HIGHLY recommend them.

All Eco completely renovated my kitchen about two years ago and did a fantastic job. The kitchen is gorgeous as well as functional and the entire project, which was a major renovation, was done within budget and on time. All Eco was patient in working out the details with us and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Last week I noticed that the sealant behind the sink was cracking (no surprise given the water splashing that occurs there) and contacted Dave about it. He responded right away and All Eco replaced all the sealant around the countertop as a courtesy to me. It is an exact match and looks brand new! I could not be more pleased and am looking forward to my next project with All Eco.

We recently had a partial bathroom renovation done by All Eco Design. This is the second project that they did for us. We live nearby so we were familiar with their showroom and had approached them because of our interest in eco-friendly remodeling. I would like to say first that whenever I entered the showroom, someone came up to me immediately to ask if they could be of help. I appreciated this so much. The designer had very good ideas for the project and helped to work within our budget. A crew was available to start within a week of the arrival of materials. The surrounding areas to the project were covered to keep them clean. I was able to email or text questions at any time. The workmanship was exceptional and we are so pleased with the results.

'All ECO Design Center' completely remodeled our bathroom and walk-in closet. Their work was really
quite comprehensive, including: plumbing, electrical, paint, tile, drywall, glass, etc. It was one-stop-shopping for
us and we really needed to talk with only one person for the entire remodel ... it was money well spent.

They took a small, old design space and made a large and new bathroom. We're having them do completely
different work in another part of the house because of the good quality of their previous work.

We are completely satisfied with the work of All Eco Center in doing a complete renovation of our kitchen and half-bath, and we highly recommend them to any and all. The small dark kitchen without any windows in our town house was a real challenge, but it is now light and bright, with LED lighting, Silestone counter tops, maple cabinetry, and cork flooring, all matching beautifully, and we thank Igor, Dave, Moe and their team of workers for their great green job!!

We met Dave at the Washington DC Green Festival a year ago, and liked what we saw, but put his card away. When we got serious about renovating our kitchen, we went to their showroom and were amazed at the variety of environmentally friendly materials and products which they have available to choose from. Dave gave us a discount because we had been introduced to AEC at the Green Festival!

We had not undertaken any major renovation projects before, and found Igor and Dave very helpful in explaining all parts of the project, suggesting materials, matching samples, etc. We particularly loved the computer program on which Igor could alter the size, shape, and appearance of the cabinetry to suit our needs. It took quite a while to get a final estimate for the project as we were pretty slow in making our choices, but in that process we came to trust them and their recommendations and felt that they were the right ones to go with on our renovation, rather than trying to get comparative estimates from other contractors.

From the planning to execution to clean up and a few final repairs/adjustments afterwards, they were great to deal with -- polite, thoughtful, personable, yet professional. They kept to the schedule and to the estimate. The work was completed in 3 weeks, the first 2 of which we were out of the country. We were rather nervous about this plan, which was their suggestion, but they kept in touch with us by phone and e-mail, and we were home in time to make a couple of important decisions on paint color, placement of outlets, and tile work in the bathroom. The workmen too were neat, efficient, and very pleasant, and AEC provided a complete house cleaning at the end of the project.

Over-all, we are delighted with the results, and are happy to recommend All Eco Design Center and their great staff to anyone interested in having an environmentally friendly renovation project done.

We have worked with Dave and his company from their early beginnings as All Eco Center. Dave and his staff are nothing but wonderful! They are responsive and always available to answer questions during the whole process of our kitchen remodel. They are truly an eco-friendly place with all the best products in the market. Dave and his design staff truly care about the environment but will alway consider your needs if cost is an issue. They are knowledgeable and provide great input about the entire project. Dave and Oksana were wonderful to work with. They were able to be flexible with us as we made decisions and deliver high quality work on time. They were also bet knowledgeable on the building materials - providing options - which we cared about.

All Eco did a partial remodel of our two bathrooms (replaced vanities, medicine cabinets, lighting fixtures, and painted the walls). We postponed the project for several months as we were initially hesitant to have workers in house during the pandemic. Dave, the owner, assured us that his workers would practice all the necessary precautions, and we are glad that we proceeded with the renovation. The workers were punctual, pleasant, and considerate (always masked, exhausting the dust, and leaving the work area clean). Dave was responsive and flexible (e.g., he was OK with me obtaining the 2 cm quartz countertop from another company as All Eco had only 3 cm quartz at the time). Minor issues and concerns were promptly addressed and resolved. We love our updated bathrooms (including the vanity cabinets which we got from All Eco) and are pleased with the quality of work and price.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with All Eco Center. I found them through Home Advisor and called them to get a quote for renovating and enlarging our small Master Bath. What immediately impressed me about Dave, the owner, was his positive attitude toward my ideas. I wanted to expand the bathroom into a bedroom, knock out a wall, put in a wall and create an upstairs laundry. To each of these requests, Dave replied with "we've done that before" or "that's a great idea, maybe we could..."
Where other contractors had told me that what I was requesting was "hard" or "difficult", Dave exuded confidence that they could do it and had already started to collaborate with me. The best thing is that his bid came $7K less than the previous lowest bid.

We had already started renovating our basement and bath with another contractor who I had to let go because he wasn't making progress. We would need to have that completed before we started on the upstairs. Though it's All Eco's policy to do the project from start to finish in order to guarantee their work, yes, they have a 1 year guarantee for all their work! They agreed to finish my downstairs bathroom and basement tiled floor. The team started two days later and efficiently finished the project in 9 days, including painting, which I opted for them to do.
Next came the big project for upstairs. We met with All Eco's designer, Elena, at their showroom in Silver Spring. She had excellent ideas, a 3-D image which we could make adjustments to. She also suggested materials and product. Though we decided to source our own materials, we greatly benefited from Elena's design approach. They tore through everything creating minimal dust (a very large HEPA filtering device pushed a ton of air out of the house).
The demo team, plumbers, construction and electrical were all scheduled with precision. There wasn't a day that they didn't have a team in working the job. Dave is an excellent project manager, and you would have thought that we were the only project he was working on.
he communicated with me and his team constantly. He is onsite nearly every day, and available by phone or text at any time of the day or evening. His collaborative approach made the project flow as anticipated. There was never a time when I felt like the project wasn't on track and on budget.

The added bonus is that Dave has extensive knowledge in design, structural engineering and architecture. It's like your are getting an engineer, architect, contractor and project manager rolled into one person.

We were extremely satisfied with the work of the All Eco Center Team. Shouts out to Rudy, Osman and Feliciano. Everyone on the team was top-notch and performed their work with professional and personal integrity.

In the future I will not seek the typical 3 bids for work to be performed. I will just call Dave at All Eco and have his team perform the work. They are honest, ethical, creative and diligent. Simply the best.

There are so many good things to say about All Eco! First they are super fast and responsive! Everything from scheduling the estimate, to getting an initial proposal, to getting questions answered and adjustments made in the proposal, to the design process, to the actual work starting and getting finished (two weeks ahead of schedule!!) was smooth, easy, and supportive. Second, this was the first major home renovation project I had done (complete demolition of the main bathroom and kitchen, including removing a wall to open up to the dining room) and the whole team's positive attitude and supportive responses to my many questions helped to quell my fears and anxieties. Third, the whole team treats you as their top priority and I can definitely say that I felt like they put my needs and wishes first during the design process as well as the actual demolition and construction.

Ligia, my designer, really walked me through the whole process of reworking the space and making it more livable, comfortable, and useful. She had many great ideas and I found that if I followed her advice, it was the way to go because she really knew her stuff. Dave, the owner and manager of my project, came by every day during the construction and was in constant communication with me as to how it was progressing and updating me as to what needed to still be done and when it would get done, etc. For all of that demolition that happened, there was minimal impact to the rest of my house and my family and I were well taken care of. All of the workers who were in our house were friendly and positive and were obviously enjoying what they were doing.

I can easily say that I would happily do another project with All Eco because the made the process painless and actually enjoyable! How many people can say that about huge home improvement projects?

My house was built in 1937. I contracted with AllEco to renovate my basement so I could rent it as an AirBnB ... 5 years ago! They did such a great job and it is STILL beautiful. Back then, I was worried about sound but I didn't have to be - the insulation they put in the ceiling works wonders. My tenants rarely hear anything from me and vice versa. Also, recently I discovered a gas leak in my old pipes and contacted David - he immediately sent his team out and fixed it - again, beautifully! And I decided to screen my outdoor stairwell - again, beautifully done! (I thought they could just slap some screening up but no, they made a work of art!). David is a wonderful human being and the quality of his team is top notch. All Eco does great work - super professional with such integrity. Don't hesitate to contract with them.

Decided to redesign my kitchen and two bathrooms with a budget of $115,000. The designer ensured me the project could be done under budget and completed in less than two months. 5 months and $135,000 later, she tells me they would need another $25,000 “to realize my dream.” She explained that the “under-budget” quote of $105,000 was if I had paid cash, not utilized a wire transfer. I don’t know what type of evasion scheme this is, but I have already wasted so much time and money with these people that I feel compelled to finish with them. My husband keeps demanding we utilize a regular contractor. Make sure you read the fine print.

Working with Dave, Oksana, and Yuri at All Eco is a pleasure, and once you have completed a project with them you really do feel like part of the "All Eco Family." We have had two bathrooms renovated, and hardwood floors installed in the entire upstairs. The results are outstanding and we could not be happier with the transformation. All Eco Design Center just completed a gut renovation of my main bathroom. Everything came out, from floor to ceiling, and everything new went back in. And it is beautiful.

It is tempting simply to say: Great work! Completely satisfied! And that’s true.

But you need to know that every step of the project went wonderfully smoothly. Dave and John Paul are simply great to work with; excellent communication. From getting a good and competitive estimate for the whole project, to getting a detailed printed design/plan, to acquiring all the needed components/fixtures prior to starting. When the work began, the demolition was quick, complete, and without any mess for us the homeowners. The All Eco teams came, did their work, and left, taking the mess with them. They were neat, fastidious, with no grousing about the hill and climb to get to the rear of the house.

When the work of putting in all the new materials started, the crews were timely and efficient, no muss and no fuss. When there were questions, answers were readily gotten and resolved. The basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity went just as planned.

But when the final finishes began to be installed, then I was stunned. The quality of the floor and wall tile installation was first-rate, a thing of beauty. The surfaces of the vanity and tub wall were excellent. The painting and caulking, the accessories, all went in easily.

The attention to detail in every part of this project was gratifying and reassuring. When you know and can see that you are in good hands, the satisfaction level is incomparable.

During construction, Dave was extremely responsive, sending photos, and checking in on large and small decisions. He was at the job site every day, often for hours. The project was well staffed and carefully scheduled, so it finished essentially on time and on budget. All-Eco was meticulous about cleanliness and protecting our home. When there was an issue with one subcontractor, All-Eco made it right without question. The final result reflects All-Eco’s skill, attention to detail, and commitment to fulfilling all expectations.
