This is the second project WISA has completed for me, and once again, they did an absolutely fabulous job. Daoud and Waris were fabulous with their estimate and communications, and Eduardo (the carpenter) made sure everything was perfect. I love my new counter and will call them again for the next project. Definitely choose WISA if you want the highest quality project for a very reasonable price!!

We worked with Wisa on our previous house last year and they delivered over and beyond in their quality of work. So this year we decided to get Wisa to work on the master bathroom of our new house. We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with the WISA team. We had an amazing experience from design to completion and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship from a company that truly cares about their customers and the finished product. Their design team came up with ideas we hadn’t considered and the crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The project timeline was reasonable to start with, but they still finished ahead of schedule. When we had a few requests to make some changes, the team was quick to make it happen. Don’t hesitate to hire WISA.

Superb Work and Customer Service! We absolutely recommend WISA Solutions for any and all remodel work on your home and we will personally return to them for all future projects. Daoud and his personnel recently completed a full house remodel in Springfield, VA, totaling approximately $150,000.00 in repairs and upgrades, resulting from a tree falling on our home. The damage required the replacement of the entire roof, all 18 trusses, the entire upstairs ceiling, the full front porch, part of the carport, replacement of all of the siding and gutter drainage, and a full teardown and rebuild of the master bathroom. Additionally, there were nail pops and cracks that required the repair and repainting of the entire first floor. Due to the extensive damage, Daoud recommend and developed plans to build a mammoth front porch and fully redesign the front of the home. Let me just pause in my writing to say it looks Beautiful!! Additionally, we had a second bathroom fully remodeled, numerous lighting installed and lots of additional electrical work completed. I can’t express enough how tremendous the customer service was: Daoud visited the home personally at least once every day during the multiple month renovation period and was always available for our phone calls and questions. It was obvious that he took pride in all of his work, because there were numerous improvements and additions that he made on his own at no charge to us. His staff was exemplary, not only in their outstanding craftsmanship, but also in their professionalism and friendliness.

We recently remodeled three bathrooms with WISA solutions, which involved converting one half bath to a full bath in our basement (added tub/shower). We had a wonderful experience and are so happy with the results. We loved their showroom and wide selection of custom cabinets, quartz and tile. Having this in one location really makes a complex process much easier, and we installed cabinets that matched our vanities for extra storage. For each bathroom we had a wish list of items we wanted to change, such as adding recessed mirror medicine cabinets, large double bathroom niches, changing the location of air vents, bumping out walls, and installing pocket doors (to name a few). Other contractors said these things were too complex, but WISA had no trouble implementing our ideas. Their crew shows up on time and works very hard. During the project, we had at least one surprise where a major sewer line needed relocation during the moving of a wall. This required at least a week of specialized work (jackhammering foundation) as well as county inspection. Daoud honored the original price of our project despite these added costs. The team of workers at WISA is very skilled (shoutout to Juan, Alex and David), and we also upgraded some electrical and plumbing systems during the project at their recommendation, such as putting the bathrooms on separate circuits to prevent overload. The end result is really exceptional. We love our new bathrooms and we would recommend WISA for any home improvement project without question.

After suffering water damage in our already finished basement, we decided it was time to overhaul the basement. We estimated out the cost of work to be done then reached out to about ten or so different contractors in the area, including WISA. All of the estimates we received were in the range we determined ourselves, so we knew all of the estimates were competitive.

WISA was the only contractor that showed up with a team: not just one person, but a four person team, each with a distinct purpose for being there. Their estimate was one of the highest, but within our self determined range, and they included everything (a lot of the lower estimates included "plus materials" in their quotes). WISA had a showroom so we went to one location to pick out flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc, and it was all included in the estimate.

During the project we largely left the crew alone: everyone was polite and professional but they didn't need babysitting. Every time we checked on progress we were impressed with how much was accomplished in a short timespan. In fact, the project would've been completed ahead of schedule had we not talked to WISA and added several change orders throughout the project. Some were ideas of ours, some were ideas brought up by WISA, but the important thing is they never pressured us. If they saw something (like corrosion on our copper pipes), they brought it to our attention, gave us an idea of what the potential problem is, gave us an honest opinion of if it's worth addressing, and gave us an estimate for fixing if we chose to do so. Never once did we feel pressured to add a change order based on their observations.

A project this large is bound to have issues. How a company handles those issues makes the process a good or bad experience. WISA showed up with a team to provide our initial estimate, and we worked with a team throughout the design and build process, leaning on each team member's different expertise to address any issues that came up. We had a fantastic experience working with WISA.

Whenever we're ready to renovate again, WISA will be our first - and probably only - call.

I contacted WISA for them to come and take a look at the kitchen/dining/living room that I wanted to remodel in my place in Arlington. They were incredibly responsive and made the appointment to come and visit my home. Immediately they could understand the vision for the new footprint that I wanted. This involved moving walls, moving plumbing and electric and HVAC venting. The drawings they did were exactly what I wanted and we quickly moved forward with the contract and permitting. I visited their showroom to select materials. They understood the aesthetic I was trying to achieve and made some minor suggestions that made the entire thing turn out even better than I had imagined. I am very thrilled with the final result. I would also mention their contractors were also incredibly professional and every day they ensured they did their very best to keep the house as clean as possible (which is impossible through construction). I have no hesitation in recommending them for a project for your home!

After interviewing 3 potential contractors (and researching several more) we contracted with WISA solutions to remodel our kitchen. This involved basically completely gutting the existing kitchen, creating a pantry space where none had previously existed, installing new flooring, cabinets, backsplash, countertops and appliances. (We kept a couple of our original and purchased a couple new ones). If I had to use one word to characterize the job and our experience, it would be "WOW!" From the very first meeting, when designer Alina and owner Dauoud visited our home, to the very last installation and inspection, everyone we interacted with was polite, responsive and highly professional. Although I would say our initial expectations were high, I have to say they went above and beyond our expectations. The quality of the carpentry, tile work and electrical was among the best we have seen anywhere; the attention to detail and pride in the job shows through in an absolutely beautiful finished product. The first time I set foot in my newly completed kitchen, I literally cried; it felt so spacious and light (even though we did not enlarge the footprint at all) and just beautiful.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about WISA's cadre of tradesmen. They were on time, respectful, incredibly hard working and left the space clean and tidy each evening. I also cannot say enough about Alina, whom I viewed as our primary point of contact. She was calm, patient and incredibly responsive - oh, and she is an amazing designer.

When we first started down this remodel path, we did experience some sticker shock, since we have been, for most of our renovations, a DIY family. We went with WISA because A) we felt most comfortable with them as people we could work with and B) we thought they represented the best value for the investment.

We would unreservedly recommend them for any home improvement/remodeling projects.

Daoud and his team were awesome. We went to them with some ideas for the renovation of the hallway bathroom and our powder room but we weren’t sure on every details. Daoud and his team were able to help and suggest the choice of material and details to put what we envisioned into reality. We love our new bathroom and enjoyed working with them so much that we got them to create a room and customised the shelves in the room for our walk-in wardrobe.

Their quality of work is great and their price is fair. They are very professional, polite and punctual.

I was very happy with my overall experience working with Moe from WISA Solutions on my roof replacement project. Starting from the very beginning, Moe made very detailed roof inspection using drone which showed that the roof was at the end of life. He explained the installation process step by step and that company using top quality material for the project which warrant long new roof life span 30+ years. Although my roof was not leaking at that moment, I decided not to wait due to very attractive cost and project quality especially compare with others companies proposals. The installation process can not be better, the crew was very professional working together 3+ years, finished the project in one day, and applied all efforts to protect house and neighbors, and thoroughly cleaned the area, even used magnets to collect nails from old roof. Finally, Moe made drone views of new roof which looks beautiful! Moe tried all his best to make my experience working with WISA very pleasant and they delivered the new roof which I like very much and have confidence in long life span. From start to finish, we were impressed with WISA's dedication to transforming our 1946 basement to a 2024 one!
Met with Daoud & Waris (father & son team) and they had positive ideas on how to renovate our dark basement into a bright living space. Plans drawn up by Faouzi showed 3D illustrations that got rid of the low-hanging air ducts--significantly increasing head room in the basement. The plans also added two closets and a pantry, which really increased storage space.
The WISA staff is very professional and even worked on Saturdays---and finished the project ahead of schedule.
Kelsey and Kate were the main office contacts and were very responsive to our emails during construction. The transformed basement is fantastic and exceeded our expectations!

We are the Lempkes in Kingstowne, VA. We own a townhouse that is 30 years old. This past year we decided to replace our deck and upgrade our kitchen. We contacted WISA Solutions to start the planning phase. From our first discussions we elected to proceed with the work. In late summer, 2018, the new deck was added on schedule. In November WISA started work on the kitchen. There were two major factors we were looking for in a construction company, a professional work ethic and a company we could trust. We found both in WISA, who take pride in planning, working and completing their projects and goals. They were on-time, in budget and extremely considerate of our interior furnishings while the kitchen was rebuilt. WISA is very well managed and supervised, with qualified experts in electrical, plumbing and the building phases. There were two instances where our 30 year old townhouse's original construction was poorly done or age had set in. WISA corrected the alignments with attention to detail and skill. We commend them and their team. They do it right and provide you with superb workmanship, the right skills and above all, pride in achieving success. Well done WISA and thank you, we will use you again and again.

The WISA team is outstanding from planning all the way through completion of our project. They were flexible as our ideas changed throughout the project and were very informative to help us make decisions that led to the best outcome.

Ideal design-to-builder. With no ties to the area I was concerned to self identify and work with a truly turnkey builder of high quality and trust. Look no further, Daoud and his team at WISA are consummate professionals for your home improvement projects. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with having them within my home, and the results of our master bathroom and bedroom + new closet project.

His whole team of installers and staff, including Kate and Kelsey at the office as Designer and Project Lead, were on-top and on-time of everything throughout, also completing the project ahead of schedule. They perform everything with in-house staff, and their studio process to design and select finishes made our lives so easy, and got everything we could've wanted. As a client, I'm probably of the overbearing in-the-details type, but they were either ahead-of or attentive to everything throughout. All important, they work at a fair price and keep it simple and transparent on budget management. I bid this project to five contractors and selected WISA, although I knew from our first meeting I wanted to work with them. The only change orders seen were those I requested as add-ons in process.

Daoud, the owner, is involved and present everyday and available himself. The team of installers was consistent for the project duration, on-time, clean, and also just good guys that we built some rapport with. I just wish I had more resources to do all my wife and I's wish list projects at once to keep seeing these results.

1. Reliable: Waris and Daoud have a wonderful team. They arrive every day (6 days/week) on time and work diligently the entire day.
2. Excellent pricing and product selection: Waris and Daoud give excellent quotes on their work and make great suggestions on the best way to improve your project. They are honest and will let you know of any changes needed or if problems have been uncovered. Their suggestions for solutions are always helpful and reasonable. And the ability to go to their showroom to pick all your products is a huge benefit!
3. Quality workers: the guys all work for WISA. No subcontractors! Demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and tiling is all done by WISA workers. And some of the crew are the same guys that worked on my home from 2013! They have a supervisor on site and the manager visits daily plus the owners come by frequently to check on the project. Everyone is friendly, respectful and professional. Communication is excellent!
4. CLEAN! They prepare your home, place plastic and wrap/move furniture to minimize dust and prevent damage. Plus they clean the worksite daily.
5. Dependable and trustworthy: I know this team and have trusted them without any reservations. Had a lockbox on the house and even went on vacation during projects without hesitation.
And the work is completed within the timeline!

WISA did a fantastic job renovating our basement bathroom. The quality of their work was top notch. They were very efficient, working 6 days a week for 3 weeks straight to ensure that the bathroom was ready for our family for the holidays. Their workers were all courteous and professional. We recently had WISA Solutions remodel two full bathrooms in our 60 year old house. This was our second home renovation project with WISA. They completely remodeled the entire lower level of our house last year which included a new full bathroom, a new living space, new flooring, and all new plumbing, electrical wiring and lighting.
