Have to sue them to get them to honor warranty. Plus, have to sue them to replace a window THEY broke. Stay clear. Read Steve Lingle’s review. More of the same. BTW, it’s been over a year trying to get the one window replaced. Called again as instructed per the response. No answer. Left message at 10:20am CST 6-3-2024.

5:36pm CST 6-4-2024. Over 24 hours with no returned call. Statewide is all hat and not cattle.

3:20pm CST 6/5/2024. Over 48 hours with no returned call. Figuring out who these people really are? I hope so.

12:00pm CST 6/6/2024. 72 hours. Crickets.

11:00am CST 6/8/2024. 5 days. Find another contractor. You’ll be happy you did.

I wish I could give more stars but after months of waiting and near zero communication I cannot. I purchased 18 windows and 3 doors in July and did not hear from anyone. After calling repeatedly for updates the doors were offered while the windows were being manufactured. When they came to install the doors, they did not have all the pieces and could not complete the installation. That was in October. Finally in November the windows were installed and the crew did a fine job (this is the one reason I would give more stars). It is now December and they attempted to come install the doors. They no-showed the appointment on install day and later explained they did not have all the pieces. After actually getting a call from a “field supervisor” making promises the piece would be delivered imminently, two weeks later and nobody is communicating again, answering or returning phone calls. I just want to get this done so I can give them the money they’re due and it has been like pulling teeth.

From the sales rep to the installer, everyone was professional and caring. My shower is beautiful and makes my bathroom feel more modern. I would use SR again in the future.

We tried to use Statewide Remodeling to replace windows in our house and had nothing but trouble. Windows were warped and would not lock and after over a year of fighting with them Statewide refunded our money and cancelled the financing. We went to Thermal Windows of Tulsa and had better windows installed for far less money and they are excellent windows.

Great company and friendly professional people. This was an emergency installation and they had it installed in less then a week.

It took him a couple of days but had to get new parts out of state, but did an excellent job

Was trying to buy just basic windows. Nothing fancy just the most basic windows they offered to replace all the windows in my house. Also stated I would be paying not financing. They would not schedule an appointment with me. They wanted my husband there as well. I informed him that was not possible but to go ahead with the appointment. He would not without my husband being there as well. I attempted to tell him that we was on the same page and knew what we wanted and had cash on hand. He still declined to make the appointment and while explaining why I just hung up. Later he had a lady with a Texas phone number calling stating it was company policy. I asked her why. Why isn’t the question is both of your names on this property. I honestly feel discriminated that I as a woman can not buy windows without my husband present.

We are very happy with our new shower. Jerry Taylor did an excellent job. He never stopped working. Cory did an excellent job of helping us make all the decisions.

When Statewide Remodelling first came to our area, I had a bad experience and wrote them off. When I ran into someone else and shared my experience, Statewide stepped up.
They sent David and Clay, both who proved not only possessed of excellent acumen, poise, and charisma, but also an admirable determination to prove Statewide stands by its promised standards of peerless excellence.
At the very least, their standards of customer service are striving to prove this promise, and the experience this time around proved a sincere step in the right direction.
As far as their customer service goes they have proven this standard to my satisfaction. I look forward to leaving an honest review once business with Statewide’s installation crews will have concluded.

This new shower was completed in such a short time after we decided to install the walk-in-shower. I was amazed. As soon as Statewide found out I needed surgery, they scheduled and got out here very fast. The construction team was very professional. They did not leave any kind of a mess at all! Everything looks so incredible! Thank you!

I am happy with the new bathtube. It is high quality material. Easy to clean and look elegant. Love it.

Customer service is great when buying the windows. If a warranty claim is needed, it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Always goes to voicemail, leave messages, no one ever calls back. Use the CHAT on their website. Same apology every time, excuse they are having technical difficulties when telling them that no one answers. They collect your name, address, phone number and email and tell you that someone will contact you. They never do. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE this company.

I’m so excited to start our bathroom project with Statewide remodeling. They have been so helpful
with making decisions and recommendations. Isiah and David are the best so kind and patient with all my questions easy to get a hold of. They are gonna start in about a week I can’t wait, I will
come back and let you know about my new improved bathroom. Update! They finished, it is beautiful so nicely done great quality. My husband loves it. Best thing we have done.

I am very pleased with my be windows, purchased through Statewide Remodeling. This is the 2nd house I have utilized them on to replace old windows and both times the installers were awesome. The price was reasonable, the quality is great and the financing options made it possible for me to have both houses done. The installers were quick, efficient and cleaned up everything when finished. They answered all my questions and were so very kind. Thank you Statewide. I was very satisfied with the installation process and the timely manner the crew did from start to finish. They were very professional with their work and explained the process and showed me the operation of the windows. They didn't make a mess nor did they leave one. I am happy with the way the windows look. I like to get the same crew when I decide to do future windows.

We are on week 3 of a 2 day max installation. We go days without hearing from anyone. No one will return our calls. The installation that has been done is very shoddy work. The manager Jeanette was supposed to come yesterday, she never showed and has yet to call 18 hours later. The only person who responds to me at all is my sales person and she has tried to help but has had no luck either. We get zero communication from this company. I have filed complaints with the BBB in Oklahoma and in Texas where their corporate offices are. My next call is Channel 2. This company is an utter RIP OFF!

Statewide changed out our bath/shower combo to a walk in shower. They were upfront about the costs, did excellent work, and answered our questions.

Wade came and explained everything that I needed to know about the windows and the installation and was very honest I appreciate him. He helped me get the windows I needed!

The shower replacement we had done was a great experience, the worker was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.

Excellent customer service and ability to recommend viable options for our needs and our budget. Installation was delayed d/t rainy weather, but team took it all in stride and graciously rescheduled . Installation was done very professionally with great attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend this company.
