Grungy old shower dating from 1982. All the glass was etched and opaque and could not be restored to clarity.Ran across a Statewide Remodeling person at and we started down the path to update it. A gentleman came into our home and we discussed our options. We made some decisions and he took careful measurements. The job was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. Took them 2 days to finish their part of the job and I am quite impressed with the quality of their work. To save money we chose an outside source for the glass enclosure and that will be installed in a couple of days. REVISION OF REVIEW: While I remain pleased with the work that was done I am very displeased with their post-completion performance. My contract included a Costco digital shop card to be delivered to me within 7 days of completion.
The amount promised is not insignificant. That has not happened and we are now 3 weeks out. When I called to inquire about I was told to take the matter up with Costco. As I told them, my contract is not with Costco. It is with statewide remodeling and they are in breach. Calls asking to speak with a manager have not been returned.

When we received the call that Steve Smith was on his way to install our new shower, my husband and I and I finally got excited. We had been told it might be a couple of months before our shower was going to be installed because of the waiting list.
Instead of 2 months, it was just two weeks. When Steve arrived, he introduced himself, told us what we could expect the first day, and so on. He encouraged us to ask questions and he would answer them. We asked about the two day install and he let us know it was closer to a 5 day install on a remodel. That's what we thought, too.
Throughout the entire time Steve worked in our home, he cleaned up after himself and stayed on schedule. He even worked until 7p.m. Friday night before needing to stop to get some sleep. He was back on Saturday morning to finish the job. Before he left, he let us know how long we had to wait to use our new shower 🚿. The hardest part was the wait. It was so worth it.

I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. The job is so bad it looks worse than a trailer and I have to hire a lawyer to sue them to help make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below. Here are just a few examples of what they think a "good job" looks like.

You tell me to contact customer support, do you mean the local or the headquarters? Because I tried contacting the local branch before I posted this review and they were the ones that told me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint" and told me that they were not interested in making things right.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They contacted us often to let know what was going with our order and scheduling. Our installer was great. There were some issues with our cabinets not being square but he worked through them and made things work right. We had a couple of issues after the install and he came back and fixed them. We are very happy with the finished product. You can see the before and after pictures listed. We are pleased.
