Mark and his son Jack did a great job remodeling our shower! They are prompt, courteous and very responsive to any request. They treated our home like their own and used quality workers. Pricing was fair and affordable. We will definitely recommend them to our friends!

They were an absolute pleasure to work with in every way. It's rare to find a team that not only produces such stellar work, but is also a joy to have in your home. Mark and Jack are great people. They are action and not talk. They remodeled our Master Bedroom and bath. Remodeled our entertainment center in the family room. Replaced the back splash tile in our kitchen. Removed all flooring in the house and installed new tile through out the house. Very well done. Reasonable price. Top notch service. I want use anyone else. You gain their trust right from the start.

Wow and wow! They are prompt, efficient, and very professional! The workman were prompt and professional. They were very tidy and in general very nice to be around. Jack is quick to respond and takes care of everything effortlessly. They did our downstairs floors and fixed our ceiling. I am in love with my house again. I plan on using them to remodel my masterbath, after I convince my husband it needs to be done. These guys are amazing!!!

We are very extremely pleased with the total remodel of our master bathroom.Mark was very helpful in the new design. His idea of taking out the garden tub to enlarging the shower and giving us more room near the vanity was definitely the best decision. Jack and Mark were always quick to respond with any questions we had, very conscientious to keep the area clean, and took the time to make sure that the installations were done right! The gentlemen who tiled our shower and bathroom floor did an excellent job. Jose and Aldo helped with my idea to extend the tile beyond the shower to the whole wall,
which we really love. The glass installer and electrician were professional and also very easy to work with. We will definitely be using Dempsey Construction again in the future.

If I could give Mark, his son Jack and his company a hundred stars I would. This is by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL company that I have ever dealt with. My husband and I contracted with Dempsey Construction during our kitchen remodel for our electrical needs. Due to the pandemic, it took five months for our appliances to be received at our home. Although, I kept Mark and his team abreast of the delays, he was very patience and understanding. When our appliances finally arrived, we were scheduled immediately for install. Mark and his team are timely, understanding, fair and very professional. Should we remodel in the future, I would definitely use Dempsey Construction. Mark and Jack did a phenomenal job with our master bathroom remodel and the flooring replacement in the master bedroom. The attention to detail and responsiveness is stellar and was greatly appreciated. The subs that they hire are all top notch and do excellent work. They were all very professional, trustworthy and friendly. We highly recommend them and would never use anyone else in the future. We are thrilled with the outcome!

Great job! Mark & Jack just finished our second bathroom for us. We were so impressed with their work on our first bathroom that we asked them to come back for our second bathroom. Working with Jack Dempsey was such a great experience. He went above and beyond to design my living wall unit with a fireplace. Dempsey construction did an amazing job on my kitchen. They were extremely flexible and listened to all my concerns and questions. The renovation was done very quick and was affordable as well!

Jack Dempsey oversaw our total condominium renovation. We are so pleased with the transformation and our choice to entrust Dempsey Construction with this project. Jack worked collaboratively with us and the subcontractors. He went above when it came to ensuring we were satisfied with the outcome; even showing up post project to adjust things like our fridge level baseboard to keep it from being damaged by opening the fridge door. Not sure it’s possible to find a kinder person or one with more integrity in this business. Embarrassed a tad to post before pictures but it helps tell the story… ignore the patio.

What a great company to do business with. Mark and Jack Dempsey are very personable and just "good people". We did a complete gut and renovation of our kitchen this year. After looking at multiple general contractors, we chose Dempsey Construction for our job. They not only provided a competitive quote, but showed up every day with their sub-contractors, when they were supposed to be there (always on time), did quality work and YES cleaned up every evening. I gave them a Ghant chart to outline my timetable when we started the project and they agreed to the timeline I proposed. They hit every target date and the installation of our kitchen was PERFECT. We highly recommend them and are looking forward to hiring them on our next project.

Jack and Mark were fabulous to work with on the remodeling of our home. Complete kitchen make over along with dining room, great room, and laundry room updates. Removal of popcorn ceilings, resurfacing and painting of ceiling and walls, replacement of fans and all electrical outlets. Jack kept us informed about the schedule, answered tons of questions, and came by almost daily to monitor the the quality of the work. Would recommend Dempsey Contruction to anyone looking for quality work.

Jack and his team recently completed a renovation to our laundry room. From the start Jack’s communication and list making made me feel at ease. He asked all the detailed questions that I wouldn’t think of and gave me easy options to work with and pick from. Every member of his team was on time, neat and tidy, kind and did a fantastic job.

Jack’s strong suit is his communication skills. He will make sure he communicates throughout all levels of the job. He made me feel at ease with decisions and is extremely trust worthy!

We recently completed a remodel of the house we purchased in Brandon and can't say enough good things about the experience working with Dempsey Contruction. Mark, Jack and all of the craftsmen brought in to work on our project were top notch.

They did an excellent job of capturing what we were looking for and translated that into a detailed statement of work that made it easy to determine what was in scope versus the additional work we asked them to do. Jack was the construction supervisor and did a great job in scheduling and working with the trades to keep the project moving forward. Jack does an excellent job of staying in touch and top of every detail. He did a great job of working around the two hurricanes that came through the area during our project and did everything possible to minimize the impacts.

The work entailed tile installation in the bedrooms, a complete remodel of the master bath, a remodel of the laundry room, installation of crown molding throughout the house, new baseboards in the rooms with new tile, and a remodel of the fireplace. We couldn't be more thrilled with the result! I would work with Mark and his team again without hesitation.
