They replaced a skylight which had been installed 40 years ago. The skylight developed a leak so the sheetrock had to be replaced as well. They covered everything in the area with drop cloths and did a great job of cleaning the area. I already have other projects for which I will be calling them.

We needed a new railing on our staircase. One quote we got suggested 4-5 days of work but Ryan and his team completed it in one day. Ryan was responsive and easy to communicate with the whole time. Very happy with the final product.

We've used Ryan and his team on multiple occasions and are always amazed with the quality and care he puts into the projects. He take the time to do the job right and doesn't cut corners. He's basically fixed half our house and I look forward to using him many times in the future.

One of the, if not the, best contractors I’ve ever had do work for me. He’s done small things from fixing windowsills to handling our addition and everything is very high quality. He’ll always give you options as far as pricing and material so he’s not someone looking to just make money off you. He wants you to be happy with what he does. Highly recommend.

Morrell Construction is top notch! I needed work done right away and they responded fast and provided me a quote. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best price so I called a couple other contractors (who were not as prompt as Morrell Construction), and Morrell Construction beat their prices by a landslide. I highly recommend this company, who on top of being responsive, they did fantastic work.

I used Morrell construction for some remodeling work in my home from a recommendation from a friend. They did a complete bathroom remodel and put in new cabinets in my kitchen.
These guys were great, very personable and professional all the workers were easily approachable and explained everything thoroughly down to the cost, which was such a comfort as I’ve never done anything like this before as a new homeowner and heard so many horror stories about getting ripped off.
I was able to call the owner Ryan personally to ask any questions during the process too which was great. They were neat, efficient and seemed to really value and look out for us and their work.
The guys even noticed a huge plumbing error in our bathroom from before I got the house and set me up with someone to fix the problem immediately before they went further as to avoid us a huge headache in the future.
I’m so glad I went with this company and will be using them in the spring to start work on our deck and pass them on to anyone I can. Thanks so much again guys!!!!!!!

Ryan and his team (shoutout to Vick and Kyle) were amazing. They did such a great job building a new shower, helped hang multiple light fixtures/mirrors/etc, sheet rocked and repainted our wall and even helped with some plumbing. There was truly nothing they couldn't do and they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Thorough professionals, excellent workmanship, and timely communication. This is not a combination I have easily found working with home improvement contractors. Ryan himself oversaw the work, and engaged with 3rd party subcontractors where needed. He assisted me with whatever was needed to complete my insurance claim as well. It was a fairly big job involving a bunch of repairs, flooring and walls and it was all completed in a timely manner with minimal intervention from my side. I strongly recommend Morrell Construction.

I have had two experiences with Ryan and Kyle. They built us a gorgeous master bath that I (we) cherish every day. EVERT DAY! My second call to Ryan last December was a distress call. A large tree fell in our yard and compromised the siding and gutters to our home. (Not to mention knocking out power in my home and my neighbor as well) He was there that very next day and got us sealed up. And it was not simple. I was pretty knocked out by his response and family like care. I recommend Ryan 100% and more. He cares. I love that. I will call every time and any time for "home help" And I know I can count on him and his team.

We had a total kitchen renovation by Morrell construction and they did a great job. We’re thrilled with the way our kitchen came out! The proof is in the pictures.

We needed some major urgent work in our crawl space due to water damage. Ryan and his team were able to stay working within a day of the estimate and did a great job. Their work is high quality, the crew was very friendly and respectful and they cleaned up everything after themselves. We have since used Ryan and his team for a few more projects and will definitely work with him again

If you want someone to go the extra mile and treat the house like it’s theirs, then these are your guys.
