Renewal by Anderson sent a Use My Guy repairman out to install some tile to resolve an installation issue left by their guys. He did an excellent job and pointed out I had two different finishes on the spare tile leftover from the previous owners. I'll definitely give them a try on a few other projects that are beyond what I can do.

Josh and Brendan were wonderful! Showed up on time, did a beautiful job on my kitchen and bathroom backsplash! They always clean up after themselves so you’d never know work was done when they leave. So helpful in answering all my questions and giving feedback. Can’t recommend Use My Guy Services enough, great company from top to bottom!!!!

John and his crew were super friendly and excellent attention to detail - Connie always kept us updated so we knew when to expect the contractors and what work they would be doing. She also was very prompt in getting back to us if we had any questions. Definitely would recommend

John installed some toddler door security features to 2 doors. He was early to the appointment and wore his mask the entire time. He was friendly & professional. He accidentally made some cuts to the door frame that were a little larger than what he needed and he did not have wood putty to patch it up. We will patch it ourselves--no big deal--but it would've been nice. I would recommend this business!

So, rather than buy a new house for a billion dollars, we decided to remodel the one we loved…the one we already owned.

We called Valley Remodeling AZ to help us with our new remodeling adventure as we had used them in the past for other smaller jobs. We basically expressed what we were looking for, which was to remodel several areas of our house and give it a fresh new look and make it look more appealing.

Our main objective was to replace all our counter tops in our kitchen and bathrooms. As with any large project, we decided to add several mini projects including replacing our kitchen sink, vanity sinks, faucets, medicine cabinets and vanity mirrors.

The team from Valley Remodeling toured our house, liked the direction we wanted to go and recommended several simple fixes like replacing lighting, old plumbing and repainting our bathrooms.

This family is second to none, they helped us pick out our counter tops, and they completed the major project, mini projects, and basically completed everything for us. To say the are skillful in all areas would be an understatement.

When you open your home you want to feel comfortable with whom you are letting in. This family is honest, trustworthy, very friendly and will make you feel good about the decision you made. If something comes up, they stop what they’re doing, review it with you and conquer the issue.

We are thrilled with the outcome, our house has received the look we were after and the family at Valley Remodeling AZ made it happen.

"Use My Guys," was professional and competent from beginning to end. The diverse repairs were completed in a timely fashion with Josh and Jacob accompanied by a dry wall expert who all did a great job and were pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend the company to my friends.

Use My Guy Services was hired by Andersens to dig the footing necessary for our new doors and windows. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and did a Great Job of cleaning up. Yes, I would definitely use them again!

UMGS did a wonderful job remodeling both of our bathrooms and they turned out really really nice. We are so happy! They are really good workers that accommodated our request on every thing possible. Of all the handyman services listed on the web I hit the jackpot with this outfit. From the first person to assess and give estimate (Benjamin) to the installation (Joshua) I've been greatly pleased by their professionalism and courtesy and quality of work performed. The office personnel also very nice. I will use them again and again when the need arises.

I was having new flooring installed and the installation company didn't handle base board installation so I contacted UMGS and they were extremely timely in getting back to me! John came out within a day or two measured, helped me select the correct color and Joshua and team came out to install it in a matter of less than 2 days!! Connie always kept in touch to make sure that all of my needs were being met. The entire experience from start to finish was spectacular! They were very professional, yet personable, and the consistent and timely communication throughout the process was top notch along with the quality of the work! The base boards look fabulous; I absolutely love them! Thank you so much to the Bunyards and Team! I will be reaching out with my next project soon!

Technician was prompt and very friendly. He did a great job and cleaned up after. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Was notified before he arrived and given picture of person coming. I appreciated that. Great service would use again and recommend to others.

They installed a ceiling fan on a patio for us and while I was completely satisfied with the service I thought the price of $150 for about an hours work was a bit high.
The young man who did the installation was very nice and everyone I interacted with throughout the process was professional and friendly.

Today was my first experience with My Guy and it was excellent! We recently had some home windows replaced and there was some finish work that needed completing. The reputable replacement window company chose My Guy to complete the job. My Guy notified me immediately with an email that identified the person who would be doing the job, including a photo. I received a reminder phone call the day prior to the scheduled repair. Our assigned craftsman, Alfred, called prior to his arrival and upon arrival he immediately began tackling our window finishing job. Alfred was truly an artist. He did an amazing job that far exceeded our expectations. If this encounter is representative of My Guy's usual service, then I am impressed.

We recently had Use My Guy Services install some ceiling fans and light ceiling light fixtures in our new home. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience John demonstrated. He was quick and efficient and left the installation area looking better than he found it. All of our fans and lights work perfect and look amazing. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the office staff on several occasions and they were polite and easy to get a hold of. Overall great service.

I had such an amazing experience from the first email that I had received, stating that I had been nominated and won 2 hours of free labor for being a first responder. Connie, Lizzy, and Sidney were all so kind and responsive. The job was done so well. I would absolutely go to them for any projects I need done in the future. They were so generous to do this for us during these times! I’m very appreciative and will recommend them to everyone!

We own both residential and commercial property and have been looking for a long term relationship with a contractor. From the first call the customer service was friendly, professional and very responsive. They did everything that they promised on time. When the contractor, John, arrived at the house he was very professional, efficient and did outstanding work. I work recommend their services to anyone even those with high expectations. The UMGS Contractors were fantastic. I had two of my garage door openers moved and there was supposed to be plumbing changes to accommodate a sink in my garage. Unfortunately because of the current placement of the pipes and trap it couldn't be done. I appreciated their honesty. The electrical work turned out perfect and they completely cleaned up after themselves which was very nice. I highly recommend their services and will call on them again.

I recently had some things done by Use My Guy Services this week and I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of their process starting with their quoting mechanism, their professionalism, their on time arrival, their friendliness, their quality of work and attention to detail and their pricing. They are an amazing family ran organization, which you can feel when working with them through the level of how much the care about your needs and for me is where I would prefer to spend my resources in a world of big box corporations.
