Steven with SD construction was very professional and the Communication through our kitchen remodel was outstanding. We highly recommend them on there work and professionalism and complete everything in a timely manner.

Stevan did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel! After I had my old cabinets torn out, he installed the new cabinets and repaired the walls, ceiling, and baseboard. He also did the electrical work. He took the time to make sure I understood the options available to me for what needed to be done, and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be calling him back for my next project.

We hired Stevan to do a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project at our new house, and I would gladly hire him again. He worked fast but had great attention to detail, and you can tell that he knows a lot about his craft. He renovated our entire kitchen and upstairs bathroom, including cabinet installation, floor, wall, and backsplash tile, and custom carpentry to build out a bench in our eat-in area. He even ran the gas line for our stove when our plumbers dropped the ball on us. Stevan was also a great communicator, making sure that all parties are on the same page about what needs to be done, and showing up on time to do the job when he says. Overall, we had a great experience with SD Construction and would highly recommend them!

Stevan was absolutely a joy to work with. He had wonderful ideas to help enhance our kitchen remodel. He communicated with me every day what was going on and what to expect. He did the vast majority of the work by himself and his craftsmanship was amazing. I look forward to having him remodel our bathrooms!

Stevan did a great job with our master bath remodel. He was always punctual & there when he said he would be! He is a perfectionist & looks out for the homeowner’s best interest, especially when other vendors are involved! We would not hesitate to use him again on another project!

SD Construction handled everything in our condo remodel in Franklin. New kitchen flooring, cabinets, countertops, all new master bath with tile from tub to ceiling and all new fixtures and flooring. New paint throughout, including kitchen cabinets. They handled all the nit picky repairs like a window screen, door runners, hanging new blinds, etc. We could not have been more pleased! Stevan is meticulous. He really knows his stuff, and there's pretty much no problem that comes up that he can't solve. He's quick, stays within budget, and is super easy to work with. We will definitely use SD Construction again. Highly recommend!

Stevan did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. My husband was out of the country for the entire renovation which was extremely stressful and could have been a nightmare, but thankfully we had chosen Stevan for our project. He removed a load bearing wall to open up our kitchen, installed a new island, cabinets and appliances. He had to relocate several light switches, install new electrical outlets, add new lighting fixtures, etc. His work ethic is amazing and he truly cares about customer satisfaction. He is extremely trustworthy, dependable and stays on schedule. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way our kitchen turned out and definitely will use SD Construction again for our next project!

Stevan did an awesome job on our kitchen. He did the major work like demo. electrical, placing beams on a couple of load bearing walls, etc. and we planned on doing the easier stuff like floors and backsplash. We appreciate the advice he gave us on what to do on our DIY projects. There were a few unexpected things that came up (guess that happens when you gut a kitchen) and he was still able to finish the project on time even with some additional tasks. I definitely recommend SD Construction and will not hesitate to hire Stevan on future remodels.

I would never leave anyone alone to do work on my home but I am totally comfortable with Stevan knowing he will do his best work even when I’m not looking. We went over what our desires were in a remodel and he came up with an excellent design that turned out beautifully , we are very happy. We have called on Stevan numerous times and he has always been there to help. Stevan is very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and does an excellent job of communicating with helpful ideas . Wow, what a transformation. The shower and tile work are really impressive. Plus, he works fast and is affordable!

SD Construction did a great job remodeling 2 bathrooms in our house and upgrading lighting in our kitchen. We loved working with Stevan to remodel our bathroom. It's an upstairs bath in an old house where nothing is square, but Stevan did a wonderful job tiling our shower and floor and managing all the angles.

Stevan performed outstanding work! He installed hardwood flooring and tile throughout the house. He also installed backsplash tiles and completely renovated a bathroom. I have never had good luck with home remodeling projects. So when I contacted Stevan, I wasn't sure what to expect. Stevan has now done two home projects for us. I contracted him first to update the upstairs bathroom. He was professional and very reasonable. The second job was back splash in my kitchen. He did an amazing job. I will definitely be keeping his business card for any future remodeling small or large.
